We spent New Years weekend in this amazing home, the location is one of a kind, the home is very luxurious and kept in perfect condition, the views are amazing. Perfect for a large party, very quiet neighborhood and we loved being a few steps from the beach. Booking was super fast, easy and straightforward. We can't wait to stay here again.

The property is a beautiful home and in a perfect location. In a perfect world they would add a hot tub and some separate bed sleeping for kids, such as some twin or bunk beds. That being said, the property was exactly as advertised and is lovely.

This is a fabulous lakefront home! Incredible views and the home was as described. Check in and access were easy and convenient. We had a smoke detector beep from low batteries which we couldn’t reach without a very tall ladder and the property manager was on top of it right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the rental. Could use a few fixes. Not sure if you know. Bar-B-Que needs to be fixed. Very hard to light and needs cleaning. Garbage disposal on kitchen sink goes way down and hard to get up to stop. Coffee pot needs new one. Slider by kitchen table needs work. Hard to open and close.

home was clean. outside grill was a mess and functioned poorly. Had to clean the grill cake with cheese and old meat. less than 1/2 the grill could get hot enough to cook. Garage door remote didn't work for entire week and could have been serviced but never was. Beautiful house. could have been presented better.

Overall an excellent place to stay. Only drawback was the garage door that was broken before we checked in and maintenance had not been able to fix it while we were there. We managed just fine anyway.

The stay was great. I would think that when a person rents a place everything work be on working condition. Top oven not functional. Master bed washer not functional and couple of the TV boxes not functional. Over all a great place

We stayed there for new years, we immediately checked in and there was no internet. Property management got a hold of cable company and resolved quickly but they should have checked prior to entrance. 2nd major issue was plumbing, we seem to be only guests there for a while and there was a major plumbing issue they called few companies to resolve, bit they could not and we were forced to leave property. Property management got us into another place with lots of bedrooms but was not even comparable. New property was not cleaned well and had a mice rummaging around. We seem to have stuck out twice. Original booking needs updates on TVs, only few channels worked and general maintenance was not up to pair, shower heads didn't work well in master bath, some water valves didn't work. Dryer never turned off, kept going for 8 hours while we were out. Huge fire risk, washer dryer is very old. Gym equipment not very functional. Owners need to put some money into the property, since it is in the best location every right on the beach.

Overall fabulous experience. Can’t beat the location. Enjoyed access to the beach and view is just awesome. Yes the house needs updating, and the furnishings need to be replaced, but the house is spacious for our party of 8 and we loved every bit of it.

Amazing House
We had such a wonderful time staying in this home. Being able to wake up and walk right out to the beach/lake was incredible. Checking in/out was super easy after downloading the hospitality app and being able to see all codes/instructions for getting in the home, locking up, internet, etc. We couldn’t figure out how to use any of the tv’s and didn’t see any instructions but we spent most of our time outside anyways. Gorgeous home and great experience for the whole family. Would definitely book this house again! Met the next door neighbor, Mike and he was awesome too!!

Beautiful waterfront views, with your own private stairway to the water. Overall the rental was perfect for our family to relax. There are a few things we thought needed a deeper clean; outlets & cabinets in the house that definitely were broken or needed some attention from maintenance; also, the front door lockbox when we arrived already had the code on it ready to be opened but the lockbox would not open - im guessing that is why the prior people who tried the code left it. - so we could always exit the front door but never regain entry through the front as it locks right away when shutting. - other than that it was overall a beautiful vacation rental with an amazing view. I would definitely recommend this property.

Spectacular property with an incredible view!
The house sits right on the beach of Lake Tahoe and accommodated 5 of us girls on a trip very nicely. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Sadly, one of the shades on the main windows was broken which blocked half of of our view. Beds are very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure. The staff at World Class Property were very helpful and accommodating as well.

The place looked great in the photos, but in reality nothing has been maintained or updated in the last decade, and many things did not work. The carpets were stained and dirty; the drains in most of the sinks and showers were so clogged that we ended up using the bar sink to brush our teeth on the lower level; the dishes, glasses, and pans were so dirty that we had to run them through the dishwasher before using; door locks on the back side of the house did not work, so we had to barricade one with an end table (there was a pile of dead insects and insect parts underneath that end table when we moved it). The weight bench and stepper in the exercise room were broken or missing parts. There is no air conditioning, so the master bedroom was too hot to sleep in (albeit in August). The house speakers were connected to a sixteen pin iPod holder, so unusable. The tv's downstairs could not get any cable (one was missing the cable remote). The outdoor grill would not light and the side burner was filthy with debris. We ended up cleaning most of the house before we could use it (crumbs on couches, dead bugs throughout, stained sheets and towels, hair and debris in all of the bathroom drawers).
The location was great on the lake, although we got the feeling that the people next door thought that they were entitled to all of the beachfront of this house (so we had to stake a place on the beach in front of the house early each morning to get a spot). The house could have been lovely (and worth the price) if it could get a good deep cleaning, and if all of the broken and unfunctional items were fixed or replaced. Ceiling fans or air conditioning would also have made the stay much more pleasant. The house was obviously built before climate change made before temperatures hit well above ninety degrees in August. The management company did replace the broken box fan downstairs when I called upon check in. They were not responsive about the broken grill or door locks.

The location of this rental property is super - on the beach and in a great community. We enjoyed spectacular views in a quite setting. That being said, the condition of the home is well below standard for such a great setting. The master bed shows is use and needs updating, the window in the master bedroom is ready to fall off, and the washer and dryer in the master closet did not work. The kitchen is a nice size, however things like limited glass ware and a dishwasher that was short wheels to slide was upsetting since we reported the same issue last year. We were also disappointed in the condition of the furniture both in the living room and dining room. They are warn, torn and in need of replacement. When we wanted to use the BBQ we found it extremely dirty and could not light it without using our own lighting system making it dangerous. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful location and facility has been let go. The icing on the cake is when we called to report the window in the master bed room was ready to fall off - on to the outside dining area below - we got no response from the managers of this home. It truly was an accident waiting to happen, keeping us from enjoying the outside dining area. We loved the location but with these issues at a premium price, we have chosen not return. Our hope is that the owners take a hard look at this location and brings it up to date and in good working order.

I’ve rented homes on the lakefront all around the lake and this is by far the nicest home I’ve stayed in on the lake front. Well laid out, lots of privacy, incredible beach right in front, excellent amenities including a full gym. Views from every room. Really special yet so close to grocery stores and other necessities. We were seven people and stayed for a week. Truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend this house. Also, the management company was really good and responsive as well. Well worth it. The kids tires under-sell how great the house is.

Beautiful property with major safety concerns
The location and view of the home may be even better than the pictures show. There were many issues with the home like the microwave didn't work, the shades wouldn't draw down, the TV didn't work and other details showing wear on the home - which would be fine if it weren't for a major safety issue the second night. It was late the second night and fortunately we were in the dining area to see that the microwave which was previously not functioning, had started spewing smoke for no reason. Toxic fumes filled the house quickly and we shut down the power from the fuse box. We had to open all the doors and wake the kids up to let the house air out on a cold night. The property management company was of no help. There could have been an electrical fire had we not been in the dining room aware of the situation developing. I would caution others of potential safety issues in this home.

Superb Home, Excellent Location
I’ve rented homes on the lakefront all around the lake and this is by far the nicest home I’ve stayed in on the lake front. Well laid out, lots of privacy, incredible beach right in front, excellent amenities including a full gym. Views from every room. Really special yet so close to grocery stores and other necessities. We were seven people and stayed for a week. Truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend this house. Also, the management company was really good and responsive as well. Well worth it. The kids tires under-sell how great the house is.

House is cool but be warned. When we arrived there were huge ants crawling all over the carpet in various rooms. We didn't sleep in the master because it was so intense. We called the property manager and when he called the next day he could not have been more rude, condescending and aggressive right off the bat. "You city folks are scared of a few ants" (we're not). "What are you trying to get a free night or something?" (we weren't nor did he offer) He later came by and sprayed some raid and had a giant attitude -- was clearly pissed to be there and thought we were pathetic for just wanting to see if a pest person could come. He said they couldn't come until the last 72 hours of a week stay and he was so rude that we said no thanks. The ants were a problem the whole time (imagine several hundred crawling on the carpets) but we made sure not to contact him again as he was such a jerk. Location is great and house is nice, but hopefully you don't need the property manager's help with anything.
