Nov., 2017 - Ich hatte bisher eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Townhome. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Vom Balkon des Jachthafens aus hat man eine herrliche Aussicht, auf der wir Fische spazieren, Vögel fliegen und Boote kommen und gehen sehen. Es ist eine ruhige kleine Gegend mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Ich würde jedem einen Aufenthalt in Little Harbour empfehlen. Amanda S.
Feb., 2018 - 3 Zm / 3 B, schön eingerichtet, komfortabel. Grands (6, 8 & 11) fühlen sich zu Hause. Hatten ein Mittagessen im Sunset Grill am Samstag mit einer erweiterten Familie. Schön, guter und okay Service. Der Nachmittag am Strand war schön. Montag hatten wir ein langes, gemütliches Mittagessen auf dem Außendeck in Hooks. Unser Kellner war super, aufmerksam, freundlich und das Gute war ziemlich gut. Schöne Zeit am Pool nach. Genießen Sie unseren Aufenthalt. Die Buchung war einfach, schnell und verlangte Änderungen ohne Probleme. Reinigungsgruppe eingecheckt, feste Glühbirne durchgebrannt und war sehr hilfreich. Barbara A.
Unser Aufenthalt im Little Harbor war wunderbar! Die Wohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben über die Marina geschaut. Viel Spaß beim Anschauen der Boote. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten! Sehr schöner Strand und Pool. Wir haben mehrmals im Sunset Grill gegessen - tolles Menü. Es war ein sehr schöner 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und eine sehr kurze 3 Minuten Fahrt. Nizza fährt nach Sarasota, Fort DeSoto, St. Pete und wir verbrachten sogar einen regnerischen Tag in Disney Springs. Sehr schön!!! Kim H.

This is a very clean, nice property that overlooks a Marina. Exactly like the pictures shown online. The only problems I had during my stay was with the TV’s and the “no see um” bugs. I couldn’t get the main TV to work. When maintenance came out, it was temporarily fixed, but after a few hours, it turned off and I couldn’t get it back on again. The upstairs Master bedroom TV would keep going out on me too, but at least I was able to get it turned back on.
After the first night of sitting out on the balcony, the “no see um” bugs had eaten me up, so just beware. They are attracted to water and you won’t know you’re being eaten up until it’s too late. I bought bug spray and sprayed myself quite heavily the next evening, bc I love sitting outside on the balcony, but I still woke up with new bug bites. This is no one’s fault, I just wanted to make people aware. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay!

I thought the place for our needs just fine. The fridge wasn't super cold and when staying for 5 nights I think more than 1 roll of paper towels and 1 toilet paper and 2 trash bags wasn't enough.

Townhome was great, plenty of space to spread out. Balconies in back have awesome views of marina. Only issue were mattresses in main floor guest room, very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay

We were very pleased with the unit, it was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor issues and the staff were pleasant and very quick to resolve.

Location is great. Quiet area. Neighbors were great. Nice area to walk. We’re lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees.
Floor wasn’t mopped. Towels were left in dryer.
Even though it’s published that only a small supply is provided, it was a pain to have to get garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Would have been nice to have cleaning spray.
Living area spacious and balconies are great. Plenty of dishes to use. Nice to have up stairs washer and dryer.

This is our 4th time here at Little Harbor and 1st time staying in your Townhome. Each and every time we have stayed here at Little Harbor we have stayed somewhere different at this resort. The Townhomes have always been on our bucket list to either purchase in the future and or rent. I didn’t know they were available to rent until I stumbled across this townhome on Expedia. I’m so glad I did. This has been our greatest trip to Florida so far. Looking forward doing business with you and your company in the future.

It was a great property and very nicely appointed. The only set back was some vertical blinds in the master bedroom were missing. So the sun came beaming in very early and made it difficult to sleep past 7am.

The property is lovely, and amenities are nice. Two restaurants on the property, private beach and pool. The upstairs beds are very comfortable the twin mattresses are firm. A few cosmetic fixes could be made and the pool fob needs a new battery, but otherwise a great place with nice views of the marina. Management was quick to respond when contacted. A nice place to stay.

Our unit was quite nice. It was very clean accept for the dirty washcloth left in the upstairs bathroom. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We had some issues with the blinds falling apart when you try to open them and missing light bulbs in the master, to which the management company was extremely responsive and corrective. The kitchen needs some help, again clean but If you plan on doing any cooking be prepared to bring or purchase EVERYTHING you need, Aside from plates, bowls, cups, glasses and two very old coffee pots the cabinets are bare… not even a salt or pepper shaker to be found. There were only 4 spoons and the cookware is sparse. The patio views were beautiful, sadly the patio furniture was not. It is very worn and wobbly, a few chairs were broken but we made it work.
Little Harbor as a whole was an amazing community, lots of rentals. Our family reunion of almost 50 found this was just what we needed; each family could choose a unit that was appropriate for their family size and needs and we were all in walking distance of each other. The pool was great. The Sunset Grill was just fantastic!!!!!
Overall… this unit has the potential to be amazing but it definitely needs a shopping spree and content upgrades. Also maybe some privacy on the front door… especially since you walk almost in front of it to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. Just sayin, some things the neighbors can’t unsee

I can not say enough about this place! I have never stayed somewhere that was stocked so well with linens and towels on top of it all. Beautiful views, watched the sunrise every morning. The master was incredible. We were beyond thrilled with our stay and even gave us an early check in and check out due to our flights being red eyes from California. We’re so grateful! The only trying I could suggest would be to keep salt and pepper in the kitchen, I haven’t ever stayed at a property that did not have that in kitchen. Thank you for such a great stay!

This was a great place to stay for a few days after our cruise. The property was clean, everything was exactly as the listing stated, and there were amenities close by. The only issue we had was that we asked for an early check in. I was told repeatedly that we couldn't do it because their team wasn't done. However, because we got off the cruise ship in the morning, we knew there was no one at the property for hours before we could get in. Other than that, everything was great. We could walk to a boat rental place right behind the property and we enjoyed a great day out on Tampa Bay. Just know that there are lots of steps up to the unit and then again to upstairs bedrooms. Not a problem unless stairs are an issue. We would definitely like to stay there again!

The property was spacious and clean. We did come across some cosmetic damages, and also some supplies listed were missing, but nothing that impacted our stay. I made sure I informed property management regarding damages so I would not be charged. I suggest they do a walk through, so they are aware of any issues or damages before rentals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodations, nice decor, nice size bedrooms each with balconies, lower-level room has twin beds that are not very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and bathrooms are nice sized and very clean. The only complaint we have is the front door lock is a little challenging to open but once you get it then you have it. I would recommend putting the exact locations of the pool and gym (which is not open yet but will be soon). Overall, I give this property 5 stars.
I would recommend this property to everyone and can't wait to stay again.

Marina townhouse.
Older unit, townhouse is exactly as pictured. Great location with amazing view in the back of the marina and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I wish we could have change is how warm it stayed in the house due to the thermostat restrictions, after spending the days at the beach it would have been nice to come back to a cooler temperature.

We enjoyed our stay. We recommend you bring your own hand soap, bath soap and wash cloths. This home either had none or not good quality products. Overall, nothing a quick trip to the dollar store couldn’t solve.
