A very nice location close to downtown upon arriving I found out I had no heat and I had no far place that worked of a morning it would be 58° in the house finally they brought me a space heater and got the fireplace working liked everything so finally on the last night I got heat I had to ask for a restaurant gift certificate and then they gave me $75 off of the stay I'm not sure what would have happened if it was a cold time and winter shouldn't have taken 4 days to get heat..

We stayed here in the summer and it was the perfect place. Just the right distance from main street to be accessible yet far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Main Street was less than a 10 minute walk down a short paved path. The place was also very nice with all the basic necessities plus some. We really enjoyed the fire place and patio.

The stay at Tamarisk 306 was good overall. They are a few things that the owner must remedy immediately, especially with this kind of pricing.
- Access to the slopes (Silverquick Chair) is not too bad. Walking will take 10 minutes at least and you will need to pay for a locker ($25) to change your shoes (walking with ski shoes will destroy your feet, due to the distance). The other option is to take a free shuttle (stop is near residency), but that will take longer overall, to reach the sky lifts.
- Property was cleaned overall. There are two things the Owner must remedy:
1) The second bedroom has a musty smell in it. My partner qualified it as Body odors.... I suspect that the window is never open or something else. Fortunately, we did not have to sleep in it.
2) The Master Bathroom has a very strong stench in it. I had to run the fan all day long and close the door to the bedroom to not smell the rotten odor coming from the shower drain. When taking a shower, the drain is clogged and you wade in your own dirty water. The smell may be caused by black mold or other stuff. Keep in mind the building is 52 years old and the drain may need a serious and professional cleaning. Maintenance has been notified (not sure they can do something in the short time between rentals).
- In the kitchen, the frying pans are completely gone and the knives have no sharpness left, presenting a risk in itself. Owner should buy a new set of cooking knives from IKEA.

We had a great time at the Tamarisk Condo. The location was perfect to walk to the lifts and hot tub! There were a few issues with the refrigerator water dispenser being broken as well as the shower head in the master bathroom not working correctly. We loved this place, once we fixed the bed!! In others comments they complained about the king bed. The issue was the box springs. Once we fixed that the bed was super comfy. The mattress seems to be pretty new. The place was perfect for what we needed. The condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Close proximity to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The biggest issue was the master bed had a dip in the center of the bed, which made it difficult to get a good sleep. Me and my husband kept rolling into the center of the bed. We couldn't figure out what the issue was. Maybe the two box springs that were pushed together didn't provide enough support?
The second night me and my husband slept on the bottom bunk bed and out teen slept in the master bedroom, and the bottom bunk bed was comfortable.
Also, there were no blinds on one part of the sliding glass door, which made it a little uncomfortable knowing others could see us in the kitchen and at the table.
Great location though.

A very nice two bedroom, two bath condo. It was perfect for our family vacation. The pool and hot tub(s) facilities are among the best in the area. The only two minor issues I would mention were noticeably dirty floors upon our arrival and a few windows and doors in need of repair to work correctly. Neither of these things would keep us from staying here again, however.

When we got to the property it was sort of difficult to get into the door with the lock box key also there were no wash rags in any of the bathrooms and very little soap to use in the bathrooms. Also the front room was not very clean there was things underneath the couch and the coffee table in the other chairs from previous tenants and the fold out was not very clean. Otherwise the location was good and easy to get access in an out to the closest we wanted to go to

The condo was perfect, clean and great location to downtown. Has a nice view of the mountains. The big widows let in lots of light, although they do look direct into the next buildings top floor, there are blinds for privacy. The top widows still allow plenty of light when blinds are closed. I would recommend this condo when staying in Breckenridge.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. The condo is nicely decorated and offers plenty of storage. We loved the beautiful stained glass window next to the fireplace. It is situated near the free shuttle bus stop and its also an easy, flat 7 minute walk downtown and to the lift. There are plenty of beds for up to 8 people. There are provided amenities (trash bags, coffee filters, dish soap, TP, paper towels, etc.) that got us through our stay with no problems. I would have liked a cleaner/toilet brush and pads for the swifter to keep up with cleaning. Its very dark at night so bring a flashlight or nightlight if you have littles that need nighttime light. A great stay! Definitely recommend.

It’s a short walk to the Quicksilver lift, The Village and Main Street Shops. The Free Ride bus stops at the Mill Run stop right by the parking lot (Grey South route). You really don’t even need a car. The unit was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

As breath taking as it gets… lol in all the sense between the elevation and the beauty of the location takes your breath away. The unit is wonderful and mountain life feel is amazing. The kitchen was huge with plenty of room to eat serve and cook. The balcony was amazing with the bbq at your disposal.

This property was a great location! Very clean. Property manager was very accessible. Only complaint was the lack of lighting at night. There was none on walkways from parking lot and the fact that they were re-doing the sidewalks made it pretty unsafe walking at night. Easy fix for property manager. Would definitely rent again.
