Das Summer Place ist nur einen halben Block vom schönen Strand Ponte Vedra über einen Fußgängerweg entfernt und Sie werden die schnelle Fahrt über die Dünen und hinunter in den Sand fast so schön finden wie den Strand selbst! Dies ist eine schöne, unberührte Gegend mit funkelnden Wellen, die bei jeder Ebbe neue Muscheln und Haifischzähne im Sand hinterlassen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort zum Body-Surfen oder einfach zum Planschen sowie zum Schwimmen, Surfen und Spielen im Wasser mit all Ihren Strandspielzeugen, vom Seekajak bis zum Jet-Ski. Das Fischen in der Brandung hat bekanntermaßen einige köstliche Fänge gebracht, und es gibt keinen besseren Weg, um einen Tag in Ponte Vedra zu verbringen, als in einem Strandkorb mit den Zehen im Wasser und einem Getränk in der Hand!

My husband and I are natives of Jacksonville, FL. I have stayed or visited Sawgrass since the beginning of the community. I was reintroduced to Sawgrass when my cousin (also Native Jacksonvillan) and her husband moved to Sawgrass. We love everything about the community and have had the privilege to stay with my cousin at her home.
We stayed at the condo for my cousin’s son’s wedding. The condo was perfect in size and location. We were even able to take our dog, something we’ve never done before. Being able to walk to the beach so close was one of the many highlights of the weekend. The condo had everything we needed and was decorated in up-to-date furnishings. Everything was so perfect that I now feel like we have our own slice of paradise. We look forward to returning soon.

The rental was clean and adorable. Efficient use of space. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and located near great shops/entertainment. But it’s a studio, and limited on space. There was no drawers to put our clothes and that made it difficult to stay tidy in an already small space. However, its location was fantastic.

Our A/C broke at home and we were allowed to check in early. The studio was perfect for myself, husband, and 2 dogs. It was very close to the beach...we just went across the parking lot to the beach walk. Our dogs hadn't been to the beach before and they loved it! We would definitely rent this place again. Very nice studio condo. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. You can't beat the location, the walkway to the beautiful beach was just a few steps from the front door. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beach getaway
Fantastic location. I like to cook so I can't speak to restaurants in the area, but the Publix was nice with great seafood. The beach was very close and fabulous and there are a couple chairs and umbrella at the property to use (only two beach towels though.) The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are super friendly. Quick example, we were walking from the golf clubhouse to the beach club (about 1/2 mi) in the rain when a gentleman in a brand-new Lexus stopped to give 3 soaking wet strangers a ride, despite our protests of getting his leather interior drenched, he insisted and got us home. This place is perfect if you're looking for a laid back, quiet beach trip.

Perfect for our needs.
We had to book a trip to Jacksonville last minute and wanted to bring our elderly dog. I found this place that was near the beach, pet friendly with a fully stocked kitchen so we could eat in most days. This place was perfect for us.
The pool is a bit of a walk and we did not use it. We went to the very quiet beach instead. We appreciated that beach chairs, towels and umbrella were provided.
We will stay here again!

Just what I needed!
I didn’t want to travel too far plus I wanted to bring my dog. This place met all the requirements! I can not wait to stay there again❤️ The beach was only a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.

Quick beach getaway!
My husband, son and I enjoyed a quick trip to pvb and found the studio condo to be a very nice place for us. It is comfortable, very clean with nice beds, a nice kitchen and right across from the beach! A pool is available only a short walk away.
