Dieses Seehaus wurde 2007 gebaut, damit ich jederzeit direkt am Wasser sein und fischen kann. Das Haus besteht nur aus gebeiztem oder lackiertem Holz. Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, eine offene Küche sowie ein Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit einem Gaskamin. Der Innenraum wurde professionell gestaltet und dekoriert.
Eine abgeschirmte Veranda bildet die Bühne für perfekte Mahlzeiten im Freien und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.
Das ungewöhnliche und originelle überdachte Bootshaus verfügt über einen Bootslift und eine Alarmanlage. Die Fische, die sich dort im Wasser sammeln, sind meine Haustiere und lieben es, gefüttert zu werden. Die Gäste werden Seebarsch, Crappie, Karpfen, Wels und Schildkröten sehen.
Angelcharter sind auf Anfrage über den Bucktail Guide Service erhältlich. Bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, wenn Sie einen Angelführer-Ausflug organisieren möchten.

My wife and I stayed with our two adult sons and their wives for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Having the pontoon available to rent, and ready to go when we arrived was so convenient and gave us extra time to enjoy the lake. Preston was great! Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to accommodate us! We will definitely rent here again.

What a nice home on SUCH a great part of the lake! House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and super nice. Renting the boat went very well, fun and peaceful boat rides. What a nice few days of family time.

The house worked perfectly for our family - mom, dad, and 4 kids. Plenty of space for us to relax, and great to have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals and a screened in porch to avoid bugs while eating. We also rented Preston's pontoon boat for the week - absolutely worth it - we used it every day for tubing and fishing. Preston was extremely responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip and very nice.

We loved this place. It was rustic but well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for a group of 5 adults, and Preston was a very responsive and accommodating host. We were happy we opted to rent the pontoon boat and had a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Our son was graduating from Clemson. Seven of us stayed at the house, and we hosted another dozen for a cookout after the graduation. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the house, screened porch, and deck accommodated us all easily. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill worked fine. We were all happy with the accommodations.

Even more beautiful than the pictures. Definitely rent the pontoon boat and enjoy relaxing rides around the lake. Internet and WiFi allowed work checkin without any problems at all. Awesome place! Thank you for sharing!

We are 5 women spanning 2 generations 30 to 63. The home is lovely and clean and well layed out. Walk down to dock is a gentle slope easily managed by all. The lake was very high right now after many recent storm rain fronts in the last month so the step onto the deck walkway was a bit under water but the handyman immediately jumped into action and improved this high water situation dramatically. Wonderful service to be sure. we all felt safe and comfortable. Five stars for him too. The owner was very responsive as well. We rented the owners pontoon so that was so easy not having to rent from a marina with deadline for return. It was fun. They provide plenty of Dock chairs and floats and tubing gear etc. we highly recommend this property and if ever back to Lake Hartwell we would rent again.

We loved the lake house! Very clean & & comfortable & perfect for my family. Beautiful view of the lake from all rooms. We loved having dinners on the screened porch & sitting in the rocking chairs. My boys loved fishing off of the dock.
