Customer service was helpful . The breakfast was good.

It took too long to get my deposit back. The room didn’t have a cover on smoke detector. The wires were exposed. Bathroom room needed touch up grout and living area needed painting. The bath towels had black stuff on white towels. The curtain were not the right kind for first floor room.

Property was quiet , sits away from the road, and rooms were ok.

Towels were not fully cleaned. Carpet looked like it was half cleaned. Tub/shower didn't look clean at all had to clean it myself. Shower curtain was way shorter than the length of the shower so when taking a shower water gets all over the floor. Towels in room were not fully cleaned and I was told there were no more towels to give but it didn't seem to even have that many people in the hotel to not have clean towels.

I didn’t . It was a lie about the sofa bed being in the room.

My room didn’t have a toilet tissue holder, it was less towels in the room, the towels smelled like furniture polish, hair was on the wall didn’t see it until the next day, and it was black stuff all on the air conditioner. The bed was moving almost by the air conditioner I had to keep pushing it back.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

It was filthy. It also smelled bad. The air conditioner had turned the curtain black. The refrigerator had leaked and the carpet was wet. The toilet was cracked. There were crumbs on the chairs. The hallway lights were dim and it was dark. I wanted to transfer to a different comfort inn when I saw what it looked like, but I was told I couldn’t because i booked through booking.com. I thought about sleeping in my car, but I decided to lay my clothes out on the bed and I slept on top of them.

Air conditioner worked well thank goodness

Pool was green with algae. Terrible site as you enter hotel. Place was dirty and front desk didn’t act like they cared at all. Will never stay here again

Lock myself out room and the wouldn't give me another key cause the room was in my husband name and he was at work. They unlock the door and never locked it back. I was in my room all night n day with a unlock door. Then they couldn't lock it back cause the night clerk took the key home.

The hotel need remodeling. Clean sheets the first room had a odor and yellow and black stains on the sheets. Moved to a different room on the same floor and the room was alright but the a/c wasn’t working that good.
