Das Innere unseres Hauses ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit Deckenventilatoren; ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, ein großer Speisesaal, die mit 10 und einer Veranda perfekt für Curling mit Ihrem Lieblingsbuch sitzt. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett mit einem vollen Bad und Französisch Türen auf die abgeschirmten Veranda. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten teilt sich eine volle Halle Bad mit dem dritten Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch Französisch Türen führen auf der abgeschirmten Veranda. Der Wintergarten im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit Türen für die Privatsphäre und befindet sich direkt neben dem oben Vollbad.
Das Haus hat schöne Holzfußböden. Die Küche und alle 3 Bäder wurden mit Granit und neuen Armaturen renoviert. Wenn Sie gerne kochen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Töpfen und Pfannen und eine breite Auswahl an Utensilien. Es gibt eine große Veranda mit Wippen und eine eigene abgeschirmten Veranda. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und wir bieten einen Strand legen für Ihren Einsatz, 6 Liegestühle, Sandspielzeug, Boogie Boards und Pool Spielzeug. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill. Für Aktivitäten im Inneren gibt es viele Brettspiele, Bücher und einen intelligenten Fernseher für die ganze Familie. WIFI ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The house was great! I had my adult children, their spouses, and my teenager. We all had fun. It is in a great location with walking distance to the beach and other activities. It was only 25 minutes to Charleston. We found some good restaurants nearby too. We would definitely go back!

This property is the perfect location for all things.
Short walk to the beach (maybe 5 mins in total) with everything you could possibly need.
Uber rides to sullivans island and Dowtown charleston were a breeze.
We were a small bachelorette party looking for a cozy stay close to the beach. It delivered in every way! The owner is EXTREMELY helpful and answered every question in such a timely manner.
Everything was super clean and ALL the comforts of home were thought of! We couldn’t be happier and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

House was lovely. Walk to the beach wasn’t too long for 2 small children ages 2 and 5. Kitchen is well equipped - we eat in most nights! Nice linens we had a good time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! I have never stayed anywhere as thoroughly stocked as this house was - it had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and being able to use the pool was a nice bonus, too. Communication with the owner/checking in couldn't have been easier. We highly recommend this property!

The home was perfect for two families with three young children. Well equipped kitchen and good communal space. Really enjoyed the pool too.
Beach was a bit of a walk, but not terrible. Would probably rent a golf cart next time.

I was so happy that it was actually a short walk to the pool and to the beach. House is great. We did not cook much but the kitchen was nice. We left the house in as good a condition as we found it, even organized the beach stuff (removed some trash someone left) and cleaned with the bartender keep cleanser a stained pan from the prior renter. Followed all the rules, including for trash, recycle and on departure. I would stay here again and very much appreciated the owner reaching out before our stay.

Wonderful place after a week of Wedding preparation. Amazing beach amenities. The Ninja tent and Tommy Bahama beach chairs a wonderful surprise. Unit very clean and in a very good area. Strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation at Pelican Bay! The property is gorgeous and is equipped with everything you need. Claudia is great to work with and extremely responsive to any questions. We definitely would rent this property again!

We booked this property for a girls trip and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is very modern and extremely clean. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The house was so close to the beach and had all beach amenities we could ask for (chairs, umbrellas, etc). Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations and made for a great girls weekend!

We loved our stay in Pelican Bay. This is our second trip back to this house. We love how close the house is to the beach. It’s in a private community so it’s very quiet. Love the updated bathrooms. The house had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back to the beach.

Gorgeous, large, and well maintained property in a fabulous community. Our six family members loved the vacation because we each had space to ourselves when we wanted that and space to come together for togetherness and meals. the large kitchen provided space to cook together. The screened-in space off two of the bedrooms provided a terrific space for quiet conversations and reading. There was space to park a 7-passenger SUV, a full-size sedan, and an 8-passenger SLV. Close proximity to the beach and private community pool were extremely convenient. The herd of 6 deer that wandered through each night was a special treat. We all highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend Pelican Bay!
I can’t say enough great things about our experience while staying at Pelican Bay! It is the perfect distance from the resort, the beach, and the pool so that our children were able to get out and enjoy it all. The house was in the perfect location, very quiet and respectful neighborhood. We had such a great stay there and can’t wait to come back! Not to mention - Claudia was amazing, she responded in a very timely matter and was always there to help if needed.

Nice Property
This property is located at the end of the street, so you don't get road noise. The house and furniture were very clean. The starter supplies were ample for the 5 people we had staying in the house. There were plenty of beach chairs, a cart, and an umbrella for beach use. The AC worked better than almost all beach properties we have ever rented. The host was very responsive always replying to a message right away. The bathrooms were small, but worked well enough for us. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My husband and I, along with our adults daughters and their hubbies, enjoyed this adorable, perfectly-sized and located home as we celebrated our daughter's college graduation. The house was up-to-date, beautifully decorated with nice touches throughout, clean and well-maintained. I've never seen a beach shed so well stocked with chairs, umbrellas, a cart, etc, etc. Lovely neighbors and lovely little walk to the beach. IOP is so handy for sightseeing. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased!

This house was pristine, had all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation house including new beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, house supplies, washer/dryer, screened in porch for your morning coffee with direct access from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, 3 tvs with a plethora of channels and more! The beds, pillows, blankets and linens were beyond expectations. Easy access to outside refuse and recycling containers. Parking port and driveway can easily fit 3 cars if driving. Nearby resort had a wonderful pool tiki cafe and bar with ample parking and access to major highways into city not far. Was able to enjoy the beach in the mornings, then shower and travel into the city to explore it's history, shops and dining with ease. Pelican Bay neighborhood is upscale and quiet for personal enjoyment. Claudia-our host is amazing-communicating everything we need to have the best experience possible and answering even the stupid little questions you may have. 35 minute commute to airport but don't let that hinder you-it was an easy commute over a beautiful, scenic bridge. Will keep this one for future trips for sure! Only caution-there are steps so pack lightly or get your steps in otherwise!

Easy to find and check in. Home well stocked and clean. Short walk to beach, even with 2 small kiddos. Beach was laid back and not busy at all with great weather. All TVs worked well. Just fyi, in case its not in the description, the bedrooms are separate and downstairs and kitchen/living rooms are upstairs. Host very responsive and gave easy instructions. Would stay again if headed to SC to the beach!
