It was great. My sister and i came for the weekend for my early birthday. Not our first time to hot springs but can say this was the best of the best places we have stayed at!

Nice location, great view of the lake. We did not realize AC was not fully functional until 2nd day, called and they had a repair man there in 20 minutes. If you are not familiar with Roku, the TV could be a challenge. Spacious living and kitchen area. Bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. Bathrooms were well designed and clean. Good place to stay.

Do not hesitate to stay at this property.. We stayed a short trip here to just check out the area for future visits, This condo was sparkling clean, well equipped, the beds were super comfy and the gated property gives a great sense of security.. The assigned parking for the unit was also a big plus.. The location was close to everything with great restaurants nearby. The view of the lake is amazing, morning coffee on the balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. Watching the boats and people enjoying the lake in the evening and the sunset was great too. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs.. We will definitely be back. We like to sleep kind of cool and all three nights the thermostat kept self adjusting to a warmer setting. So I was up constantly adjusting it in the middle of the night. I thought the fees were a little high when we had to wash all towels & dispose of trash. We paid a cleaning fee.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully located condo. There were tons of extras that made it feel like a true home away from home. Watching the sunset from the porch every evening was a highlight. Highly recommend.

Very good, we were all over 80 so stairs were a little problem. Overall very enjoyable & relaxing.

The condo was lovely and spotless. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony and watching the boats. The location to everything was great!! I highly recommended this property.

Everything was in close proximity and the morning coffee drinking view was awesome!

This was the perfect place for our small family to have a nice getaway. Clean, spacious, included the necessities, great view. We would stay again!

A nice updated condo with a good view. Sleep very well on beds. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location. Only concerns were 1) ants by kitchen sink ( ant spray under sink) 2) trouble with Netflix spinning 3) second bedroom door sticking , hard to open. Would stay here again

The property manager was fantastic to work with. We had a last minute date change, and she was terrific. We love this property. It is clean and spacious. The location is perfect for our needs. This condo. has one of the best views of Lake Hamilton, especially the sunsets.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Wonderful view of lake. Good amenities. Cons: Washer and dryer were extremely loud. Also we could hear everything going on downstairs 😫 wish there were a few more utensils and extras like sandwich baggies, plastic containers for leftovers, etc. overall though was a very nice, clean place.

Nothing was left unnoticed in this condo. The view is amazing, laying in the master bedroom to look at the sunset. If you are looking for a nice quite place to relax I would 100% recommend this amazing condo. Pool was so clean. The owners were awesome with check in and check out instructions. I could go on and on about this condo but trust me when I say this is a must place to stay. I am already looking forward to my next trip!

Looking at the pictures thought I booked the perfect place until we got there the host was nice until I told her we had issues then she became very rude..the place needs to get a better cleaning company my face broke out from the dirty pillows also reached out to property owner a couple of times about the issues only told me to take it up with vurbo place was so bad we didnt stay the full duration of trip left early because of the issues.. would not book here again spend a little more money and go some where NICER!!!..

Everything was wonderful! Very welcoming and homey. The view on the balcony is stunning! We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here the first two days of our vacation in Arkansas. We loved the lake view and the property exceeded our expectations.
