Wow! Is the best way to describe this home. Perfectly located to all the fun and walkable to Franklin BBQ.
Came with family for birthday weekend. The home was emasculate. Huge kitchen where we made breakfast our first morning. Enjoyed the second floor patio on the evening for a nightcap.
Our host went over and beyond at checkin. Happen to run into her and welcomed us with open arms.
We plan on coming back next year and will for sure be booking here.

Great Location for our bachelor party of 8, with amply activities within walking or biking distance. Very clean and we had a few different areas to gather in the house. plenty of beds and baths for the whole group.

AMAZING HOUSE - Simply Perfect
We were a bachelor party of 12 and could not have asked for a better house for the weekend. Saved a ton of money on Ubers with the most popular restaurants and bars in Austin all a 5 to 20 min walk (Rainey, East 6th, Dirty 6th). The house was SPOTLESS, with tons of beds and baths for a very comfortable weekend. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Location, location, location!
Couldn't ask for a better spot in Austin. The house is close to all the various neighborhoods in the city, so its an easy car, scooter or bike ride to get to where you need to go. And there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space for our group of 10 who were in town for a long weekend!

Awesome Central Location
This house was great for our group of 10. Spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for getting around Austin, and there is a good amount in walking distance (highly recommend Paperboy for brunch). There is a big construction project going on across the street, but it did not disturb us too much.

Location is amazing as it's in East Austin which has many cool restaurants, shops and bars within a few min walk. Downtown is also very accessible by a short scooter, cab or 15 min walk. The property was amazing, very functionality and came with all the amenities. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, cute house and very roomy for a large group. We had some issues with missing and worn kitchen items but Amber fixed everything right away. Very attentive and responsive with any questions we had!!

Great for Large Groups and Perfect Location!
I was planning a trip for 8 people and wanted to pick a spot that could sleep everyone comfortably, I couldn't have picked a better spot. Between the hospitality from the property manager and the proximity it was from everything, it filled our every need. The house was super accessible for both entertaining and sleeping everyone in our group comfortably. It was walking distance from some of the major streets in Downtown Austin and also amazing BBQ. I was also really impressed by the quality of the house from the furnishing to the linens. They also made sure that every detail was covered and that there were plenty of amenities available to cater to our groups basic needs. I would highly recommend this rental and will be looking to rebook in the coming years.

Everything we needed
This house was a great fit for us. A very large group of guys had enough room to be comfortable for three days. The second floor porch got a lot of use in the Austin sun.

Spacious property. Everything our group needed!
This was a great property for my friends and I during my bachelor party. Keypad on the main door makes it easy to enter/exit for the entire group. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for all 9 of us to comfortably sleep and get ready without being on top of each other. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this house
We rented the house for a bachelor party. It was perfect. The upstairs terrace was great for relaxing with a few cocktails before we went out. The house was clean, roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager, Amber, made sure we had everything we needed, and responded to all of our questions immediately. We will be using the service again in the future. Our stay could not have gone better.

Absolutely Awesome House and Hostess!
We had a group of 10 of us for my brothers bachelor party. This was our first trip to Austin and from the moment I contacted Amber with interest in the house she was there to answer all questions very quickly! She provided a list of restaurants, attractions and areas to visit. Even when we were in Austin she checked in to see if I had any questions and gave us more recommendations and when I reached out to contact her with anything she answered promptly, she was an incredible hostess! The location of this house is PERFECT!!!! Located literally right down the street from the world famous Franklin BBQ, which was amazing! There is a CVS pharmacy across the street where we could get any general groceries/supplies. It is also a 10 minute walk to famous 6th Street with tons of bars and restaurants and you can get a quick Fasten (Austins Uber) ride to Rainey St, South Congress etc within 5 minutes! The house itself is incredible! Only a few years old, very clean, all new appliances and very spacious! There was plenty of beds, bathrooms, and room for everyone and the porch can not be beat! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect location when visiting Austin! Our whole group could not stop talking about how great the house was and how much fun we had because we were so close to everything. We would absolutely book this house again next trip! Thank you for an unforgettable Austin experience!!!

Convenient and Spacious
We had 17 people total, so we rented this and 1187 Branch Street. The houses are great, there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, so you never feel cramped. Everywhere we went was a cheap ride away, and there were plenty of places walkable from the houses for snacks or drinks. Loved it!

Fantastic House and Excellent Hostess
I was in Austin for my brothers bachelor party and was initially worried on where our group would stay. This house is extremely spacious and accomadted for all of our guests. Amber greeted us at the house but made sure to give us a text or call first. She gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities in Austin. I was pleased with how professional she was and her ability to be easily accessible via phone. It made my weekend easier and more enjoyable staying at this house and Amber an excellent hostess.

Wonderful property, convenient location, helpful property manager. Highly recommended.
We had a group of 20 and rented both this house and the one next door. It was the perfect setup. Everyone had their own bed, there was ample room to get everyone together for meals and the location was ideal for access to 6th St, Rainey St and UT. The house was equipped with everything we needed and for anything else we wanted, CVS was just 2 blocks away.
Amber was very attentive to our needs and helped us coordinate several activities. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Beautiful Home, Central Location
As a first time visitor to Austin this home was perfect for the large group I was with. The house was beautiful and very clean. We were a short cab or long walk to 6th Street and Rainey street.
Overall everyone had a great stay and Amber was a very accommodating and gracious host.

A group of 10 female family members enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home! In this Amazing house, we slept comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. The 5 bathrooms came in handy while getting ready for the day & evening. The 2nd floor family room & the large kitchen were our gathering spots as each of us got ready to explore Austin. The large deck off the 2nd floor family room gave us a great view of Austin! We loved sitting outside catching up with everyone.
The house was very clean, towels available for all 10 of us.
Rainey Street, Famous 6th Street & South Congress were all just a short uber or lyft ride away!
Amber made herself easily available if we needed her during our stay.
Definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Great house with lots of room and comfortable beds
This is a great house with plenty of room and 9 individual beds. Each bed was super comfortable and the layout of the house is great. The only complaint I might have is I wish there was a TV in the kitchen and/or a few of the upstairs bedrooms.
The upstairs front porch is amazing and a great place to hangout. Overall this is a great house and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay close to downtown Austin and needs a ton of beds.

The house is as advertised, it is spacious, modern and located in an area that makes it easy to walk to 6th street, State capital and University of Texas. We stayed for 3 nights and made dinner and breakfast, all the utensils you need are provided. The view from the outdoor deck is fantastic, you can sit out side and see the the capital all lit up. Do not hesitate to rent this property, the owners are wonderful and are very responsive to any questions or needs.

Loved the house. It was close to downtown, so we could walk. Loved the keyless entry and the alarm system. It was, however, on the edge of a bad neighborhood, so I felt a little uncomfortable going outside the house at night. With the alarm system, I felt safe inside the house. The owners are nice and helpful. The maid came 10 minutes before the 10am checkout time, so I felt rushed to get out of there. I would recommend the house, but I would be sure to tell the renters that it was on the edge of a bad neighborhood.

This is a very recently built house that is very nicely appointed and just awesome. Highlights are the location (walkable to 6th Street in 10 minutes; 2 blocks from Franklin BBQ) and the upper deck which is tremendous for sitting around with a beer and talking with friends until the late hours. It is in a clearly gentrifying but not-gentrified-yet neighborhood which didn't bother us at all but might be an issue for some. Lillie, who owns the place, is easy to work with, accommodating, and a good person. Very highly recommended.

House is brand new with very nice furniture and appliances. Conveniently located a few minutes walk or drive to 6th street. Also close to UT, the lakes and most everything. Nice outdoor deck too.

Just stayed here for a Bachelor Party. House slept 12 comfortably. Everybody loved it. House is very clean and well maintained. Good location. Quick drive or cab ride to many locations. House is nicely decorated. Great looking kitchen and bathrooms. Great communication with owner. Great experience overall!

I recently stayed in this beautiful home, for a family vacation, and loved it. It met or exceeded each and every expectation of the entire family. We were fortunate to find it when our travel plans had to be modified at the last minute. The homeowners, Lillie and Dennis, are warm and accomodating. They stopped by to personally welcome us, and provided recommendations about where to eat and places to see in Austin; including, some of the best barbecue you'll ever taste at nearby Franklin Barbecue. They have done a wonderful job of furnishing and decorating the home, and it is conveniently located within walking distance of 6th Street. It is in an older neighborhood that is a bit rundown and undergoing gradual renovation, but the house itself is new and has everything you may need to have a great stay in Austin. I highly recommend it.
