Spacious house for our family of 5 plus one under 1. Well located up a hill from downtown Estes. 5 minute drive to the Stanley Hotel. 15 minutes to entrance to RMNP. Needs a few handyman repairs to ceiling fan in living room and some sticky doors. But neighbors are quiet and overall we were very pleased.

This was my second 2 week stay at the Banana Cabana the end of July. I liked it so much last year that I had to return. The location is terrific. It is within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and just 4 miles from Falls River Entrance to RMN Park. Kyle, the property manager was very prompt in handling some minor issues too.
We managed to see wildlife again- this time a brown bear walking by in the back yard but he/she was not out to hurt anyone. The hot tub was a favorite of kids and adults alike. The views from the home are lovely of mountains, Stanley Hotel and wildlife. Very peaceful!

Spent 4 days at the Banana Cabana with some life-long friends. It was exactly what we needed. We especially liked the location, the deck off the back, and the large kitchen which accommodated five women all working together.

We enjoyed staying at this home. The home maybe a bit dated but it was comfortable and provided a fantastic location to enjoy RMNP and the town of Estes. The neighbors are friendly and we felt at home the entire stay. I would highly recommend booking this home if you are looking for a very comfortable home in an ideal location. We would certainly book again when visiting RMNP. Thank You!

My friends and I travelled to Estes Park from Texas for a hiking girls trip. The house was perfect for us. Spacious and clean. The kitchen was perfect for all our meals. We climbed the Manitou Incline in Manitou CO one day and hiked RMNP the next day.... shopping downtown and relaxing on the other days. Made great memories. Will definitely recommend this property to others. 😁

We had a WONDERFUL time in Estes Park. The property was very close to downtown and Rocky National Park. If we had any questions prior to our visit, Steve would get back with us right away. Having a hot tub was really great after hiking all day. The beds are really comfortable! The only negative comment is the owner's may purchase a new dishwasher. Julie

This house has one of the most beautiful views there is. Every direction you could see the spectacular mountains. The lighting could have been brighter in the kitchen but the kitchen is huge and that was nice as well. The house is close to everything and that is also a plus. Neighbors were very pleasant and the elk would come up and lay in the yard. One evening about 25 or so elk came thru and that was a beautiful site. The bull was also in the bunch and his antlers were amazing! We have never encountered anything like this before so it was a real treat. Estes Park, Red Rock Park and the surrounding area is a must see for anyone!

Great property. Spacious, surrounded by mountains, close to town & RMN Park. Property mgt was very responsive to any inquiries. Big kitchen. Remodeled bathrooms. Dishwasher needs updated. Loved seeing the wildlife come down from the mountains to visit in the evenings.

We were in town for my sons wedding at Della Terra Mountain Chateau. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a two minute drive to the grocery store; not even 5 minute drive to downtown and east access to all the major roads to everywhere. Very comfortable accommodations. Only improvement I would like to see is slightly larger televisions. Bedroom TV’s are monitor sized; and TV in LR is at best a 32” which makes it hard for everyone in the room to view. Not a big problem since we were hardly there, but they are dated and small. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Booked the Banana Cabana for our annual Girl’s Trip. The house was awesome! The house was huge, had plenty of room for everyone. Had all kitchen, house necessities needed. Close to everything! Can see the Stanley Hotel out the back, minutes from downtown Estes and close to RMNP. 5 ⭐️s!!!

The location was great...we had lots of deer in the yard every day. The house was my dream house! Cupboards stocked with anything we would need. Ranch style layout, so totally accommodated our disabilities. Called Steve when we were having trouble figuring out electronics & he came right away. The only suggestion I would make is to post more notes on how to operate equipment. But then again, we're a couple of little old ladies who probably need more help in those areas!

This home is always a comfortable stay, with a variety of wildlife visitors. We saw bobcat, turkeys, deer, coyote and elk in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed the property, the only negative is the hot tub is inoperable in the winter months (seems like cold weather would get more hot tub use than warm) and when we inquired with Steve he seemed very annoyed with any contact. Check out procedures were over the top, we left it better than we found it! We would rent again but will most likely check other properties first.

Very spacious and comfortable! The master bed was SO cozy; I loved it! We were 1 mile from our daughter’s wedding venue and just 4 miles from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park! You could walk to downtown Estes from the house. Everything was just right there. It was a great stay!

A squeaky clean, spacious, perfectly located house in Estes Park. Charming retro decor with updated bathrooms. Kitchen was not updated but had modern appliances, although the dishwasher was a bear to close. Had a lovely long visit by a small family of elk the first day we were there. Good house for large family visits.

Wonderful Week
Had a great week in Estes. House was larger than we even expected and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Very quiet neighborhood, close to town and RMNP. All basic bathroom & laundry items were provided. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items needed to cook a meal. It was a great place to come back to each day and relax in the hot tub!

Family vacation
Great spacious house and great location, not far from downtown or rmnp. We had a great stay except my 1 year old son locked himself inside one of the bedrooms. Most bedrooms and bathrooms have inside locks. We were not provided with those keys nor could we reach 3 of the property managers when we called. We ended up paying for a locksmith to get him out. I would just suggest taking those out or providing keys. Other than that I would recommend

This house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The house was clean and had everything you needed! Full kitchen to extra pillows. Perfect location. Already planning to book for the summer! Great! So enjoyed our stay. Accommodations very comfortable and clean. Hot tub, clean and we soaked. The mountain range view and the deer visitors were fun. Suggestion: there was one of us under 50 years of age. The rest of us were old crocs and the lighting needed to be brighter, especially in the kitchen! Overall, thanks for a beautiful weekend!
