Diese sehr geräumige 1.500 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für acht Personen. Die Skilifte in Peru und Argentinien sind weniger als 50 Meter entfernt. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines dreistöckigen Gebäudes und blickt auf die Berge. Es verfügt über eine aktualisierte Küche, einen Holzofen im Wohnzimmer und einen eigenen Whirlpool im Innenbereich. Im Herbst 2017 wurde der gesamte Boden neu verlegt.
Der Eingang bietet viel Stauraum für Ihre Urlaubsausrüstung. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie müssen also kein Gepäck auf und ab tragen. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass Sie direkt von der Unterkunft aus zu den Aufzügen gehen können, die nur 50 Meter entfernt sind.

Ihre Kleinen werden diesen Winkel lieben, der nur für sie ist. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist der Zugang zur Terrasse, wo Sie den argentinischen Aufzug sehen können. Genießen Sie eine Tasse Kaffee, während Sie unter den Espen sitzen. Diese sind besonders beeindruckend im Herbst, wenn die Farben von grün zu einer schönen goldenen Farbe wechseln. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie den Luxus, auf Ihren privaten Innenwhirlpool zuzugreifen, ohne nach draußen gehen zu müssen.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It was so easy to check in and the condo company was really attentive and helpful. The kitchen was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was just fantastic! The patio was great and the views unmatched. Some minor annoyances that are minimal in comparison but the TV must have a faulty connecting wire we were getting a lot of snow fuzzy static, we moved the tv out on the tracks and it worked better. The unit upstairs was getting some renovations done so there was hammering and pounding right above the bedroom at 8am, but hey it's got to happen some time right? We would for sure stay again, the summer season was the best time to go, wasnt crowded at all!

Everything was was great. The only complaint I have was that it was a little tricky to find because my maps kept telling me to go to the west gate which was for service purposes only. Other than that I really enjoyed the unit. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to be close to the slopes.

The condo is just across from the Peru lift and a very short walk away from ski school and keystone rentals. On days with fresh powder we were able to ski down schoolmarm/haywood and ski almost all the way to our front door.
We really enjoyed our stay but there were a few things worth noting:
-Whoever responds to messages on VRBO wasn’t great, we received incorrect info and then zero response when we tried to clarify. However, the management company is very helpful, just call them!
-There is only free parking for 1 vehicle. Any others need to park in nearby lots and pay a minimum of $25/night. But make sure you choose the correct lot. Some have to be paid additionally at 6am each morning. You may even receive a ticket that you need to contest, even though you’ve already paid.
-The dishwasher technically works, but you’ll need to wash the dishes before or after using it, and the bottom rack is broken, so it’s hard to load/unload.
My only other ‘complaint’ is that there wasn’t enough space for all of our ski gear. There’s a locker, but it can only fit 2 sets comfortably, 3 if it’s tight. We ended up putting the rest in the hot tub room overnight.
Overall I would rent this condo again, but I wish it were a little cheaper considering the additional for parking and lack of a decent dishwasher!

The property management company is very nice. Parking was good but the entrance is a little roundabout. The ski lockers are really not big enough for more than 3 or 4 sets of ski equipment. If you have snowboards, plan accordingly.

Some have said this property is a bit outdated and they are right. If you grew up in the late 70's early 80's like I did, it did not matter. Updates have been made.My family had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfortable.We had one issue and maintenance came within 24 hours to fix. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Booked this place because of the private hot tub. Had a couple minor problems upon arrival, but management took care of them quickly. Location is great and the private hot tub was clean and definitely enjoyed. Close to the slopes and a quiet area. If you’re up to ski, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful time at Chateaux DuMont #2716! The condo was super clean, had all the kitchen supplies and amenities we needed, and the hot tub rocked!! We loved the convenient location right on the recpath, and within walking distance to River Run and other shops and restaurants in Keystone. The landscaping here was beautful and with the snow falling on the neon yellow aspen trees, it looked like a woodland fairytale! Would totally recommend this rental for a relaxing and fun mountain retreat!

The condo was perfect for our 3 night getaway at the end of Sept. The description of the property is accurate. We used the living room and kitchen during the evenings and were very comfortable. We also used the washer/dryer. The only feedback I'd give is to add a detailed map about which gate on the property you can enter.

The condo is in a nice, quiet location. It would be perfect for ski season. It has a lovely little patio where you can relax and sit outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked. However, it wasn't without issues. The condos are not marked very well with the unit numbers displayed outside the building, making it a little tricky to find. There is only one entrance to the condo. I did like that it had a keycard pad for safety. But driving a few miles on Keystone Road wasn't convenient to get back to the main road. I paid for early check-in. Upon arrival, the condo was not very clean. Smashed corn chips and crackers were on the rug under the kitchen table. The throw rugs in the hallway had dirt on them. The trash in one of the bathrooms was not emptied. A pile of dirt and food was in a corner on the kitchen floor. The hot tub was not hot. By the third day, the hot tub water was murky and had a disgusting ring of dirt around the top coming out of the jets. Several of the lightbulbs were out on the chandelier. The curtains in the bedroom by the bunk beds do not shut entirely. The wallpaper in the master bathroom is peeling. Only one entrance into the condo and one parking spot are allowed per condo. You can park in the parking lot close to the ski lift, but it has a fee of $25/night. The property management company was not very responsive to texts. The day before arrival I asked about early check-in. I did not receive a response and had to call while driving the next day. I reported the hot tub not being hot, the light bulbs, and the dirty floors. I asked if they would come in and vacuum. I did not receive a response and had to call once again. When I called, they offered to refund my early check-in fee, but they did not acknowledge that I wanted it cleaned. We ran low on toilet paper. The only way we could get more was to drive to the management office several miles away. Overall, I liked the complex. The landscaping was gorgeous! The condo just needs a little TLC.

My family and I loved the location! We were in walking distance of shopping and beautiful nature walkways. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for my family of 6. We will be returning next year and plan to get the same kind of unit.

The condo itself was beautiful! Excellent location, very clean. Other than the fact we were not informed ahead of time that the hot tub wasn’t working (which was the main reason we chose this property) communication with the host was fine. We were very disappointed that we weren’t informed before arrival.

RENTER BEWARE: It's unfortunate to give a bad review when this place is nice and also very clean, but it has many issues that need to get resolved before they rent it again. We chose this place because of the private hot tub which we never got to use. After two tries by a maintenance guy, we resigned ourselves to not using the hot tub. Upon arrival, we discovered the back patio door wouldn't lock. Obviously this is a safety issue so we called to get this fixed immediately. A different maintenance person came, couldn't fix it so gave us a metal bar to jam under the door knob. We never heard from anyone on this issue again even though they told us they would have the parts to fix it the next day. The heating vent in the master bedroom started a horrible screech in the middle of the night that went on for hours. Again, maintenance looked at it and couldn't fix it. We were advised to just not turn the heat on, which wouldn't be a big deal except it was in the low 30's overnight. We were told that all of these items are ongoing issues. I wish we had known that because we certainly wouldn't have rented the place. I let the owner know 2 days into our stay to give them the opportunity to make this right. They didn't bother to even try. Now you're warned.

This unit was directly in front of the base of the Peru lift. We really enjoyed getting in the hot tub every day after skiing. Beds were comfortable. The condo its self was very clean and is just as it is shown in the photos, was well stocked with items like humidifiers, and firewood. The location is amazing. It is located hear one of the major lifts and you can reach the entire mountain through runs and other lifts. You could not be any closer. The hot tub is amazing and functioned well. The communication with the owner/management was efficient and clear. The only draw back was one of the gates to the parking area didn't work so I you had to drive more to get to some things. All in all a very positive experience. I would love to stay here again.

This is a great location for skiers with all of their own gear who plan to cook in...great location for us.Skied A Basin, Keystone, Vail, Copper...good coverage and a coupla decent powder days. Condo is well equipped though I always wished that unit owners provided the little things like salt and pepper, non stick spray for cooking, etc...makes a shopping a little more difficult. Don't forget to buy ground coffee and filters...these are not provided. Nice rooms, indoor jacuzzi a major plus...best location in the complex in my mind.

Great stay in a clean, convenient location. Property was as described. No issues with anything in the condo. Location was pretty convenient for our Memorial weekend stay. Found some really good hikes which were quite close to the condo, as well. Overall, we would recommend this place.

We have had two fantastic visits to this property, once for Christmas and once in mid February. We very much enjoyed this place. The communications from the office were fantastic! The condos were well stocked to get your basic needs going. The hot tub and fireplace is a nice touch. The beds are super comfortable, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, appliances worked. We were 100 yards from the ski lift!

Third stay here and we just love it! Responded to texts for a couple of random items within 5 minutes, then brought over to the unit the next morning. I like the fact that they clean the hot tub between each reservation too. So close to Peru lift!!

Novemeber 2021 Stay
Great place, exactly as pictured, good location, easy to access ski lifts and close to parking. Hot tub was clean and perfect after a day on the slopes. Plenty of room and plenty of towels. LOVED that each room controlled its own thermostat. Highly recommend this place and will be staying here on our next trip. Only bad thing I can say about this stay is there was was oder coming from the sink/ trash can areas and the Peru lift that is right outside this place was not open yet.

Beautiful & quiet. They needed new bedding & definitely need a new mattress. The sheets were replaced upon asking. Kitchen nicely stocked. Outside lights were never replaced even tho property manager said he would get right to it.
