I can’t say enough good things about this property. Our family has come to the Cliffs Resort for years and have always enjoyed our stay. These condos have a beautiful view of the lake. They are spacious and clean. The resort offers access to the marina, beach area, pools, restaurants, and golf course. Our family always ask to come here at least once a year! We will definitely be back!

Really loved this condo. It was exactly as depicted online. The location was even better. Condo overlooked the marina where we were keeping our boat for the weekend. Additionally, it is situated on an ideal location of the lake-- quiet, no wake area but quickly accessible to more active/popular parts of lake.

We have stayed here several times and plan to return again soon. The condo is close to the boat ramp and kitchen well stocked. The Benefields are very nice and great to work with!! Thank you!

Great views of the lake. We rented a pontoon boat one day from the marina. Boat was extremely clean and the man working at the marina was friendly and helpful. Relaxing stay!

Just needs some tlc

Enjoyed our stay but did not get good rest due to the beds being so hard. Kitchen is very limited. Vent in master bedroom needs cleaned. We did like the location of the rental.

The condo was very nice. We loved the balcony overlooking the marina and lake. Our grandchildren loved watching the deer. Two suggestions more towels and better mattress pads for the beds, the beds where kind of hard. Hope we can come back to PK again sometime. Thanks.

The condo was a wonderful place to spend the weekend. It had a pretty balcony with views of the lake and the marina. It is close to the lake and beach down below. We saw plenty of deer and had a great time.

We really enjoyed our time spent at the condo. Great location and you can't beat the convenience of being so close to the marina, golf course etc. The owners were very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Easy check in, easy to find, will definitely stay again. The courtesy boat dock made it simple to park the boat, grab lunch, and then get back on the water.

The condo's overlooking the Cliff's Marina are a great place to stay.

I can't say enough good things about the owners. They were very accommodating to our situation and very responsive. The condo overlooked the lake and marina and was quiet and clean.

The Cliff Resort is a large sprawling property with many amenities in a residential area. The condo building is in a neighborhood overlooking the marina away from the actual resort. So, you drive to the pool (which is very nice) and the restaurant and also to the marina unless you are empty handed. We enjoyed the views from the condo and the beach down by the marina where we had picnics under the trees and used the grills there. The condo is very clean and perfect for a family vacation. But, as noted in other reviews, the closest grocery is miles away so be organized in your planning. I literally brought everything from beach towels an games to all you need in a kitchen to prepare 3 meals a day (spices, foil, baggies, dressings, coffee, filters, ....). There are decent knives but only a few pots and one medium skillet and no baking dishes or cookie sheets or large cutting boards or cup towels. My car was packed full!!! We did eat one dinner(make a reservation)r and lunch at the restaurant where the food was good but part of staying in a condo is preparing meals and enjoying your space. The kitchen needs to be better stocked including grilling tools. If you are fishing and need worms or fresh bait, stop before arriving as there are none at the marina. My husband and grandson fished from the dock and beach and also had a fishing guide one morning and caught lots of striped bass. We also rented a pontoon boat for 1/2 day which was fun to get out on the lake and tube and anchor in Hells Gate for a good swim and people watching on other boat parties. The marina prices were high so we found better prices across the lake at The Harbor, about a 20 min drive. I would stay here again. Our family of 4 adults and two grands ages 3 and 12 all had a good time.

The condo was spacious and very nice inside. A covered balcony allowed you to look out over the lake.

This was a good Condo to stay for fun at the lake. Close to the boat ramp with a nice patio to keep an eye on the boat at the docks. The Benefields were very good explaining property rules and very nice to talk to. We would definitely stay at this Condo again.

Excellent location for those with watercraft. Kitchen on this property was very limited, so if you come, you might want to bring some extra utensils, pots, pans, cooking sheets, etc. You'll be glad you did. Boat trailer parking is not convenient at all, and there are no free boat slips a the marina (rental starts at $32.00/night). Overall, a great place, but a little pricey.

Overlooking the cove and marina when you open your eyes in the morning. 1 minute away from the boat slip. Plenty of room to relax and visit on the balcony. Above and beyond what we imagined. Thank you for life long memories.
