Das Wohnzimmer ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln, handverlesenem Dekor und Möbeln, einem Kamin und einem großen TV ausgestattet. Das Familienzimmer ist ein einladender und komfortabler Ort zum Entspannen mit Familie und Freunden nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Park City. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit komfortablen Betten und Bettwäsche. Das Schlafzimmer ist außerdem mit einem großen Schrank, Hartholzschrank und Nachttisch mit Holzdesign und anschließender Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Die übergroßen Erkerfenster lassen viel Tageslicht in den Raum, wodurch der Raum hell und einladend bleibt.
Das Master-Badezimmer (1) ist aufwendig und wunderschön mit neuen Schränken, Theken, Beleuchtung, Oberflächen und Features renoviert. Das Badezimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Regendusche, eine Regendusche, Kiefermöbel und extra lange Arbeitsflächen. Die von Hand ausgewählten Sandsteinfliesen verleihen dem Raum eine frische und helle Atmosphäre und machen ihn zu einem weiteren großartigen und gepflegten Raum in der Wohnung.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner und verfügt über zwei (2) Einzelbetten sowie weiche Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche. Das größte Merkmal des Schlafzimmers ist das eigene Bad, das den Urlaubern ein größeres Maß an Privatsphäre bietet.
Das Gästebadezimmer (2) ist wie der Meister opulent und elegant renoviert. Es verfügt über eine schön geflieste, begehbare Dusche, Kiefermöbel mit neuen Arbeitsplatten, einen großen Spiegel und Armaturen und Ausführungen aus Edelstahl. Jedes Detail des Badezimmers wurde berücksichtigt, so dass es sich wohler fühlt und es ist kein gemeinsames Teilen erforderlich, wenn Sie sich im zweiten Schlafzimmer aufhalten.

We had an excellent time staying. The condominium is conveniently located walking distance to the park city ski resort. Place was clean and comfortable and well equipped.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by a port-potty and overflowing construction dumpster just feet from the door to the condo. NO note or warning had been given that we were entering an active construction zone. We received two door codes to open the front door. Lucky for us, one worked. Upon entering a musty/moldy odor sent me straight to a window for fresh air. The window ledge and the window itself were streaked with dirt and mud from a water leak above. We were disturbed by two knocks at the front (and only) door. The first announced that the water was going to be turned off due to the construction. The second knock was a representative of the HOA who wanted to take a look at the water leak area and announced that he was perplexed. The local (?) management company iTrip offered us another accommodation which we accepted. They claimed it was an upgrade because it has a private hot tub. We packed up and moved, but found the hot tub cold and full of leaves. We cut our trip short. I requested a partial refund but was refused. The local management claimed we were not due anything because of the "upgrade" offer. The inconvenience of having to move was VERY ANNOYING. I feel outrage that iTrip gave NO WARNING that the condo building that was under construction, obviously from a sloppy crew. Seriously, a portable-potty feet from the front door! I'm a frequent VRBO customer and have never had anything remotely like this experience at any other of my many stays.

The location is walking distance to Park City Mountain and historic downtown with eateries and shopping. Downtown garage parking included. Important! Print out parking pass before you arrive. We had to find a place to print it out or be towed away.
The house unit and grounds could use a deep cleaning and new fans as there is no air conditioning in the unit and only two windows to open.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable and met our needs. Property management staff checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything.

It was nice being right across from the Park city resort but this unit unit does not have any air-conditioning and it is so hot and even opening the windows with fans did not cool the place down. We had a really tough time sleeping at night… Would not stay here in the summer but definitely in the winter.

The condo is in an older building with some exterior renovations in process. It was very comfortable and clean. We did park our car in the covered parking lot and didn’t use it a single time until we left for the airport. It was incredibly convenient. We did have an issue in that the code we were provided for the door lock did not work. When we called the company, we always had to leave a message and wait for a text. I wasn’t crazy about that but it did work just fine.

Spent 5 nights for a family ski trip and would absolutely do so again. The unit was clean and well prepared and a few minutes walk across the street to the lifts, shops and ski school. Communication was excellent. The only suggestion is more detail with accessing the garage. Perhaps I missed the infomation but the garage must be accessed from 14th St coming from behind the unit and not from Empire. Otherwise our needs were met and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The condo was great to relax in after spending a long day on the slopes. It was an easy and quick walk across the parking lot from the base area. Bus stops for access to the rest of Park City are very close too. Highly recommend!!

Couldn't be happier with the convenience to the PC lifts. Only thing closer would be slope side, or above the ski shops. Empire house is directly across the parking lot...a very easy walk. Ski n See rentals stores the skis and poles each day for free, so you just put on your ski boots and walk across the parking lot! Easy Peasy! Bus stops at the slope, too, if needed. But we had a car...parked in the underground garage...SO NICE!

We had an amazing two weeks in Park City. Our stay at the Empire house was perfect. We walked just across the street to the mountain every day, walked to Fresh Market when items were needed and even walked to main street. When we didn't feel like walking, the bus service was so convenient to get to, just steps away from the from door. The view of the mountain from the from door was what we looked forward to each day. The beds were comfortable, the living room was the perfect size for the 4 of us and the TV's in the living room and bedrooms worked well for us. The management company was extremely easy to work with and super responsive. We will definitely look to come back to this condo again!

We stayed in an unit that is on the "main" level, however it felt more like a basement unit with very little natural light & the living area lighting is by over a dozen very bright pot lights that cannot be dimmed. The fact that the tv programming guide did not work, their was no Kleenex available, no waste basket in the ensuite bathroom, only 2 small bars for soap for 3 people and no option to recycle cans and bottles also distracted from the units desirability.
The unit is directly across the parking lot from the base of Park City, but it is still quite a walk carrying skis & boots. Suggest utilizing the services of the ski valet check ($10/d) & the basket check for boots, helmet etc($16/d) at the base of the Payday lift.

We were excited about our location and after a quick glitch with door code (remedied quickly by texting host) we had an easy check-in. The outside of the building is under renovation and covered in Tyvek - not as cute as the current photos. We also had no hot water for at least 24 hours, and the heat was also not reliable so we requested relocation. The new unit we moved to was closer to town, which we didn’t love (had friends staying a block away from Empire, and relocating luggage and groceries was a major inconvenience), but the new space was nicer and had a hot tub. Overall we had a great trip, and the iTrip hosts were excellent and very responsive by text. A live call and a credit to help with relocation expenses might have been nice given everything we experienced.

The property we rented had significant water issues, and as such the management company notified us we were being move to a different location 24 hours prior to our arrival. The new property had a much better location, and was definitely an upgrade - which we very much appreciated.
There were a few hiccups with the new property but the property manager quickly resolved - again much appreciated.

If you are coming in the winter, fantastic location. If coming in the summer, it is a little bit of a hike to downtown. The home was really nice just hot as no AC and not enough fans or windows to open to cool it off in the evenings. Other than that we had a good time.

Adequate accomodations for up to 6, older building.
Great location across from mymountain mall. Easy access to bike/walking trails, city park, library downtown. Key pad access to apt and garage but unlocked side doors that resulted in theft of our bike rack from the locked garage.

While we really liked the unit, there was no hot water....not even remotely warm. Stayed the first night because the management company said they would have it repaired. The next day two different maintenance workers could not get it working. We requested to be moved to another property. We would have liked to stay here but not without hot water. I should say the property management representative Nicky was very understanding and helpful throughout the ordeal and relocated us just across the street.

The property was perfect for our stay, less than a 5 minute walk to ski lifts. Property was clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Property has everything we needed to cook for the week. Short walk or drive to the grocery store, garage parking was in the basement of the property and was a huge benefit. We would 100% stay at this property again.

What a wonderful location, conveniently placed walking distance from the lifts (5-7 min walk), with heated garage! I recommend this apartment to anyone. The management company is great, quick response to all questions and requests. Completely satisfied and cannot wait to return!

Unit was in great location. The heated garage was a blessing.
Unit was hot the entire stay. We tried to turn heat down several times but it would not change.The unit needs a can opener. It could use more pots and pans.
Guest bath shower was not as clean as master bath.
I think the kitchen sink may have a leak.
Master bedroom had no tv service during stay. Wi-Fi was weak in bedrooms.

We had a very enjoyable stay. One small glitch with the front door, the code given to me was not working, so I needed to call and get a different code. Also, there was no instruction on how to use the TV remotes, and as it turned out front room TV was not working properly. When I called the property number, they were very attentive and gave me the phone number of the technician to call. Unfortunately, the TV was not going to be fixed until the day we were leaving. The two bedroom TVs worked fine. The window by the front door has no privacy curtain or blind. We improvised and put our luggage and grocery bags there for privacy at night. It all worked out.😊

Chairs and couch really smelled. Gross. Had trouble relaxing. Finally covered the furniture with blankets. Moved the bed to find a plug but found someone’s underwire! Yuck!!

Awesome place to stay we had everything we were looking for. Except the air conditioning but that was so my fault for not reading it carefully 🙃. But we opened the windows and let the cool air blow in and it was pretty cool Inside.
