The house is very cozy and comfortable. You really feel like you are staying at a 'friend's' house versus the usual VRBO. Kitchen has everything you would need. There is plenty of space. The bedrooms are comfortable although the bunk bedroom is really just for kids or shorter folks as bed is not that long. The gas fireplace is great as is the hot tub. Joe, the host, was very accommodating. Everting was very clean.

Our family really enjoyed this property and the location - close to town and ski resorts. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Thanks for a great Spring Break trip for our family!

Perfect location for skiing. Close to everything but still peaceful. Spent time enjoying meals around the kitchen table, playing cards and games and of course soaking in the hot tub. Kitchen had all the little pantry items to make cooking a breeze. (Tupperware containers, foil, and baggies for bag lunches on the mountain. ) Living room was comfy with smart tv in all rooms. Chair by the gas stove was perfect for reading. Kids loved the bunk beds and privacy to watch there shows while we were in the living room. The hot tub is big enough for 4 adults. It is an older model and could use new head tests but otherwise very clean. The sunroom off the kitchen was great for storing all the ski boots and jackets. Loved our stay and Joe was very responsive to our requests. We’ll be back next year!

My relatively large family and I had a wonderful time staying in this Dillon house that's convenient to everything you'd want to do in Summit County. We had plenty of room for four adults and three children, found the hot tub to be a great place to spend the evenings, and were amazed at how well stocked the house was, from snow toys for the kids to everything you could need in the kitchen, making it incredibly easy to cook a Thanksgiving meal (and quite a few more since most restaurants were closed due to covid). We were there for a little over a week and would highly recommend both the house and its incredibly helpful owners who we were lucky enough to meet upon our early arrival (and which they were quick to accommodate).
