Bill was a great host and the house was setup great. Extra bedding and supplies were available for all guests. Would definitely come back again.

Decided to get a group of friends together to celebrate my brother getting married, and it exceeded our expectations. The property is amazing, with great lake views and access. Had a great time playing darts, cards, and other outdoor games during the weekend. The house was just 20 min from a brewery that we decided to go check out. It was also a blast. Sleeping arrangements were easy and comfortable, plenty of room for the 10 guests that we had. I cannot wait to experience this again soon! Highly recommended!!

We thought this property was even more beautiful in person than it was on the listing. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Bill's great communication. Definitely recommend!

This property sits right on the water with an incredible view. The home is spacious will all amenities you could want. It has a great back yard, and porch area. We used the hot tub and fire pit and had the best time. The only potential negative was limited amount of shower towels/hand towels in the bathrooms. We fished, kayaked, grilled, swam (I jumped in but it's March so....brrrrr) and really enjoyed everything the property offered. Highly recommended.

Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

"Two Rivers" is a wonderful property. The house is spacious, comfortable, well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space in the yard for games and there are plenty of games available. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and there's a marina just across the lake making renting boat and jet ski easy and convenient. Also appreciated the provided swimming toys and rafts. We enjoyed our wonderful long weekend and can't wait to get back to Two Rivers.

They had everything ready when we arrived and made it feel like we were at home. We love the special touches for grownups and children!

We had the time of our lives. We love Lake Travis and this property gives the very best the lake has to offer. The views are far better than photos can capture and the house is extraordinarily comfortable and well kept. The view east is sensational. Beautiful morning sun and comfortable late afternoon and evenings with no glare. We loved the primary view of undeveloped land across the water and bend of the lake. Unlimited fun stuff to do at the home. Fantastic back yard with enough room to play. The owners left some welcome goodies that were much appreciated our first evening. Bill couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs. We found ourselves in a self- imposed jam on our second day and he dropped everything to help us out. Much appreciated. Thanks Bill. We’ll be back!!!

The house is clean, nice, and the view is exceptional. Bill is a pleasure. On every front, we had a great experience.

Overall this place and view was beautiful. Bill always responded quickly. The boat dock was big enough for two families. There are a few things I didnt like. 1. We can use the boat dock but was not made clear we couldn't hold our boat in the actual dock. 2. Bill charged me $75 everytime he opened the boat ramp which was one house from the house. I talked to a friend of mine, who mom lives on the same street, the HOA doesn't charge 75 for use of the boat ramp. He was definitely making money off us. I was never told this until asking to put our boat in. 3. The house is big but definitely needs better furniture to hold 2 families as it says. Couch is small and cheap. Both masters are only fulls and one bedroom has a fold out couch. It should have two bunk beds in that room. The gameroom has a blow up mattress. It should have the fold out couch. 4. The house was clean but could be cleaned a little better. (I am a clean freak) so my standers on this are a little higher, than most. 5. The location to a grocery store are about 30 min away. Make sure to get what you need before checking in.

We had a great week at Two Rivers. It’s in a lovely quiet peaceful location, with deer and other wildlife roaming around and only a 2 minute walk down to the private dock on the Lake. The house is big and comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome. We will definitely come back !

Went for my wife's 40th birthday. This place was everything as advertised. It was amazing. Will definitely rent again.

Stayed here for 4th of July weekend. The house was beautiful with great views/access to the lake. We rented a boat from the marina across the way and enjoyed grilling out on the patio in the evenings. Bill was a great host. We left a pair of shoes at the house after our stay and he graciously mailed them back to us. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Property was absolutely perfect in location, fit and comfort. Our family enjoyed the patio, beds, kitchen, pool table, swings, hammock, boat dock, tv, outdoor patio speakers, beds and A/C. The evening and morning views where perfect. Fact is, we hated leaving. We’ll be back!!!

I am always nervous booking homes for vacation - worried they aren't going to be everything that is described. I have to say, Two Rivers was everything described and more! Super communication - e-mails sharing information about things to do around the area before we got there to texts before hand (we were texting the owner from the grocery store about things we may need). The owners are super generous, having supplies and equipment they offer for the use by their guests as well as a welcome gift! It is a beautiful house inside and out with a perfect location on the river. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family & friends gathering!

Everything that we expected! The house is great and the property is amazing. Wonderful views. Owner is very helpful and unobtrusive. We left a few items in the house and Bill kindly brought the items to us in Austin! We rented Two Rivers to host a family weekend for my son's graduation and could not have asked for a better spot. Peaceful and quiet with all the amenities we needed. House comfortably sleeps 8 and with an extra blow-up bed, ten. Having the boathouse and access to the lake proved the difference maker, as we comfortably boated, swam, and lounged off the boathouse deck. Would definitely recommend for a family and we would rent again!

This property is fantastic on a wonderful part of Lake Travis. We have a party of 8 people spend 2 days and nights and couldn't have had a better stay. Bill has provided every comfort needed in a home, we were able to comfortably cook for everyone, plenty of grocery storage and seating. Additionally, the property is fantastic, great yard for frisbee games, swimming in the lake, and we actually rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours which was dropped off to us right at the dock. We couldn't have expected a better experience during our stay, highly recommend this home for a group of couples or family with kids looking for ample areas to play.

My family of five and sister stayed here five nights over the Christmas holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Bill had left some nice snacks for our arrival in the frig. We loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars, playing cornhole in the backyard and eightball pool inside. We did manage to build a nice fire in the pit and make some smores. The views of the lake were incredible. Great place to get a morning run and do some exploring. We walked to Stonehouse Vineyard and enjoyed their wines. Since one of the owners in Australian, some of their wines come from grapes from the Barossa Valley. We recommend the place highly!

Best place on the lake!!

This was a great place for a family get-away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the view across the lake is toward an undeveloped shore line, so it is really peaceful. Lots of wildlife in the area- we especially enjoyed the deer with their young fawns and the roadrunner who came into the yard each morning. We built a fire in the fire pit one evening and watching the 4th of July fireworks across the lake. Owner provided a canoe so our kids enjoyed exploring the lakefront. Lots to do in the area. We rode bikes and ran at Pace Recreation Area, spent a day at Krause Springs, rented a boat for an afternoon, drove into Marble Falls to shop and eat pie at the Bluebonnet Cafe, spent some time in Austin- Bullock State History Museum, Zilker Park, LBJ Library. If you do go, I recommend that you speak with the homeowner prior to renting a boat and get his suggestions. We rented a boat from Liquid Thrills- the boat was great, but the location for picking up and dropping off were further away than we had realized. Spent more time in the car than we would have wanted to. Loved Krause Springs- truly a hidden gem. Natural springs feed a grotto-like swimming hole surrounded by huge cypress trees- camping and picnic areas, beautiful stone pathways, butterfly garden, spring-fed swimming pool, waterfalls. Great place for a family outing. One place that we passed many times, but did not visit was Stone House Vineyard. That will be on the list for next time. The house itself was very nice- well-maintained and clean. The pool table was a big hit with the kids and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The only word of caution that I have is that the house is located at the top of a rather high precipice. If you are traveling with very young children or anyone with mobility issues, keep this in mind. The dock is accessed by a long flight of very study and well-maintained stairs- not a problem for most of us, but being in the middle of the sandwich generation, I do think about these things. I highly recommend this property- the owner contacted us several times to see if we needed anything and was very hospitable and welcoming.

When you arrive at two rivers and walk through the house you are greeted with an expansive view of Lake Travis which you can enjoy from the entire living area downstairs as well as two bedrooms in the upstairs. We played games all day on the back lawn enjoying this view (there are already many games out there, darts, cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, and we brought some of our own as well). The lake is a quick walk down the stairs to the dock where you can enjoy the water swimming and floating right off the dock. The stone house vineyard is close enough for a short walk or drive and enjoy a tasting. All 8 of us had a great time there and will definitely return in the future.

Two Rivers is simply amazing. The location of the house at the river crossing is spectacular, the pictures do not do it justice. The property itself is very cozy and comfortable, even with a large group of 9 people. We never had a dull moment. The owner has a pool table, bocce ball set, bag throwing set, horseshoe set, and an amazing dock from which to swim from, for those of us that couldn't just sit still. For those in our party that just wanted to relax, they had the covered patio, fire pit, hot tub, and 2nd floor deck areas to sit, relax and enjoy the amazing views. We also rented a boat, Liquid Thrillz, and they were able to deliver the boat to the dock. We will definitely be returning back to Two Rivers Property in the future and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for that perfect weekend get away.

We spent a long weekend at Two Rivers and enjoyed every minute. The house is located on one of the most beautiful points on the lake. The house is well stocked and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a nice stay. He was very attentive and responsive. We brought our boat along and stayed busy skiing and swimming off the dock. We also enjoyed dinner overlooking the view of the lake in the evening and a nice soak in the hot tub. Lake Travis and Two Rivers are highly recommended by our family!

Property is well maintained. Pool table and hot tub are nice features to keep you entertained and relaxed. House is located away from the busiest traffic on the lake making it a perfect getaway.
