Pros: beach access, comfy bed, decent shower, nice cross breeze in the unit, nice laundry access Cons: only 1 bar of cell service on AT&T so gps and texting photos were an issue. No indoor dining space. Also had 1 day when humidity was so high that you probably would want AC. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great spot right on the beach. Would be great if the owner could find a way to put a small portable AC unit in. The place can get super hot. Other than that the property was exactly what we needed.

We love this property and have stayed in several units. Our partial view unit allowed us to hear less of the beach crowd and we really enjoyed the privacy and birds! We had everything we needed, the unit was as advertised and communication was great. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 7 days in February. The condo was as indicated in other reviews and I would recommend it to others. We had interactions with Heather and she was very responsive and committed to being helpful to her guests.

Great property. Clean and well kept. Access to the beach just steps out our door. Condo amenities were fabulous. The SeaHouse happy hour was awesome for pupus and drinks. Cheapest and tastiest on Maui. Recommend Baya Bowl just off Dickerson St. for THE BEST AÇAI BOWL. Will definitely return! Sunsets also beautiful! A big MAHALO to our host!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Napili Bay resort in Heather’s condo. It is a very special place and an amazing location. We could walk to snorkel bob’s for rentals, walk to amazing dining, and were not in an overly populated resort area. Highly recommend her condo, I’ve already shared the link with more than a few people who inquired upon seeing the beach view from the condo! Kitchen is well stocked and very useful for longer stays. The condo we had was perfect. Great views and sounds of Hawaii. Doing birds in the trees and the sound of the ocean. We will come again

I have been coming to Napili for years and you really cant beat this beach! The condo is a two minute walk, and has all amenities you need for a comfortable stay! No issues without AC, even in 90 degree weather, there is a nice cross breeze with windows and doors open + fans. Perfect little kitchen + BBQ's outside. Will definitely return!

This is a very nice unit in a great location. It’s not beachfront but it’s quiet, has a great jungle view, and a nice ocean view. Dining is outside on the lanai … which does not have lights … so plan to have dinner before sunset. Great communication with the owner. Very pleased with our experience.

For the most part we enjoyed our brief stay while being in Maui. Because we were there for such a short time (for a granddaughters' wedding) we did not rent a car and other family members lodging a few minutes away provided transportation for us. The room was nice, comfortable and well supplied with amenities. The only things we would have enjoyed more was being able to get some sun on the lanai vs. just the shade we had and also being able to get more internet use as we pretty much had to go without any of that during our time there. We gave up, trying to figure out how to use the TV and even family members gave up trying to help us as well as the set-up for that issue wasn't clarified enough for us. Overall, our stay there was nice and pleasant one.

I’m impressed! Our 12 night stay could not have been any better! Maui has forever been my happy place in the world. Over the years, I’ve been a frequent visitor and have had the opportunity to sample a wide variety of accommodations throughout the island, ranging from a hammock on the beach to 5-star hotels. But Napili Bay is my favorite and Condo 217 is my home away from home. It’s been nicely updated, the kitchen has everything you’ll need and more; the shower is luxurious, the mattress was heavenly, and, at night, after a cocktail or 2 on the lanai, I slept like a baby as the trade winds kept kept the temperature perfectly cool (in July). And, lest there be any doubt, the beach — Napili’s beach is among the most beautiful in the world — is 100 steps away. Enjoy. Mahalo.

Having stayed in Napili many times, I was not familiar with this unit’s location prior to. The unit is perfectly located, very spacious, has a beach view, and is steps from the beach. I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a Napili, Maui stay.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and the place was perfect. We loved the location, right off Napili beach and just minutes to great waves and great snorkeling. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that there were boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for us on the lanai. That was a nice touch. We loved the green belt just outside the window. It felt very private and quiet. The birds were pretty loud at sunrise but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was roomy, the bed very comfortable, and the lanai charming. We love the shutter-style windows that let the breeze in all day and night. Beach access is steps away. Being on the second floor gave us extra privacy. There was never a problem parking. This place is small but mighty!

My wife and I had a relaxing 2 weeks in unit 217 at Napili Bay. This was our third visit and each time we had easy access to the comfortable and clean accommodation. We love the laid back atmosphere, beautiful beach and no hassle check in. We highly recommend Napili Bay resort.

This is my 2nd time staying at Napili Bay. It is truly a slice of heaven and one of the hidden gems of Hawaii. The accommodations are great, it has everything you need for a nice long vacation, a comfy bed, sitting area, well stocked kitchen, good size bathroom/shower and a small porch with view of the ocean. Its proximity to an amazing beach, walking trails, golf and shopping can't be beat. We used the BBQ area many nights and laundry is easily accessible. My favorite part was that my son could snorkle and swim with the sea turtles right on our beach! Skip the $150 snorkle tour, you will see more right on Napili Bay. Do yourself a favor and give it a try ... You won't regret it!!

Great place! Cozy but all the space you need! Everything was well thought out and taken care of... sounds of waves crashing at night lulls you to sleep! Stay.

Very nice stay with everything provided for the room and the beach. Birds just outside the room were our morning alarm with an encore performance at sunset. The commode needs a little repair, but it was a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. It was fully stocked with anything we needed and we really appreciated the umbrellas, beach chairs and cooler. The BBQ area was a nice feature and we grilled some mahi tacos down there. Overall, we had a blast and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you.

Do not stay here in the summer it is ridiculously hot and there is no A/C. The ceiling fans barely work and they do not provide any other fans. I called the owner who never returned my phone call. Also the property manager on site will not help you and tells you to contact owner (who does not answer her phone). Buyer beware if you stay here you are on your own if you encounter any issues with the property. On the other hand, the location is great it is right on the beach. I would recommend staying here if money is a issue and you are on a budget. If not pay for A/C.

The condo is unbelievable its like you have you own private beach went swimming and snorkeling every morning. Condo has everything you need there's a market right around the corner. If your looking for a Condo in Napili look no further!!

Great spot for a few days. At first it was an adjustment due to the no ac and humidity, but the place has great airflow and you can get a nice breeze through the room. We caught it on a rainy day but it was still nice to just relax on the balcony. Place was clean and had almost everything you would need. The only thing I had to get was laundry detergent, but Napili market sells single use detergent packs so no issues.

We loved our week here! Great unit! Updated, clean and convenient location. Amazing beach! We would love to BUY a unit here. We will be back!

We loved this unit. Very well stocked. The bed was super comfortable. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we felt we had our own little slice of paradise. Only request I have is the sofa couch needs a good cleaning. Body odor!! We put a sheet over the couch but I didn’t want to sit on it otherwise

We love Napili Bay condo complex. Great location. Comfortable and low key with everything we need and nothing we don't. The complex is clean and very well kept. The onsite manager always works diligently to keep the place clean and everything in working condition. Some units are getting old and need updating though. Unit 217 is newly renovated and is very nice. Great ocean view but not noisy from the crashing wave, but we were woken up every morning around 5am with very loud bird chirping that went on for about 30 mins.

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights and this property was set up with everything we needed. The full kitchen had all of the tools you could need for cooking at home, and even had a good selection of sealable containers for leftovers. The rental also came with beach chairs, towels, a small cooler, and an umbrella. The deck had a partial view of the beach and had excellent privacy. Napili Bay, the beach in front of the property, was a perfect beach to hang out on all day and even has a restaurant at the other end of the beach that had good cocktails. The water was pretty calm and there is a shallow, protected area behind some rocks where babies could safely play in the water. The snorkeling was decent, with lots of sea turtles around, but was a little more interesting at the next beach up, which I think is Kapalua Bay. It’s a short walk from the condo. You could walk to the market and some restaurants/shops, but we had a car and found ourselves going down to Lahaina for most meals. Also, book your car and meals ahead of time! Most of the popular restaurants were booked up for a few weeks.
