Kürzlich renovierte 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Villa mit einem tollen Meerblick. Die Villa verfügt über Granit, Edelstahl-Geräte, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, Flachbild-Smart-TV, zentrale Luft-und Fliesenböden. Queen-Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern, Badewanne / Dusche in einem Bad und Stand-up-Dusche im Master. Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das The Players Club Fitness Center (2 Blocks entfernt) bietet einen kostenlosen Fitnessraum, einen Innenpool und einen Whirlpool. Es gibt auch Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm.
Das Hotel liegt in Seaside Villas, 4 Gebäude am Strand von der Tiki Hut und Coligny Plaza, zentral gelegen, aber nicht überfüllt. Direkter Zugang zum Strand auf dem Grundstück.
Seaside Villas ist nicht haustierfreundlich, die Verwaltungsgesellschaft ist sehr streng und es gibt 500 $. 00 Gebühren pro Tag pro Haustier.

We were in town for my husband’s birthday and had an amazing time! The place was clean, fresh towels, comfy bed. They even had birthday cookies laid out on the counter as well as a book of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. That was very helpful. Location was near anything you could possibly want & right on the beach! We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings taking in the breeze. Perfect for a couples getaway. Looking forward staying again!

Small-ish unit but great for a couple. It had everyone we needed. You an walk to a beautiful beach just a few steps away. No assigned parking so you park wherever there is an open spot. Covered parking.

Advertised as renovated, but the Reno was not very good. 1st shower was cold, and no towels. Owner told me they were there repeatedly but were not. Said husband would be there in an hour to look at shower, more like 3. We stayed at the beach to miss him but ended up still running in to him. He adjusted water heater. Can't imagine how no one else complained. Did let me check in a little early. Great location with a little ocean view. It was decent overall.

Cozy, clean condo on the beach! I stayed with my son and we had plenty of room - he slept on the pullout couch which was comfortable. The king bed was comfy too. The pool area was nice… a great place to escape the sun at high noon as there was always a shady spot. Easy access to the beach and a short, beautiful walk to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped - we made simple things like hot dogs and pasta. Also there were welcome cookies - very sweet touch. I think this condo has been recently remodeled. I’d like to go back with my husband sometime.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was wonderful. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach access. The unit was super clean and had everything you needed to feel like you were at "home away from home". We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay a this property! The hosts were very responsive, communicative and wonderful to work with. The property was very clean and well stocked for a stay. Altogether a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are exactly as described. The location is very convenient, clean, and safe. Easy to get to the beach. Just the right size for two people but could accommodate 4. The host checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again when we return for our annual HHI getaway. We highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect place for a quick getaway to HHI! The location was perfect! Quick walk to the beach, short drives to Coligny or Harbor Town! The condo was perfect for two people! I wasn’t sure about the layout of the condo with the door being in the bedroom but it worked out great! The bed was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Kendall was a great host to work with! The condo was clean and comfortable. The space was a little tighter than we thought it would be for 3 people but was still a great location and nicely updated unit. Would be perfect for a couples get away!

Loved the property. The unit is nicely decorated and clean. Love the shower! It’s close walking distance to Coligny and the beach. Could have used some hangers to hang clothes and more hooks in bathroom to hang bath towels. But overall loved the place and would stay again.

We were in between lacrosse trips and needed a getaway. Access to bikes and beach were a plus for this trip. Seeing the fireworks from the balcony was a nice treat too!
The condo was clean and parking was convenient even on a busy holiday week.

The condo is well equipped, clean and updated. Easy walking distance to Coligny restaurants and shopping area. Beach access is close by. Parking is a little challenging in the complex if you return back after 10PM.

Property was pretty old however Villa was clean.
Walking distance from beach lot of restaurants in close proximity.
There was a time during my stay elevators didn't work and it made it really hard to climb up 3 stories.
Also Washer/Dryer was not inside the Villa.
Manager was courteous and prompt however she couldn't get the elevator fixed.
Also you get there after flight and drive and coffee is not provided with milk.
Limited trash bags and dishwashing tablets.

Close to Coligny Plaza. Great access to the beach onsite. Two bikes with rental were nice to have. King size bed was comfortable and loved the walk in rain shower! Comfortable seating on the balcony with a view of the ocean. Perfect size for just the two of us.

Just the right size of place for me to rest, relax, and unwind. Communication with Kendall was great - checking in with me making sure I had everything I needed, etc. I will definately come back (soon, I hope!) Added plus - the weather couldn't have been better! Thanks Kendall!
