Our 1 week stay was great! The condo has everything you need! Very good location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, 5-7 minutes by car from shops. There is everything you need to go to the beach: chairs, umbrellas, children's toys and much more! The host, Maria, was always in touch and very friendly! The condo is very large, there is everything you need and even more. We are sure that we will stay here many more times!

My husband and I had a great stay. The views from our apartment are wonderful. We could watch sun rise and sunset. Walk on the beach everyday and no distance to lovely restaurants. Had a tv remote issue which was fixed in a jiffy. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment.

Because of elevator repairs last minute our host offered a different condo closer to the beach. Maria kept us informed all the way. The condo was wonderful. Super clean. Everything you need. We saw alligators in the inlet every morning.
The only problem we experienced was the constant noise from construction because of recent hurricane. It was all day every day. Of course that couldn't be helped. Also the walkway to the beach was destroyed making it a challenge to get to the beautiful Gulf. Worth it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can't beat the close location to the beautiful beach and all the beautiful views from everywhere in the condo. It was so nice to be able to bring our bikes and so many close places to ride and explore. We would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return sometime!

We had a really good stay. We were a bit unlucky because we had reserved this unit well before Hurricane Ian struck Naples. As a result of the hurricane damage, we were unable to use the pool at the building and, more importantly, Delnor-Wiggins Park, which is adjacent to the property was closed. But Vanderbilt Beach was available. We were pleased to see that there seemed to be no problem with debris or nasty marine bacteria.
The hosts were great. They were very upfront about the problems we might encounter and addressed some minor problems immediately. It is a very large apartment that accommodated the six of us – 4 adults and 2 children – with no problem. We enjoyed the large balcony with a water view.

Noisy but nice
The property was beautiful however we did not recevie any notification from the owner that the entire complex was getting new windows. This should be standard with any stay for one of a few weeks of vacation per year. Most families like to get away on a quiet vacation but we had 5 days of very noisy construction including a jackhammer closing the poll for over a day. The jackhammer started at 8:45am on Thursday. The window company tried to enter our unit while my son was sleeping and we were down at the beach. This should not happen ever. I doubt we will use VRBO again in the future as there ia no accountability on the owner to share any disclaimers. There are also plenty of rules to follow for checkout that all come with fees if you forget to do soemthing. Seems like this is not a very fair practice considering the we paid a cleaning fee and had to vacume the unit.

Great Naples trip with the Family!
We had a fantastic time at this unit for a week with the family. Beautiful views from the unit itself as you can see the sunrise over the bay from the back balcony and the sunset over the ocean from the front. Unit was very spacious, lending itself very nicely for my wife, daughter and parents.
With just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach we were able to make it there everyday and enjoy the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Huge plus was how well accommodating the kitchen was to be able to make meals.
We will definitely book here again!

This property is amazing! The views from this condo are as the pictures show. It was wonderful to look out the window and see water. The condo itself is very spacious. The walk to the beach was easy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

Nice place, beautifully decorated, close to beach
We enjoyed our visit to Naples and liked the unit very much. All the necessities were available, plus some unexpected (coolers, spices, ziplocks). Good location but not walkable to any restaurants or bars. Beautiful quiet beaches very close by. Only complaint would be that the key pad to the building didn’t always work and the instructions to get into the parking lot, building and unit were not easy to sort out. Overall an excellent stay though!

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo!
I highly recommend this property. I booked it due to the high rated reviews and I was not disappointed.
The condo is beautiful, spacious, and so clean!! It looked exactly like the pictures! The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes. And the sunset views from the beach are breathtaking! You can see the ocean from the front door and you can sit and relax on the large screened-in balcony that faces the Bay. I found it very relaxing to sit on the balcony where there was often a light breeze and enjoyed the serene water view. And we saw a few dolphins both in the Bay and in the ocean!
This location was not crowded at all (we were there the last week of July). Barely saw anyone at the condo and the stretch of beach was nice and almost empty to my liking! Only a handful of others on this little stretch.
Maria was very responsive to all of my emails in the planning stages and was accommodating for a re-schedule in 2020 due to the pandemic, which was appreciated.
I highly recommend this condo and Maria and will absolutely be staying here again. The pure beauty of this location and the lack of crowds, along with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the condo, make this a top favorite of mine.

Excellent stay in North Naples.
The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch where we ate breakfast everyday and had ocean and canal views. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and we were also close to many restaurants and shoppping. Great hot tub and pool too!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious, sparkling clean Vanderbilt Beach condo. The furnishings and decor were modern and tasteful and we loved the water views from every room!
