Dieses zentral gelegene Haus liegt nur wenige Meilen von den vielen Seen, Wanderwegen und Radwegen im wunderschönen Nord-Idaho entfernt! Ganzjährige Abenteuer erwarten Sie ... Ski in einem der nahe gelegenen Resorts, Kajak in einem der Gletscherseen, genießen Sie Schwimmen und Nervenkitzel Fahrten im Silverwood Theme Park. Es ist alles hier und du kannst gleich in der Mitte sein!

We returned because we enjoyed staying here last summer. It was the same pleasant experience as last time. Low-key location near I-90, the golf course, and downtown. Would stay yet again.

Home is beautiful and very clean. Great location as well.
Only negative (for us) is the backyard could use some attention.
Needs new grill, new patio furniture (existing has mold on chairs), and some shrubs to disguise the alley view would be most appreciated.
Again, home is wonderful and the best location. We boat all day and like to relax and bbq in the evening so the outdoor/backyard area is important to us.

Great location in a comfortable home - enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and very walkable to good restaurants, downtown and Tubbs Hill. The Kitchen is also very well stocked.

I was in CDA for a 5-night stay, to visit family who live there. The house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I appreciated that it is a house with a no pet policy, as it is cleaner that way. And the kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of necessary items for cooking. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. And there was plenty of extra linens, and towels. The photos in the online listing are outdated, as the LR furniture has been updated, so that is the only reason for the 4-star rating for the listing accuracy. My only suggestion is the yard needs a complete cleaning and some additional TLC, and a new BBQ, to really shine. The location of the house is convenient to downtown. The neighborhood is older. Overall though, it was a perfect choice for my visit to CDA.

Wow! Had a wonderful stay. Just dreamy! We walked from the house to Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill and downtown. We drove to the boardwalk (easily could have walked) and enjoyed the park and boardwalk.
Accommodations were absolutely perfect - clean with everything you need except the groceries! We had great weather and enjoyed reading, visiting on the front porch and the back porch as well.
Great communication from Kim. Easy check in. Hope it’s available next time we visit.

We were very happy with our stay at this home. It was the most low-key and low-stress visit to a vacation rental, and we've been to many. A family of 4 is ideal, but I think with the rollaway bunks, 6 would be just fine!

Perfect getaway!
Wonderful home and an even better (if possible) property owner! The house was perfect for two adults and two kiddos. Very close to downtown CDA, plenty of room for out boat and easy access to the highway. The house was very well prepared for our arrival and nicely appointed. We even enjoyed a couple of bbq’d steaks on our last night. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to beautiful northern Idaho!

Super cute, great location
Adorable cottage in a nice homey neighborhood. Very quiet. Easy access to downtown CDA shops restaurants and lake (about a mile). Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the a/c and the garage parking due to 100+ temps and smoke from the wildfires. The owner sent me an email about 2 weeks ahead of time with driving and check in instructions. Super easy. Would definitely return!

Cozy Cottage
What a wonderful time we had! The Cottage was clean, and well suited to our needs. I loved the decor, the hostess has great taste!The bed was comfy, location was perfect. The only glitch involved the house code, but Kim was able to help us resolve it quickly. Definitely recommend this property. Hope we can stay here again!

Perfect place
My wife and I stayed for three nights during our first visit to CDA. This place was perfect. We it’s close to the beach on the East side of Tubbs Hill and is virtually on the Centennial Trail. Garage was great. Kitchen was great bedroom was great. Highly recommend

Coming Back For Sure!
The home is super clean, very well-stocked with everything needed, modern appliances, fluffy towels and quality sheets. Neighbors are friendly, quiet and everyone in this entire neighborhood takes care of their property. It is beautiful to take the walk to downtown Coeur d’ Alene. Access to the garage to store valuables is a plus!
