We stayed at the house during our son’s college graduation weekend. It was perfect as it had plenty of room for family and a fully functional kitchen for meals. This way we didn’t have to fight the crowds at restaurants. Was a great location as well. Would definitely stay there again.

This stay was the best experience we have ever had on VRBO! We loved the immaculate home, and the decor was beautiful. The newly fenced huge backyard with privacy was a winner for our 2 pups! The location beside Graylyn and Reynolda Gardens was wonderful for running and taking long walks in a gorgeous setting. Danielle was quick to respond to all our questions, and they truly deserve super host status! We highly recommend this home for anyone wishing to be near Wake Forest University, close to all attractions in W-S, traveling with pups, and wanting to stay in a well kept home and neighborhood!!

Was a nice, well laid out house. Beautiful backyard and a quiet neighborhood. We were traveling between Reynolda Village, Graylyn, Wake Forest and downtown Winston-Salem and the location was perfect. Danielle was a super host and even brought tables over on short notice so we could host friends in the backyard. One of our best VRBO experiences.

This was exactly what we wanted! Great living spaces for our family … large enough bedrooms for an extra blow up mattress and/or a pack ‘n play. Cozy living room, very spacious kitchen. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding with an extra beautiful back patio and yard!

Vernon Avenue is a great property with prime location to the more desirable areas of Winston-Salem. Taking a walk through Graylyn or Reynolda Gardens is just around the corner. The house is extremely safe, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in one of the best and most convenient neighborhoods in Winston Salem. The house was very clean and as pictured. We had everything we needed for our month long stay including fenced yard for dog, one level living (washer&dryer in basement), very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and dining area with large picture window. We very much enjoyed the back patio with 2 tables and fire pit. It backs onto a private inn and conference center so lots of privacy. The conference center grounds and Reynolda House are both in walking distance and great places for a run, walking the dog, or an easy hike on a trail. Plenty of parking in driveway too. Hosts were great and very responsive. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We have a nice time , house was cozy , big kitchen and dining room. We were here fir a wedding, so the house was perfect.

Home was perfect with both indoor and outdoor space. Everything we needed was included. Clean and convenient - only 5 min to WFU !

Clean and close to Wake Forest

The house was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were impressed with the thoughtful touch of having some ice ready for us as the ice machine wasn't working. It was great for our two labradoodles. They loved the back yard and being able to just walk over to Graylyn Estate was a nice plus.

The property was perfect. Beautiful interior and large fenced in yard for my dog! I will definitely stay again when I’m the area!

Danielle’s house was perfect for us. Comfortable and well-equipped, the house backs up to historic Graylyn Estate with Reynolda Gardens close by. Great for walks with our dogs! I would recommend this house and will stay there again.

My family and I stayed here to visit my parents who live in Graylyn. The house is very well appointed with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the house is clean and cozy. The backyard is lovely and the patio and grill are a great addition. It’s in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood waking distance to Buie’s, a fabulous mini grocery and Diamondback grill. It was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend it!
