The inside of the property is very nice. The back patio area and the sidewalk walking to the front need work. The patio's furniture was not clean so we cold not use it. The walkway around to the front has a lot of overgrown plant life making it difficult to traverse. The cleaning crew do a good job on the interior of the place and are more than willing to help if needed.

We had a good time just sitting out back relaxing. The property was close to the beach and park to walk our dogs. Overall good experience. We had an issue with the washer and dryer, erin came the next day to fix it.

I originally planned on only staying a couple of days. I liked it so much I extended it twice. Me and the dog enjoyed our walks on the beach every morning and around the neighborhood. I will say the best part aside from the property is the Host. She is incredibly sweet, responsive, and friendly.

Cute 2 BR apt just 2 blocks from the beach. I certainly have a better appreciation of beach life. Unit was very clean. For those visiting from a distance, I'll suggest an assessment of what's there and not there before going to the grocery store. I enjoyed the stay!

I will without a doubt be choosing this location again! Host was super helpful and very responsive. The convivence of having the washer/dryer combo, and full kitchen made a family beach trip less stressful. Loved the area! Small fenced in area for the fur babies to walk around. 10 out of 10 would recommend. LOVED IT!

The location was great and near everything. The home was clean when we got there and we tried to leave it the same. Not far from the beach literally minute walk. My family enjoyed our stay and we will be back soon and we will forever stay here when available. Thank you so much!!

the location was nice, close to the beach, close to restaurants and about 15 min walk to bars. I really liked that the house had a back patio and fenced in area for our dogs, but the grass shown in the pictures was not there. It was all sand and dirt which came in the house with the dogs. Not 100% sure, but I think the beds may have been full size, not queen. Also, the amenities said hair dryer, but I never found it.

Close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops. Cleaning products and laundry detergent available in property which made the stay even easier. Quiet neighborhood provided rest and relaxation.

Great place for beach visit
Enjoyed a long weekend at this apartment! Loved: beach access only two short blocks away, outdoor shower, porch swing, back patio, fenced side yard, easy parking right by front door, large washer and dryer, very clean, combo lock access requiring no key. Liked: decent kitchen with adequate pans and dishes, big TV, fans in bedrooms, lots of windows, AC worked well, nice quiet street. Not the best: mattresses were inexpensive, squishy and sagged in middle, toilet didn’t flush consistently. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Adorable Beach Cottage
What a lovely, charming beach house one block from the beach. We had to extend our stay due to a family emergency, and Erin was so accommodating and willing to place us in one of her other beach properties. We would love to stay here again. Thank you, Erin, for being so flexible. Lois A.

Lovely beach location
We (Myself, Husband and our Standard Poodle) stayed there August 15-18th, loved that we were allowed an early check in time. Loved the proximity to the beach and the house was as described, very handy to have a fenced in yard for the dog who thoroughly loved trying to catch the Lizards!
The house itself was clean but could use a remodel, dated furniture and kitchen units, hence the overall rating being four stars.

Wonderful Vaca
Erin was great & the rental was so cute. You are super close to the beach and the A/C was wonderfully cold. There were a few fixes that needed to be done, but either Erin was aware of them or she took steps to correct them (that is the only reason I gave 4 stars to cleanliness). Other than that, everything was awesome! Thanks for a great vacation!

Enjoyed my stay. I had medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and it was perfect. Wish the weather had been warmer so I could have taken advantage of the closeness to the beach.

Pet friendly and close to beach.
We stayed in 210 A for 3 weeks. It is as advertised regarding proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. There was a fenced area for our dog. The property is an older building but has been maintained. All mechanicals worked well ( heating, cooling, internet, etc) the furnishings, especially table & chairs in eating area were old and stained. Tile floors were old and almost impossible to keep clean. Kitchen equipment was heavily used. Property manager was excellent and very responsive.

My family if 6 including myself had an amazing stay. The property was very clean and cozy. I like that the owner was very easy to reach and stayed in communication with us durning our stay. Really close to the beach which we visited every morning. Just a short 2-3 min walk. Highly recommended.
