Unser Haus ist 2. 5 Blocks vom Meerstrand und 1. 5 Blocks von einer Bucht entfernt. Genießen Sie das Schwimmen im Meer oder in der Bucht (ideal für kleine Kinder) und beobachten Sie nachts wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Setzen Sie sich auf die schattige Terrasse an der Vorderseite oder teilen Sie eine Mahlzeit auf dem Picknick-Tisch im Hinterhof. Machen Sie es sich in Ihrem Urlaub mit Zentralklimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren, WLAN, Waschmaschine / Trockner und TV und Kabel in jedem Zimmer bequem. Unser Haus verfügt über eine Außendusche und ein "Sandzimmer" im Erdgeschoss, in dem Sie all Ihre Strandutensilien aufbewahren können. Ein großes Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Küche befinden sich im ersten Stock mit Bad und drei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Es ist eine großartige Einrichtung für Familien! Die Beach Avenue (1, 5 Blocks entfernt) verfügt über einen Fahrradweg, der Sie nach Beach Haven bringt, ohne auf den Long Beach Boulevard fahren zu müssen, wenn Sie lieber mit dem Fahrrad fahren als mit dem Auto. Beach Haven ist die größte Stadt der Insel mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschichte, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das Wawa ist 2 Blocks entfernt und der Lebensmittelladen von Acme ist 1,5 km nördlich von unserem Haus für Lebensmittel und Vorräte, die Sie benötigen. Enjoyed all. Our host was as good as ANY we've ever worked. That'd be an understatement because they were beyond perfect. Highlight was proximity tto everywhere

The house was exactly as listed and perfect for our family of 4 (2 & 5 yo) plus a grandparent for some days. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for the week. So close to the bay which was great for our kids. Lindsey was a great communicator and always answered all my questions. We would love to come back again.

The owner was easy to communicate with. A small issue arose that was not the owners fault and they quickly managed it. I would stay again!

Everything was fine, exactly as presented. There was supposed to be an extra set of keys, which would have been very helpful, but they were not available.
I also did not get details and instructions until the day before our visit. It would have been helpful to have some of the info ahead of time.

We all had an amazing stay, the house was wonderful and couldn’t be better. The location was perfectly convenient with nothing too far away. Would definitely recommend and stay at this home again.

My friends and i stayed here for the weekend and loved the space! Perfect location close to great restaurants and bars and walking distance to the beach. Great size bedrooms and was very cozy. 😊

The house checked off everything you might want or need at a beach house. Spacious enough for a large family. Owners are very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be returning on our next trip to LBI!

The property was exactly as advertised! We enjoyed a wonderful week in LBI and the home was perfect for what we needed. The home was clean, had all of the general necessities and was a great location. The property manager, Lindsey checked in during our arrival and stated to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. This was the perfect rental for our week’s beach vacation and we would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location and providing all the beach toys, badges, wagon, chairs and bikes was great. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk and the bay is 5. Restaurants, pickleball courts and a Wawa are within 2-3 blocks. Only thing I wish was that towels, sheets, soap & garbage bags would’ve been provided. It was a little frustrating to spend that much money and be asked to bring all of that.

This property was exactly as advertised! Lindsey was very communicative and we had everything we needed. My only advice to future renters is to bring bike locks as you never know if the guest before you misplaces them and doesn’t report it. Rookie mistake on my part.
Other than that we had a great time and the location was PERFECT!

My kids loved being able to ride their bikes to the restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was not too far and the bay sunsets were beautiful.

Property was clean and big, great spot for lbi. Just wish the shower heads detached that way is would be easier to clean the sand off the kids. Other then that, would recommend to others

The home was big enough for our family and was in a great location. You could easily walk to the bay beach for the sunset and the shore beach for swimming. There were also lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
Some downsides: We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. We knew we had to bring our own linens but the pillow and mattress covers were dirty/stained in the bunk room. We also were woken up by yelling in the morning from the other unit.
Overall, it is a great location and we had a good time down the shore.

Lindsey and Nick made the whole process easy from start to finish, letting us get the most fun out of our time in LBI. The home was beautiful and in a great location - exactly what we needed for the four of us (husband, wife, 2 small children). We would absolutely look for this property again for our next visit to LBI!

It's across the main road to get to the beach if you're walking, so we ended up driving some days and were able to find easy and available street parking. The house is in a great location to several restaurants within walking distance (including wawa), and the TD Bank & Meltdown ice cream shop are the next street over!
The house itself was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with all our needs. The one drawback was having to bring our own bedding, but we were well aware of that before we arrived.
Lindsey responded to all my questions and her intro email with details about the house for the week was extremely thorough & a great reference for us all week long. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again in the future!
