Unser Haus liegt an einem der einzigartigsten Strände Floridas. Sie werden sich wie in Hawaii angekommen fühlen, wenn Sie unser Anwesen betreten. Dieser Strand ist sehr ruhig mit schönen Felsen und Gezeitenbecken zu erkunden. Wir lieben es, abends auf den Felsen zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein zu genießen! Egal, ob Sie morgens einen Kaffee trinken oder abends etwas trinken - Sie werden die Aussicht lieben!
Dancin 'Dolphin ist der perfekte Ort, um Ihren Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen. Dies ist das Haus, das Sie für Ihren Familienurlaub auswählen möchten. Unser modernisiertes Luxushaus am Meer bietet nahezu alles, was Sie benötigen. Es gibt eine komplette Ozeanfront mit einem extrem großen Balkon, auf dem die ganze Familie Platz findet.
Unsere große U-förmige voll ausgestattete Küche wurde mit Arbeitsplatten aus Marmor sowie Geräten und Spülen aus Edelstahl aufgewertet. Obwohl die Supermärkte in der Nähe sind (und der Wochenmarkt ausgezeichnet ist), müssen Sie nur einkaufen, wenn Sie Lust dazu haben. In dem nebeneinander angeordneten Kühl- / Gefrierschrank aus Edelstahl können die Lebensmittel einer Familie problemlos für die Woche aufbewahrt werden.
Unser Haus verfügt auch über eine Superkapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem separaten Waschraum.
Zwei der vier Schlafzimmer bieten Kingsize-Betten, eines hat ein Queensize-Bett und eines zwei Einzelbetten, die auch in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können, wenn dies Ihren Bedürfnissen besser entspricht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher. Alle Betten haben neue Memory-Schaum-Matratzen und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Außerdem gibt es zwei neue Rollbetten, die bei Bedarf verwendet werden können.

My family loved this house! Loved the fact that they had all the small things that tend to get overlooked when packing. They had plenty of seasonings, dishes, and cookware. The fact that there was shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash was a chefs kiss. The air conditioning was exceptional and kept us cool when it was humid outside. Just note that the beach for this house isn’t great for swimming or boogie boarding but just mins down the road had a beach just for that. We can not express how well everything was taken care of. The bikes that were available didn’t have flat tires, the furniture outside was amazing and not falling apart. They had plenty of books, games and more to choose from for family time at night or a rainy day. The neighborhood was friendly. My 16 yo daughter says rate it 100/10 because of how amazing it is. Also just note the house has a jacuzzi there is not a hot tub outside. Definitely recommend this place!!

This was our third stay at this property! The views are amazing! You won't see a gorgeous, rocky beachfront like this anywhere else in Florida. The beds and linens are top notch and very comfortable! The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented. We will definitely return again.

We loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, the beach was great and we were only a short drive from everything. The owner awesome and had everything we’d need for an enjoyable stay. We definitely plan to stay here again!

This was a return stay. Location was chosen because of proximity to family living in area. Beach area was adventurous for our young ones and close to surfing area for others. One comment. It is difficult to understand that the listing says it accommodates 12 individuals. It has two queen size beds, one double, two single beds and two roll away which equals accommodation for 10. The problem is where to open the roll away? No room down stairs. There are two couches up stairs which are not fold outs!?? We made out by lifting a roll way up stairs and sleeping on the couch. Very misleading by listing accomplishments for 12. Other than that we enjoyed our stay however we will have to look for another beach house with our children getting older considering the sleeping accommodations. Note to owners for future considerations: Make the one couch a fold out but consider a color beside white. Very nice but if there are young children very dangerous for possible stains a necessary for multiple cleaning after each guest. The hosts are very nice and accommodating!!!

We had 9 adults and 2 children under two. It is a clean, very well equipped home on the beach. The rocks on the beach are unique and a great place for photos. The beds were very comfortable. We used the bikes to go down the road for coffee and breakfast. They have equipped the house for anything you can think of-books, toys, dishes for all age groups, kids pools, chairs and included the toiletries -such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and etc. thank you Heidi for a great family vacation celebrating my 60th Birthday.

My family loved our time at the beach house. Everything was clean and well prepared, amenities in the kitchen were perfect, weather was fantastic, deck and boardwalk are incredibly welcoming, and our time there was wonderful.

We loved this property for our family of 9. It had plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. Everything was so well thought out, organized perfectly, and we had everything we needed and more. The kids loved looking for shells, climbing on the rocks and playing in the water. We all loved sitting at the end of the walkway listening to the waves crash and talking as the sun went down. We have never been to the East coast and we all agreed we definitely want to come back.

The home is beautiful and clean. The location is quite and private. There wasn’t too many other people walking across the back of the property which made it very private to enjoy with the family. It was a more rocky part of the beach, which personally I think kept most out of the area. Even with the rocks and structure, we enjoyed it very much. You can walk a bit north or south to a public beach with less rocks or drive nearby to other public beaches. Not having the sandy beach behind the house was not a negative for us. The view and privacy made the experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

From the communication months prior to actually being able to stay and enjoy an amply supplied home, Heidi went above and beyond to make our stay superb. Lovely however
We absolutely loved the property! Clean, spacious, amazing views and up to date. However, we were unaware of the boulders along the beach. This was very disappointing. We could not just walk out onto the beach and go for a swim without doing some rock climbing. The kids enjoyed their bike ride to an accessible beach but would have loved to have been informed with pictures of the house beach access.

Great Beachfront Getaway
The home was lovely and stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach, from chairs and umbrellas to boogie boards. Heidi was a great host and really responsive to questions we had, and the whole place was clean with supplies clearly labeled. Perfect for our family getaway where we had everyone from grandparents to 7 year olds at the house.
The beach was lovely and we saw maybe 4 people walk by all day.
It's like you have a private beach for miles since it's so uncrowded.
The only thing I would advise for folks would be to check the tide tables if you plan to swim at the house. At high tide, the water comes up to the area where there's large rocks, eliminating the nice sandy area by the water. We got lucky as low tide was right in the middle of the day, perfect for spending the main hours of the day on the nice sandy beach and playing in the water.
Of course, it's a really short drive or bike ride (bikes were available at the house) up to the public beach area, which is very accommodating.

Very nice clean home. Owner was available and very courteous. Home was Equipped well, however not as the listing shows. My contention is that the listing is misleading and false. Vrbo states That it sleeps 12 (?) with 4 rooms (that is correct) and states there are 9 beds (incorrect, there are only 5 plus two Single roll-always). There is a king bed in two rooms, a queen in another and two twin beds in another. There are two fold up roll-always in a closet To be used, but where? There is only room for one Roll away in one bedroom. It further states that one king can be made into single beds. No it was not made as such. We “made” it work but having rented many beach homes it was The first to have to have two sleep on the couch which was not a fold out. Additionally I was charged $140 for an additional guest. ? It states it accomadates 12 (??) why the additional fee. I should be paid back fees for not being accomadated for, as advertised, for the guest it stated it would. To these contentions I would appreciated a response. If there is a good explanation I will consider however if not I will also consider. I will not hesitate to tell my constituents and clients the great home but also will not hesitate to indicate what they will have as stated!!!

Fun Family Cool Beach Weekend
This location provided a great venue for our family beach weekend. The property was clean, safe, convenient, great beach access and very family friendly. The beach is almost always in view. The property provides all the little things that make a difference like beach chairs and family games. The information provided on the listing is accurate.
We are Florida Natives and this is one of the most unique beaches you will find in Florida. The rock formations on the beach are very interesting and provided for a different experience. At the end of the private boardwalk to the beach we had plenty of room to set up an area to play in the sand and have cover from the sun. The kids had fun playing in the pools of water captured by the coquina rock formations. We really enjoyed this experience and will plan to return in future years. I understand that formations are modified by the various times of year so you should research the changes depending on the time of year you are planning on staying. Regardless, we are certain you will enjoy this location.

I too rent a summer home on Vrbo and feel 1 am much more accommodating with our guest.
The location, home and layout was great. Only two observations that held me back from giving it a full thumb's up... First: They claims to have 5 five bathrooms for such a large home. Actually it is a two and half bath room and two shower stalls outside to wash off the sand from the beach. Not good for a group of 10. Second, I requested a 2pm late checkout, something very common that we always work with our guest. Their check out is 10am and check-in 4pm. Another somewhat tough for a Vrbo home - they are not a hotel. However I was politely told the best they can do is 11am late checkout or pay an extra day.... Ouch! Tuff Cookies.

Our family reunion
This was a perfect place for our family reunion. It is a beautiful location right on the ocean and the sunrises were specular!! The house is beautiful and perfectly equipped. We are cooks and loved the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped. Everyone was happy with the incredible comfort and beauty of the place.

Wonderful view and home
We really enjoyed the stay here, wish we had more time. The home was clean beautiful and a super easy stay. Love the boardwalk to the beach access. The rock formations were super cool just wish it was easier to access the water for me (I am not as agile). The boys on the other hand just loved it! Although it was quite cool the boys (teens) did swim a bit , if they were any younger I would have taken them further down to the beach access areas to swim. Either way there were many close options to choose. Loved that a Publix was within five minutes, A great boat ramp, fishing pier, restaurants, even a rose/flower garden park all within minutes. The master bedroom upstairs with the view was just beautiful! Appreciated the family time even though it was a quick trip!

The house on the beach can't be beat. We stayed during spring break, and expected a ton of people around. It could not have been more quiet and peaceful. Being on the beach and seeing so few people, you kind of feel like you're on an island.

Palm Coast Bliss
My girlfriends (of +/- 30 years) and I gathered for our 17th annual reunion and had a wonderful time together at your home! Due to the pandemic, we hadn’t seen each other in several years—so, quite a lot has happened to each of us—which caused us to spend all of our time at the house or on the beach—talking, cooking & eating together. (It was the perfect salve after my surgeries!) The rooms were full of reminiscing, story telling, laughter, and music. (We have nothing to share about the TVs as we never turned them on, but the WiFi was good!) The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for hanging out. The location was lovely—right on the beach with lots of greenery—and the deck was our ‘sweet spot’ for morning coffee—we saw plenty of dolphins, blue herons, and pelicans cruising by; it was so delightful! The kitchen and dining table were large enough for our group so that we never felt like we were in each other’s way. We are so grateful for our time at your beautiful home!
