A group of 8 stayed for 4 nights on the property and were very comfortable. The household amenities were plentiful, especially in the well-stocked kitchen. The views were spectacular, especially sunrise and sunset. The only note would be the difference in the level of the remodel of the pool bedroom and bathroom was not obvious in the photos or communication with team. Otherwise the concierge team was stellar!

The home was beautiful and the views were stunning. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to Foodland grocery store, shops and restaurants (about a 25 minute walk or short drive). We hiked down to the beach via a trail in the neighborhood and we had the beach to ourselves.
Yen was a wonderful host and was very helpful and communicative. We appreciated all the small details - they really thought of everything. Highly recommend this home and I hope to return in the future!

We stayed at Honu Away with a group of friends and had an absolutely amazing time. The property is just as advertised - very clean, spacious, and bright with exquisite views. Yen was extremely helpful and met our friends and was very responsive to any of our questions/requests. We would absolutely return to this delightful turtle cove!

Everything about this place was perfectly lovely. Location, House, Service, & communication. We came in feeling right at home. The photos don't do this place justice. We couldn't have been happier- and would have loved to stay longer.

This home was absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. It was equipped with everything you could need from kitchen, beach, and pool gear to bathroom amenities. Yen and whole property management team were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They truly made our arrival, stay, and departure so effortless and went above and beyond to assist with anything they could. I cannot recommend this home enough, we already cannot wait to return!

This house is unbelievably awesome. We spent a week here and were so sad to leave. The views and location were as good as anywhere on the planet. The house is very nice, high quality everything. Cannot say enough things about this. I would not go to Kauai again and stay anywhere except here.

The Princeville area is spectacular and Honu Awa’s location is superb. The views of the Pacific Ocean from every window on the back of the house are just breathtaking. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end cooking gear and appliances. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a bathroom. Plenty of space for all! Common living area with large screen TV was also a hit. Fantastic walking paths in neighborhood. Access to tremendous beaches nearby. Helpful and friendly property manager (Yen)! Highly recommend this property!

Our group of 8 (my husband and I, our four adult children, one son's girlfriend and one daughter´s boyfriend) spent ten nights at Honu Awa. This was our third visit to Kauai and Honu Awa was by far the most beautiful
house we ever rented on the island. The views are spectacular and we loved the modern interior. Everything was spotless clean! The house has a great size for a group of 8 and is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything.
Yen was by far the best host we ever had - and we have rented plenty of houses before. She would respond to my questions within minutes. One night we feared that we would run out of propane for the barbecue, so I texted Yen and asked if there was a spare propane bottle on the property. There wasn't
- BUT - within MINUTES Yen had organized that Steve (her maintenance man) brought a spare one. There is absolutely NOTHING to complain about Honu Awa or Yen. We had the greatest vacation and would love to come back.

Our family of 7 spent our best vacation ever in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The views for amazing & the pool was an added bonus for when we came home at night. Yen was super sweet & informative with everything we needed to know about our stay. The house is well stocked with all of the appliances and things you need. We appreciated all of the beach towels and the quality of the bathroom towels. If you plan on staying in the Princeville area, this house is perfect. We had access to a beach which was a short hike down the hill plus all of the great beaches on the north side of the island. Also, the Food Land grocery store is very close. Finally, Yen with the management company was very available although we did not need her very often. I highly recommend this house for your Kauai vacation.

We arrived to find a lovely fruit and snack basket waiting with a delicious bottle of Hawaiian rum included. Set in a quiet Princeville neighborhood above Sea Lodge Beach with AC in every room, the views are stunning, each morning and evening providing a more spectacular sunrise and sunset than the day before. Four large bedrooms, all with comfortable King sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, plus another half bath off of kitchen/dining area, made this the perfect spot to spread out and relax - waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the crashing surf below. Yen and her team arranged an in-home massage appointment and offered recommendations and concierge service for other local activities. The pool was great for the kids and adults alike. Plenty of pool and beach toys and towels were available for our use. We will be forever spoiled by this amazing Kauai experience and while a bit pricey, it was worth the splurge. Mahalo Yen!

The SeaLodge beach below the house was so perfect. Yen arranged for Chef Tony to cook dinner for us which was one of the highlights of our trip, it was a great family dining experience! We highly recommend the house and the staff at Elite Pacific.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Location is fantastic. Amazing view. In a neighborhood, but still quite private. We were able to walk/run everyday, with amazing sights along our journey. The pool was great to cool off in at the end of our day. Loved having the AC throughout - worked great! Also access to Hanalei beach, shops, and wonderful restaurants was perfect. Rooms are well-appointed and large. Separation between rooms worked well for all our adult travelers. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

All Vacations Dreams Do Come True
From arrival to departure it all exceeded our expecations. Property Manager greeted us upon arrival. There was a beautiful welcome package presented on the kitchen counter. The home has breathtaking views and every amenity you need to make it a wonderful stay. Home is well maintained, elegant and luxurious. It is within walking distant to secluded beaches, golf, grocery stores and the St. Regis. Have already highly recommend to a close friend.
