The hotel is located in a beautiful location. But the neighboring fishermen washed their fish in the evenings and this attracted sharks, so swimming in the ocean is dangerous.

Our time there was wonderful. The unit was so clean. The lanai glass doors were so spotless my husband tried to walk through them😊Don't know how you get the glass so clean. Pool was convenient for an evening swim. Loved watching the whales. Wish there had been room for washer and dryer in the unit but the complexes's ones were so close, clean and cheap.

Great location and facility, but the rollers appear to be gone in the screen door in the back, which makes it very difficult to open and close. The rollers need to be replaced to effectively keep bugs out.

This condo is exactly as pictured, probably better. It is RIGHT on the ocean and the view from the balcony is amazing. There is not a beach in from of it (just a beach wall) so driving to a beach is necessary. A car is needed at this condo as it is not really walking distance to anything but it is a short drive from everything you would want to see and do near kaanapali beach. Wonderful stay thank you!

Love Perfect stays and will continue to go through them for our condo rentals. We had an issue with the sliding glass door upon arrival and the repair guy was there to fix it within 10 minutes. Clean nice place to stay and will be renting again. Mahalo.

We truly enjoyed this perfect place. Very, clean, comfortable, and calm. The view was spectacular! The location (to us) was much better than Wailea. Especially if you're on a budget and looking for paradise (which is a few hop-skip-jump away). Only thing I would suggest is an AC unit. Mahalo!

We Love our little piece of Paradise, We found KR 208 to be very clean upon arrival and user friendly with all of the Kitchen necessities for coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning. Fresh paint thru out, and the Art work in the unit gives it a real island feeling.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and it couldn’t have been easier. The location was amazing! We could see sea turtles, dolphins and whales from the deck. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again! It was a very special belated honeymoon and well worth the wait.

We only stayed for a few days but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Place was clean and management was very communicative. There were a few fruit flies when we got there but nothing of concern. Great cross breeze in bedroom. There was some construction debris as it appeared the outdoor carpet was being changed.

Kahana Reef made our vacation amazing! The location is great and everything about accessing this property so easy. It appeared to be well stocked although I did not do much cooking and we’re pretty sure the TV probably worked, but we never turned it on! How could you with a view like that and whales jumping around in the distance?! Our two favorite amenities were beach chairs and binoculars! Well done! And thank you for sharing this beautiful little piece of paradise with us… We will definitely be back!

It was very clean very nice. Loved the location very close to the water. You could hear the waves crash all night. The room was clean but could use a little bit of updating especially the lanai chairs. They were nice in their day but it’s time for some new ones.

They answered my questions very promptly. Very polite. Unit was clean. Grounds were tidy. We did not use the pool. Check in was easy as we arrived late so the lockbox came in handy. Good amount of plates silverware if you wanted to cook. Coffee maker was used every morning to enjoy the view. If I had to complain, I’d say pillows could be replaced but I’m not complaining. Was happy overall. Neat experience.

lovely stay with great ocean and sunrise/sunset views. Kitchen was nicely stocked with some spices and all cooking equipment needed (and my husband cooked most days.) Nice furniture although some cushions could be refreshed; dining room table chair and couch. Have already reserved again for next January

Very nice
Very nice. Clean, and very quiet and relaxing. Minor point is parking spaces. They are very narrow and often could not open both doors for exit/entry.

Fabulous location
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is amazing. There is a little beach right next to the property as well where we could walk from the backyard of the property (from near the pool). Kids enjoyed pool a lot - it was clean and there were pool toys for use as well.
The property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Overall it felt very homely.
We will certainly stay there again in future.

We loved the condo, so many additional amenities that made our stay even more comfortable and that much more enjoyable. Very clean and comfortable.
The view was spectacular. Loads of whale antics to watch all day long from the lanai and stunning full rainbows over Molokai. Simply breathtaking! We found ourselves preferring to hang at the condo much of the time, relaxing and enjoying the view with a pitcher of daquiris.
Prime location away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient enough to pop into town for ice cream or head to Lahaina's restaurants and shopping.
When our blender failed to work, the management company promptly sent over a new one!
Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so relaxing! Looking forward to planning our next vacation!

Euphoric
Had an amazing stay (once the weather decided to cooperate) was very quiet most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the whales the waves the paddle boarders in the morning with our coffee and the sunsets in the evenings. I was worried about not having air conditioning but was never an issue with the ceiling fan and the cross breezes
When we arrived it had been a long day and was dark. Seeing the property sign was difficult and we drove past a couple of times kahana reef sign could be illuminated and the trees around it trimmed. The numbers to the units were also not easily seen (small dark numbers and located behind metal screen doors)
Sadly beach access was under construction so not accessible but hopefully next time
The unit was very well equipped had everything required and we cooked most of our meals. We were grateful for the on site barbecues which were always clean and available for our use.
There were a few maintenance issues with the unit that I reported but did not get a response to my email but hopefully they will be addressed for future guests ( bathroom sink needs cleaning water is barely draining , kitchen sink faucet drips when off in the cold position, light fixture over dining table has many dust bunnies and I suspect possibly the ceiling fan too, lanai light bulb needs changing) all very minor but need attention
So sad to be leaving and would love to stay here again

We really enjoyed the property for the most part. The amenities were really nice!
We really enjoyed having the chairs, the cooler, the pool, and the lanai. One thing we were not aware of but that made our stay a little less enjoyable was that there was no AC.

Fantastic
This place was above expectations. Great view. Everything you need was there. Good location. The kids were comfortable on the pull out couch and went to sleep with wonderful crashing waves from outside. Parking was always easy and this location is close to a few nice things, coffee shop, brewery, etc.

Incredible view
My husband and I stayed here 8 nights for our honeymoon. We had such a wonderful time. The location of this condo is perfect. Close enough to the action on front street, but far enough away to experience the peacefulness and calm of the ocean. Having the cooler and beach chairs was so wonderful as we spent most days exploring different beaches. The kitchen is also such a nice feature because cooking breakfast and packing lunches each day helped with expenses. The most unforgettable feature of his condo, however, was the magical view from the lanai. We spent so much time out there and the view was magical each time. We were also able to see sea turtles at all times of the day by just walking down to the ocean. Lastly, the management company was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and didn’t have any questions. They called a couple of times during our stay just to check on us. Just an incredible experience all around and we are so grateful!

Great honeymoon getaway!
My husband and I stayed at this very welcoming condo for 9 days on our honeymoon. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Place was very clean! Beach chairs and cooler were great to use. Also, this condo has a phone, which came in handy for making reservations as we are Canadian so we had our phones off the whole time.
I still can't get over that view from the lanai! Sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking! I highly recommend this condo to couples looking for a romantic getaway and also family. As the condo has a great pool for kids!

Would stay again
This is a great location and it was perfect for us to stay on the water away from the crowds of the big hotels. Being able to have a complete kitchen was fabulous. This is an older building but it is taken care of. My only recommendation is that the property could benefit from a little updating, but that being said, they would probably increase the price.

really nice unit and complex
My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at KR #208. Over all the complex was quiet and super well maintained. Our unit was located in a great spot and the whale watching was amazing. The bed was pretty comfortable, the shower was really awesome, and we enjoyed the design touches and decorations. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the unit was a bit of an odd mix of updated and shabby - even though the shower and countertops in the bathroom and kitchen were new and beautiful, the fridge, stove, and dishwasher were super old and rickety. The knives were dull and low quality, and the cookware was a little sparse. Wood, tile, or laminate floors would have been a nicer touch than carpeting. Having said that, I would consider staying here again.

Nice place to stay.
This was our first trip to the islands. This unit was very nice, the porch has a nice view of the pool and ocean. Bed comfy. Clean and well stocked with a cooler and beach chairs and towels. A fan in the closet was broken. The 2 lamps in the bedroom have dark brown lampshades and windows very small. The bedroom is SO dark. I had to remove the lampshades just to see into my suitcase. I suggest two more small lamps on the dresser. The unit is a little older, but it is clean and comfy. Some updates have been done. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and they told us to deal with the cable company! My husband was on the phone for 45 minutes with cable people to get it to work. I was surprised they put that on us to fix and not offer compensation. Closet is huge but full of a lot of owners stuff. A luggage rack would be helpful.

Nice condo but the management rules are inconsistent
We had a comfortable stay, overall. The unit is right next to the elevator/staircase and BBQ area downstairs; as a result, it is quite noisy. The onsite management office does not manage this specific unit, and it took multiple phone transfers to get to the right management. An acrylic sign on the kitchen counter indicated $50 charge for a missing key, but the management ended up charging more than twice of the amount for a missing key which is inconsistent with the the posted policy. The explanation given was that that sign was outdated. If it is outdated, it should not have been visibly displayed. The concierge service via Expedia was not helpful at all when its turnaround time for each request was more than 24 hours later. We ended up booking all of the trips ourselves. Another advice is that bring tons of quarters to do your laundry. There is no way to get quarters on the property.
