This house has a little bit for everyone. The ground floor is a kids paradise. The game room is ideal when the weather is bad or just need a break from the sun. The pool and patio/balcony space was perfect for relaxing. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and just steps away from the public beach access. The golf cart was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed.

House is beautiful and convenient to everything! Well equipped and plenty of room for our family of 9 with room to spare. Property manager stayed in contact with us and made check in and check out process very easy. Golf cart was definitely a plus getting our beach chairs and tent to the beach! Would HIGHLY recommend for a very relaxing and fun beach trip! House is stocked very well with beach towels and chairs! Love this location!!!

We were really impressed with everything the house had to offer. We would stay there again. The walk to the beach was easy and short. The games and pool on property provided plenty of enjoyment. The kitchen was great. Only Suggestion would be labeling the light switches because we couldn’t remember which one belong to which light! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This house was beautiful! Minor issue with a sink, which was handled by the management company quickly. Clean, spacious and the pool area and game rooms were very popular among the kids! Location was wonderful, within a short distance to many amazing restaurants! The golf cart was a blessing, and very convenient! Would be more than happy to return to this home, we thoroughly enjoyed our week :)

Our stay was fantastic. We haven’t stopped talking about all the fun we had and when we can go back. The place was perfect! Excellent location on the island, close to the beach and grocery store and enough room to accommodate 11 of us. It was truly amazing! We really enjoyed using the golf cart and also rented bikes to get around the island. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting AMI.

This house was amazing. It comfortably slept a number of families 15+ with kids and adults. The house is super large, it is clean, well appointed with everything you need. It is a block from the beach and the beach is just so nice. It is also a block from a convenience store for any basics you may need but smart to stop at the super market on the way in (though we drove the golf cart to publix. It is also walkable to a number of restaurants, but the house has a golf cart for easy transit.

We loved this house and all of the memories that were made in it. We had 9 adults and 2 small children that stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beach being across the street is such a major plus. We would spend our mornings there, and then hang out by the house pool in the afternoons when the sun would be there. We did have a hiccup with the pool heater not working for the first few days, but the management company was responsive and it was eventually fixed for us. The kitchen was awesome for hanging out. It was a great intro location for our first time visiting Anna Maria Island!

This was our second stay, and a very different experience, mostly negative. This particular stay we were contacted upon arrival by a management company (Anna Maria Vacations) with a phone number to text promptly with any issues that needed immediate assistance and/or maintenance. The property is advertised as coming with a golf cart, we were told immediately we were not allowed to use it & it was stored for owner use only. Throughout the week we had breakers flipping and made easy tasks complicated. Lastly, we woke one morning to a very large RAT in the pool, deceased. AMV was contacted immediately and I was told the rodent would be removed and the pool would be serviced and cleaned that day for our use. All day I inquired about an eta for service & was told to be patient, which I was as well as forgiving. Late in the day I was told the issue would not be taken care of until the next day. At that point I contacted the owner who agreed it was terrible however it was too late in the day to do anything. Again, I remained patient however our family was completely disgusted uneasy by the idea of rats on the property. The next morning, a service man was out and left within minutes before we could inquire about a time frame for safe use of the pool. He did not skim, clean any debris (there was a lot from storms). We have photo and text documentation of everything, an apology was never offered. 2 days were lost, we do not recommend staying unless management is changed!

This house is wonderful and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and laid out so that there was plenty of together space but also areas for privacy and individual time. The game area is great and our 14 year old grand child loved the arcade games and so many other games to play. We loved the Spiderman golf to buzz around on the delightful island. The location was just a very short walk to the beach and because it is a narrow spot on the island it did not seem crowded at all. We truly loved our stay there.

This house was very clean and nicely appointed with tons of room for everyone in our party. We had 10 people staying together and it was perfect for all of us. Highlights were the beautiful kitchen, the pool and the rooftop patio views! Oh and the master shower was massive. Best part was the house was across the street from a gorgeous beach. We also loved Kokonuts beach bar that was in walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay here and would stay again!

Great house for vacationing with a larger family! Lots of space to enjoy the outdoors with seating everywhere from every level. Spacious kitchen to prepare gourmet meals with plenty of kitchenware. Large tv for movie night so the little ones can wind down for the night so adults can relax and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset from the upper deck. Beautiful pool and also amazing game room and extra perk a 6 passenger golf cart. Great location to beach and Bridge st restaurants and shops.

We had an incredible stay. Having a golf cart included with the house came in so handy, transporting all the beach equipment and kids. The game room was amazing for our eight grandchildren and the heated pool was great, especially since the temperatures were a little cooler this year. The outside porches for each bedroom was awesome. We found some new restaurants in the area and are looking forward to next year!

We were a group of 10, including a 6month old and 2 year old. Overall we had a fantastic time - we loved the location of the house which was just a few minutes walk from the beach in a residential area. It was close to a playground for the little ones and a short golf cart ride away from many restaurants, bars, etc. The house itself was great and accommodated us all without feeling like we were on top of each other. The games room was lots of fun - with lots of options to keep everyone occupied. The pool was great but really only got sun for about 2 hours a day due to the palm trees surrounding it. Our weather was cooler so would have liked more sun but I’m sure when it’s very hot, the shade would be welcome. In general the house was clean but baseboards and doors were in need of a good cleaning. Having two little ones, we were on the floor a lot and noticed things that should have been cleaned. This would elevate the house to a 5+ rating in our opinion. There were two coffee makers but one didn’t work as it was missing the basket filter. We called the management company who ordered a replacement how ever it wasn’t the right one so we couldn’t use that coffee machine. The wifi went down for the last day and a half of our stay which wasn’t working by the time we checked out. The management company was very responsive to any issues we brought to them. Overall a fantastic house and we would stay there again.

Excellent vacation. Well laid out spacious house. Comfortable bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom with large bathroom and multiple head shower. Great porches and roof deck. Heated pool for wading with children is perfect. Game room large plus. Pac-Man, dart toss, in-door basketball hoop and hand shuffleboard made it feel like camp. Also big bonus to have golf cart. Fun to ride and to transport chairs. Beach really is 2 minute walk away. Kevin, owner, easy to deal with and very responsive. Plenty of beach chairs. Would definitely rent again.

Had a wonderful time. House is centrally located to everything pretty much on the island. Lots of amenities to entertain the family on rainy days.

The property was well described in written information. Golf cart a plus along with beach chairs. Easy access to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Beach and pool towels were excellent. Bath towels and supplies for shower could be improved but everything very clean. Great property would love to visit again.

Beautiful Home with many many activities in house. We had some bad weather days but the game room definitely was a HUGE benefit to have to entertain not only the kids but adults too. Had a small issue with the pool heater but the pool guy went above & beyond for us… Owner was very quick to respond even dealing with a Tropical Storm. Once the weather cleared we were able to utilize the golf cart to travel around easy peasy for a day of shopping and the Farmers market. We were able to bring our Golden Child ( Aussie Doodle) Henry with us which such an added benefit of this Beautiful Property. Ooo and the kitchen! Plenty of Plate, Silverware, Glasses, Pots, Pans etc… Very well stocked! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable for all of us. Grandkids loved the games, golf cart and heated pool. Sunsets were awesome ! Would be happy to stay again.

The home is awesome, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but we made the best of the days we had and really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed every minute we stayed at this property. There were a couple of problems upon arrival, but the management company was very responsive and things were fixed quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for the location and amenities to other friends and family.

We had a fantastic vacation. We loved the trolley service to see the island and go shopping. The house was fabulous with just a short walk to the beach. We sent our suggestions to owner/property manager regarding golf cart repairs and installing an air conditioning unit in downstairs entertainment room.

We had several obstacles to overcome....air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived so it was very hot upstairs until temporary units were brought in and it was repaired a few days later. Washing machine intake valve wouldn't let water flow cut off so full load of very wet towels were left by cleaning crew in washer, Drier and refrigerator had to be rebooted so that ice could freeze . All of these were maintenance problems which should have been addressed before we arrived.We were aware that a previous renter had mentioned the air conditioning problem so the temp units should have already been installed. The house itself was lovely and well stocked .Very nice pool area and the location was good. All of the personnel we dealt with were courteous but we shouldn't have had to deal with so many different issues.

The house was very nice and in a great location. We had air conditioning issues from the time we checked in (Saturday til Friday). Communication with the management company was very poor over the weekend. They had no follow up to see if the problem was fixed. I called daily to see if anyone was coming out to work on the air. I wish you would have supplied more trash bags, and dish soap. Two trash bags for a week. The pool was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned during the week ( I thought I read it should be cleaned weekly). It was a nice house in a great location, but I will be staying somewhere else next time.

The property was as described and good fit for our family of 8. Six adults and two little ones 4 and 9 enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. Well appointed kitchen if you wish to cook meals. The top deck view to the beach was awesome! Proximity to the beach was great just a short distance. Golf Cart was a significant plus! Would stay again. Good communication with the owner

We had the best vacation here! The nine of us truly enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful and in a terrific location! We used the golf cart every day and it was such fun! The beach is just across the street and it was clean and so relaxing. The house was perfect for my husband and I and the rest of our family had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The game room was a huge hit every night. The kitchen was set up nicely and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The host sent brand new towels to the house so we all had nice bath towels to use all week. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and groceries nearby. Overall a great place to stay. No one wanted to leave. The nine of us would definitely recommend this house!!

Spent a week here with my family and we all had a wonderful time. Always something fun to do from enjoying the pool or taking the golf cart for a ride, playing video games or just hanging out on one of the multiple decks. And of course, the beautiful beaches! Can’t wait to come back
