We couldn’t want for anything more. The house was everything and more. Excellent information provided ahead of our arrival and when we arrived we felt at home immediately. We made use of the ideas of places/beaches to visit that were sent to us. Might be worth mentioning that most of the beach car parks have a variety of charges. The property is beautifully maintained and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We loved the pay it forward ethos and made sure we continued that. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrellas (most welcome!), cooler and the bikes. We loved sitting in the pool watching the golfers pass by and we did go and play a round on the course. We’ve been to Rotunda previous (albeit 15yrs ago) and it didn’t disappoint. We came away with our mission to relax and have fun and this was firmly achieved. We would love to come back in the future with the rest of the family.

We stayed here six nights and it was perfect for us. We have 2 college age kids each got a room. The main living space had plenty of seating to each do our own thing or things together. The pool was perfect too! Location was between some amazing beaches and some fun restaurants. I'd book again

This home was perfect for our family. Our young adult sons loved both the pool and the golf course. Jack and Pat were the sweetest host and have everything you need to start your stay off right. The house is close to several beaches and restaurants. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We recently stayed at this home. Very nice home that has been updated. Great for 2 families as there are 2 very separate sleeping areas. Close to fabulous beaches (Boca Grande was amazing), shopping, grocery stores, punta gorda airport. A nice walking/biking trail nearby that includes a walking/bike trail in the park for a 4 km jaunt. House is very well stocked to prepare meals. Lots of recreational items in the garage like umbrellas, bikes, beach chairs etc that was great! Heated pool was very nice. Pat and Jack are excellent hosts who we got to meet while we were there. Don't hesitate to rent this property.

They have about everything you need to enjoy the area, especially the beach. Clothes washer so you can pack light. The host was very attentive and helpful. Nice view behind the house with a little wildlife. Even had a crane walk right up by the backyard one morning. Will go back.

This was our second stay at this home. We love this house! I can’t say enough good things about it. The pool is perfect for the kids, nice updates throughout the house, fun view of the golf course! We will come back again soon!

The property was recently rebuilt after hurricane Ian. Everything was lovely. Owners provided us with many extras like various supplies and were always helpful with our questions. Hope to stay there again.

We booked this property early spring. We were nervous about booking due to damages during hurricane Ian last fall.
We were able to communicate with the owers Jack and Pat. They communicated all was well with the property.
We would definitely recommend this property. It was very close to the beach. The neighborhood was quite and the kids loved the home and pool.
The kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare meals.

I had a home away from home feeling staying here, our first trip to Florida, just love it. The owner was absolutely great I have stayed in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas over a five star stay, but this was again a home away from home feeling

Home was clean, spacious and supplied all of the immenity's needed for a relaxing visit with family. Location was great for a short drive to parents home that live locally and to visit many number of beaches in the area. Owner very helpful and welcoming.

We absolutely loved our time staying in this home. It was clean and easy to check-in and out of. The home was larger than we had even expected and the hosts were super! We all enjoyed the pool and the beach for the week we stayed there and hope to be back next year! We highly recommend this home!

Perfect Get Together Spot
VRBO pictures/description matched what we found when we arrived. Great breakfast bar setup with lots of room, master bedroom/bathroom on opposite side of house from two bedrooms and a bathroom was perfect setup for us. Screened in pool with good sized deck and covered patio were ideal. Enjoyed looking out through sliding glass doors at the pool area and golf course beyond. Every morning with my first cup of coffee went out and sat on the patio listening to a peaceful environment at the first light of the day.

Spacious Home and Beautiful Pool and Backyard
We rented this property for the month of March 2021. The home is dated and needs some work but the living area, kitchen and pool were great. The Open concept made it very nice. The bed in the master bedroom was good. I did read other reviews saying it wasn’t great but we didn’t have a problem with it at all and felt it was comfortable. We would have rented this property again next year but it’s already rented.

Everything was great from accommodating our early arrival to saying we could stay longer, if necessary due to the pandemic, the hosts were wonderful. Comfortable home right on the golf course. We would stay there again! Thanks

This house was in a great location, close to beaches, stores, restaurants. It felt very cozy, like home. We had family over most evenings for dinner and swimming. Such a great space for entertaining. The owner, Pat, was so kind and helpful when we were trying to get the pool heater on. The only complaint we had was the mattress on the king-sized bed sunk in the middle, which made sleeping a bit awkward. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in this house. House very clean pool was amazing. We really love how relaxing it was. The only suggestion i would add its to add curtains in the living room and dinning room area that face the pool for more privacy at night when just hanging in the living room.

Fantastic pool - great layout
Our 3 year old lived in the pool morning to night. When we got there it was on the cool side but after one conversation with the owner we got the heater working which was awesome since we had some cool mornings. The layout of the house is great with comfy sofas and tons of natural light. We put the rental crib in the master bedroom walk in closet. It was large enough and had an AC vent and no door. It was just enough to give our little one a more quiet, dark space to sleep. The king size bed mattress has seen better days, but it wasn’t the end of the world..

Relaxing vacation
This is a great property at a great price. The layout of the house is perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is relaxing and the screened in area helps keep the insects at bay. This is the 1st rental for us (we have been VRBO'ing it for 15 years) that had really nice sand chairs and beach umbrellas.
