Das Riverside D02 ist eine geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Gondelkorridor, nur wenige Schritte von der historischen Hauptstraße von Telluride und den Skiliften entfernt. Der Bear Creek Trailhead befindet sich direkt am Komplex. Der San Miguel River fließt am Außendeck vorbei und der River Trail bringt Sie zur Gondel oder zu den östlichen Wasserfällen am Ende des Tals. Die offene Küche der Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was der Koch wünscht. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen gemütlichen Gaskamin und ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Von den Terrassentüren im Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen weiten Blick auf Telluride. Das Sofa ist ein Queen Schlafsofa. Der Master hat ein eigenes Bad und das Master-Bett ist ein König (konvertiert zu zwei Zwillingen). Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett und ein Ausziehbett. Der Außenwhirlpool für das Gebäude befindet sich nebenan am Fluss San Miguel. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause sind hier in dieser fantastischen Residenz! Geschäftslizenz # 11149

Location was amazing, walking distance to main Street, gondola, bear creek trail, Park/pool.
Property was very outdated, multiple windows not functional, main bedroom king size mattress desperately needs replaced.
Well equipped with cookware, fans, towels, etc. hot tub was very nice. They tried to leave basic cooking stuff like spices, oil, syrup, etc. but most of it expired years ago.
Could easily be a 5* property with some updates.

Location is amazing. Very clean. Only thing I can criticize is the master bedroom toilet clogged a couple of times. A little plunger work and all was good.

Loved being able to find the hidden trail that drops down to the condo at the end of the day. Sweet spot that was nice to walk to town and pole to the lift in the morning. Enjoyed the stay. Beds are getting worn and replacement should be considered.

The property worked out great for our ski group. We loved that it was a ski in property and a pretty close ski out one as well. I would stay at this condo again.

This was a great location to stay with our young kids. Close to the gondola, the river walk, and Bear Creek Trail, it really doesn’t get more convenient. It’s also very easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The property is very dated, and that’s a bit of a bummer. Considering the nature of Telluride in the early summer though, we weren’t inside much anyway. Though dated, it was clean!

We have stayed at Riverside condos before and loved the location. This particular condo, D02, was 26 steps down & back up. Unloading & loading a car was quite the chore. The management was quick to respond when I asked for a new set of sheets. Condo needs a new sofa and larger tv in living area. Kitchen was stocked with spices, detergent & plastic wrap. Can’t see the river from this condo. I will stay at Riverside but just not this particular condo.

Perfect location and a cozy rental
It’s Telluride. You shouldn’t be spending too much time in the property unless you’re sleeping, or cozying up after a big day. This meets all needs!
The sleeping situations are great and the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the gondola, or Main Street (if that).

Great location with sizable living space!
We had a great week in Telluride. The location. Is just across the creek with convenient access to the Gondola and town. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in our favorite mountain refuge!

We loved the location and the space. They had a nice gift bag with goodies in it like snacks, liquid IV, lip balm, wine opener, etc. Nice touch. Could have used a few more spices. Overall, a real winner!

Great property and SO easy to deal with!
Great property just blocks from town and the gondola. Maybe a 5 minute walk with skis, and technically you could "ski" half of that. Plenty of room with a large living room and kitchen with a table for 8. What a great place to stay and a great town. Had multiple messages to the property manager that was answered almost immediately. Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for us. Lots of room, beautifully furnished, easy access to slopes and town, comfortable bedding, good towels, lots of hot water, washer and dryer .... I could go on for a really long time. Oh, and a gorgeous view. We loved watching dogs frolic in the snow on the walking path that runs beside the river. The unit is below parking lot level so there is a flight of stairs involved going in and out but not a problem for us. We can't wait to come back next year!

Three days of summer in Telluride
The property lived up to our hopes and expectations. Perfect for our family of six with 4 teenagers (dormed up in one of the rooms). Great location with easy access to village, gondola and town park. Spent full day hiking Bear Creek/Wasatch Trail right out front door. As a family we would gladly return to the same location

Located next to Bear t Creek Trailhead and 3 blocks from gondola. House was clean with everything we needed. Even had some toys for kids! Also the property manager was great and helped us with many questions. When we needed laundry detergent, they brought some right over.

This place is a great location in Telluride. Right by the trail and close to restaurants. It is a little outdated and the walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors. Not too bad though. Would stay here again!

This property is within walking distance to everything you want to do. There was also a good amount of space for our family of 5. The fireplace was nice. Not enough hot water for a family of 5, but otherwise was perfect.

Great Condo for our Family!
This condo was great, our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Our 3 kids slept in one bedroom and my wife and I shared the master bedroom. You could fit even more as the living room has a sleeper sofa. This condo was quiet and away from the hustle, but only 3-4 minutes walk to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola if you take the river trail. Nothing fancy here, but everything was well thought out and everything worked as it should ... and when you are in Telluride you want to be outside and out and about. Telluride is such a magical place we look forward to coming back.
