Neu gestaltete Waterfront Wohnung w / Kochnische, geflieste Dusche, großes, bequemes Sofa und 48 "HDTV, Queen-Bett + Einzelbett in gemütliche Nische. Gratis Wifi. Schlendern Sie auf den Sandstrand und sehen Orcas, Robben, Otter, & Eagles Lachs fangen, alle direkt vor der Tür! Genießen Sie nächtliche Strandfeuer und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. 15 Minuten nach Seattle, nur 12 Minuten zum Flughafen, aber da wir uns auf einem Punkt befinden, der weit draußen im Puget Sound liegt, der zum Pazifik gehört, haben wir keinen Fluglärm! Ein kleines Stück vom Himmel in einer günstigen Lage.

We are from the area and booked this for fun way to spend the holiday week. The cottage is small, but set up extremely well and has everything you need and then some. Our 11 year old loved the sleeping nook! The beach is lovely, walking trails are fun, little store is quaint, and super close. Hosts are very kind and welcoming, easily accessible and helpful with local knowledge. Really fun spot for the Fourth of July, so many fireworks. Hosts family shared the beach a couple of days, given the holiday. We want to come back when the orcas are coming through!

The hosts were very friendly, the property is clean and well cared for. The view was amazing. The location was convenient, safe, and quiet. It's the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

This place was perfect. We loved being on the beach. It’s small, but plenty of room for two. The little store was walking distance from us, and they had excellent coffee. Loved everything about it!

Such a fun place to come back to every evening! We enjoyed our takeout dinners on the patio, overlooking Puget Sound. The beds were comfy with lovely linens. The bathroom was well appointed. We walked the Indian Trail above the property every morning, a real bonus! Another bonus is the darling store for coffee & snacks nearby, open 9 - 6.

We had a nice week for our anniversary trip. The place was just what we needed. Beautiful sunsets and the hosts are nice folks. We loved the store next door for a light dinner, wine and snacks. We packed a lot of activities in every day. So much to do in the area!

Great location for enjoying the puget sound. Parking can be an issue. Make sure you pick a smaller rental car. Beautiful views and direct access to beach.

Peaceful Getaway
I loved staying here! The beach it right outside your door. The hosts are very sweet. They have a kayak you can borrow as well as life jackets to wear while you use it. It is less than 200ft from a cute little corner store where you can get beer, wine, and other yummy treats. I have no complaints and would recommend everyone stay here.

My family enjoyed our stay at Three Tree Point! Besides being clean and quiet, the apartment delivered everything we needed to enjoy our adventures in the PNW. Great location with easy access to everything. We were in town during the June heatwave, but the Puget Sound delivered cool temps each morning and night. Hosts Linda and Rikel are both kind and available. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful waterfront cozy
Linda and her husband
were excellent hosts to their beautiful cozy downstairs water view apartment . Care and love were obviously used in decorating and upkeep.
They were caring respectful and helpful.
The water mountain sunsets were spectacular and world class.
I highly recommend this space and the hosts.

Blustery weekend on the beach
We cozied up here for a rainy weekend. Loved our view of the water. Proprietor is sweet and helpful. Access to Seattle restaurants is fair. Traffic is hellish. Kitchen could use a small stove for food preparation when you wish to eat in.

The location was breathtaking and it was conveniently located to the airport, downtown, attractions!! The host was very accommodating and made great recommendations! When I visit WA again, I will absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful get away on the waterfront
This place was the perfect little place to stay. It was so private and beautiful and yet close to Seattle. I loved that we could see the waterfront from in our room and also walk down to the beach. Linda was so helpful and responded quickly to any needs we had. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. You can't beat the price! I would definitely go back another time.

2 day pre-cruise stay!! Beautiful wonderful hosts!
Linda is awesome, when she meets you she ensures you have EVERYTHING and I mean everything! Hairdryer, huge fluffy towels...great beach home!!! Fire on the beach was so much fun! Walked the beach collecting the most beautiful and interesting rocks! This cottage is so comfortable and charming. Only issue would be outside furniture needs updating but still a five star rating and highly strongly recommended!
