Three Birds Cottage-Level Skaneateles Lake
Das Three Birds Cottage ist ein ganzjähriges Cottage am See an der Ostseite des Skaneateles-Sees. Three Birds ist eine 6,4 km lange Fahrt oder Bootsfahrt zum Dorf Skaneateles entfernt. Es hat 50 Fuß Seeufer mit einem ebenen Grasgarten, der zu einem permanenten Dock mit 3 Stufen vom Dock ins Wasser führt. Wir stellen 2 Kajaks mit Schwimmwesten, ein Kanu und ein Floß zur Verfügung. Machen Sie sich bereit, um die Sonnenuntergänge von der Anlegestelle, der Terrasse am See, dem Deck oder vom Cottage aus zu genießen. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle mit Stühlen und Brennholz. Drei Vögel hat 3 Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Gäste (maximal 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder). Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Hochbett mit zwei ausziehbaren Betten für Kinder, Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 über ein Queensize-Bett und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 über ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei ausziehbaren Etagenbetten. Es gibt ein Queen Memory Foam Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer (neu in 2017). Rund um den Tisch im Farmstil gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten für 6-8 Personen und 3 Barhocker. Es gibt auch 3 Hocker, die als zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten genutzt werden können, und es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien auf dem Deck mit einem Terrassentisch und Stühlen. Die Küche ist neuer und sauberer. Wir werden versuchen, alles, was Sie brauchen, in der Küche zu haben, damit Ihr Aufenthalt hier stressfrei ist. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche (keine Badewanne). Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Holzbalkendecke und ist offen zum Essbereich und zur Küche. Es genießt die schöne Aussicht auf den Skaneateles-See. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir stellen Ihnen Bettwäsche (die Betten werden rechtzeitig gemacht), Badetücher und einige Strandtücher zur Verfügung. Das Parken ist begrenzt, es gibt einen Parkplatz für 2 Autos, aber bei trockenem Wetter können Sie möglicherweise 3-4 Autos unterbringen. Es gibt auch einen Grill auf dem Deck mit Blick auf den See. Alles was Sie brauchen ist Ihre Kleidung, Essen, Getränke, Toilettenartikel usw. This lakefront cottage was wonderful. Very clean and very much matched the pictures we had seen. Brian was really great. Communication couldn’t have been better. Our weather was amazing till Saturday but we were heading home so no worries there. Thank you and will stay again if the timing works out!

This property is perfect for a family getaway. It’s in a great location with a nice view of the lake and lake access and has everything there to make you feel at home. And Brian couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating- we had a wonderful time and will be back!

This was a great place to spend a relaxing fall weekend with our daughter on her fall break from college. Very peaceful and a great location. Would love to visit when it is warmer to take full advantage of the lake!

What a wonderful stay for a week! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and grilling. Brian, the manager was very easy to communicate with. The property is very clean and great up keep. Bonfires every night overlooking the sunset. Great dock for fishing, tying up a boat, kayaks and the Waterfront furniture was excellent, cushions in storage bins for your use. Lot of yard toys and lifejackets for everyone.
Will definitely stay again. Already looking forward to next Summer! 5 Stars all the way!

The Three Birds Cottage was amazing. From all of the amenities the owner provided to the dock and lake, it truly was perfect! Brian checked in every once in a while just to make sure everything was ok which was much appreciated. His communication was great before, during, and after. The provided bed linens and beach towels were such a great touch! The home was cozy, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved the large deck attached to the dock. There was ample seating and 3 patio umbrellas which we used daily! The sunsets were spectacular and the perfect weather we had was just the icing on the cake. I have a good feeling this won’t be our last visit!

This is a beautiful lakefront property with spectacular views. We get that the owner is concerned that his property be cared for by guests, but the list of chores is way too long and particular(clean all counters in kitchen and bathroom with Windex Multisurface Cleaner and Swiffer all the floors!?). Being texted the night before with a reminder while you are trying to enjoy the vacation space you paid for is irritating. Meanwhile, the host specifically does not provide any shampoo or other toiletries. The balance between consideration for guests and host is off, in my opinion. But it is a very nice place!

We’ll appointed property right on one of the cleanest lakes in the country. Our stay was in the fall, so we enjoyed the beautiful color change and the charming nearby town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Summertime would offer lots of activities on the lake. Also while there, took a day trip to Cooperstown, NY to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. The host was most accommodating and made sure that we were happy with the property. We plan to return again someday for sure. Love Skaneateles!

We had a spectacular time at the cottage. It’s right on the lake with million dollar views. Everything was spotless and even nicer than the pictures convey. Close to Skaneateles and other Finger Lake towns.

After having a stressful past 2 years, this property was the perfect “escape”. As a prior lakeside property owner, we grew up on the lake. Returning to visit each summer brings back heartfelt, fun memories and this cottage can be added to them.
Complete open communication and organized guidelines made our stay simple and listing is exactly as presented.

Very Enjoyable Time at this Lake Home
My husband and I hosted 3 of our grandchildren at this lovely home to celebrate their college graduation.
We enjoyed games on their large deck and in their dining area and relaxing in a couple areas by the pristine lake. Also had fun using the kayaks provided.
It was only a 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants in town.
The owner provided all the information we needed and was very accessible.

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway
A great lakefront location with terrific views. Though the water was still too cold (in May) to go into the lake, we thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of the lake views with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the deck near the shore.

Syracuse graduation ‘22 weekend getaway
We were in town for my sons graduation from
Syracuse University, and thought it would be nice to have some time in beautiful Skaneateles in between ceremonies and before moving out. It is such a beautiful town and there are fantastic restaurants as well. Brian made it very simple throughout the process from booking eight til the end. He was extremely responsive and made our stay hassle free. The cottage was cozy, beds comfy and it was very relaxing. We ate at The Krebs in town (fantastic), Joelle’s French Bistro (incredible) and the Skaneateles Bakery while in town. I’m very glad we decided to go this route for our special weekend. Thanks Brian! Three Birds Cottage
We were extremely happy with the property and location; the photos online were accurate descriptions of the rental property. The owner was available to us prior to, during and the morning of checkout. Could not have been more hospitable and we were very appreciative. I would certainly recommend this rental.

Perfect Skaneateles Getaway
Perfect location on East side of Skaneateles lake, close to town and offering all the amenities we were looking for. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace as we watched the snow falling over the lake. We hope to get to experience this property in the summer months - highly recommend!!

Great location and amazing view
There are a lot of lake houses available on the Finger Lakes but finding one near Skaneateles at a reasonable price is very hard. I was very happy to find this one. What a treat to wake up everyday to such a view! House was cozy and clean, light-filled, with comfy beds. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to a larger television. Thank you for the memorable stay!

Little piece of paradise!
Cute little cottage with beautiful lake location and view. Short distance to the village which was nice because we chose to take advantage of the local restaurants rather than cook. The hosts are super responsive and provide very clear communication so there are no surprises. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

What a gem!!! This place was more than we could have asked for. Perfect setting with amazing views and right on the water. Wonderful!
We had a great time! Brian was very responsive to all questions. House was so clean and has everything you would need. Yard is private with mutiple seating areas overlooking the lake and a nice dock. The lake is pristine. Sunsets were amazing. We rented a boat for the week. The town is a five minute ride and had many beautiful shops and good restaurants.

An absolute delight
The cottage is exactly what we hoped for. The cottage is delightfully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The property is perfect - an expansive front lawn, on the lake with a couple levels of very comfortable lounge furniture. 2 kayaks and a canoe complete a great lakeside holiday. We came for our daughters graduation from Syracuse and even the drive back and forth was pretty. Brian is a fantastic host.
