Ocean Front neu renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Bädern im King and Prince Resort auf Saint Simons Island. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geräten. Der Wohnbereich und das Hauptschlafzimmer öffnen sich beide zum Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Ankleide und Vollbad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein zweites Vollbad. Der Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über einen Kamin. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein ausziehbares Sofa. Diese Wohnung im 4. Stock (ja, es gibt einen Aufzug) bietet einen faszinierenden Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. We enjoyed are stay. We had a few issues in the condo, but Ms. Janice was very attentive to getting them corrected in a timely manner and making it right if their was a hiccup. I look forward to booking with her in the future.

Great condo, stayed with my husband and 2 kids (3 years old and 10 months old). Perfect to be so close to beach and also the King and Prince pools, which is where we mostly spent our time.

We had an amazing stay here! We loved being right on the beach and having direct access to the water. The unit is clean and friendly looking. Check in was very easy. Lots of places to go eat, and several places were within walking distance. It was a great location to celebrate our mother’s 80th Birthday! Will come back again!!

We absolutely loved this condo . Perfect location ,spacious 2BR, and check in was super easy .I have stayed in lots of K & P units but this is one of my favorites 🌅 we will be back 🏝️

The condo is as advertised, clean and well equipped. Communication was easy. The King & Prince amenities are a bonus. The outdoor furnishings have seen better days Would not hesitate to stay again.

The most convenient unit, with the best view, in the best building on the island. Impossible to beat for a family looking to be convenient to the beach and resort pool. Jan was fantastic as well.

Condo fit us perfectly
It needs new glass in some of the windows because the seal between the 2 layers has failed
Property is under a large scale renovation, we had several days we could not us the deck because they were power sanding and then painting. It was also disturbingly noisy when they were at it.
Maybe a different time would be better but not having been informed is inexcusable. We could have changed our dates.

Great LDW family trip to the King and Prince! This condo and resort is great for families. My family enjoyed the three pools, The Cottage (ice cream), long walks on the beach and the condo view. Would recommend to others.

Great space, great resort, great location. This was a perfect fit for our girls trip! We loved the space, so roomy & open and the location was ideal. Just needs a fresh coat of paint but it looks like that might be in process. Communication with the property manager was also appreciated.

This condo is fantastic. It has the views and the convenience of the beach or the pools or hot tub. The place was clean and very comfortable. We had the best time just staying on the property or driving into the Pier area for some shopping or viewing history! We just loved this place.

The location of the condo was great. Could use some upgrades but over all was really nice. The AC went out and was fixed the next day. Great pool set up with bar and lunch available.

Great location, view and amenities
This condo was perfect for our family. We have stayed at the King and Prince before but not in this condo. The ocean facing view was great, especially with the afternoon ocean breeze. Kitchen has everything you need. We would stay here again!

Needs updates and changes
Needs ceiling fans in room. Regardless of how low air is it’s still hot. Master bed needs new mattress terribly. We both kept awful back/neck issues all week, to the point we both needed adjustments upon leaving. Stains on wall behind couch. Furniture messed up on patio, and towel rack barely hanging in wall.

We loved the condo at King and Prince resort. We had our two grandsons our daughter and son-in-law with us and we all had a super fun vacation!! The owner of the condo is so so nice and very helpful with everything. Thank you and we will be back hopefully sooner than later!!!l
