This condo had all the comforts like home. Our stay was all we had hoped for our 1st time in Corpus Christi.

Everything as is stated in the ad and other reviews. The property is clean and quiet. There is some construction on the outside but the contractors are very polite. The location is perfect for the beach or Mustang Island. I will definitely be returning soon and bringing my boat!

The condo had everything I was looking for; kitchen, living quarters, cable, in unit washer and dryer, comfortable bed, water view and pool access, most of all the owner was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to any questions or concerns, I would highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future

While the current construction is a pain, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and since we were there for the big game, the big screen TV was excellent. We have stayed in many other units at the Spinnaker, and this by far was one of the nicest.

Just wish the condo had better access to the back . We had to bring a step stool to get up and down from the back side of the condo

Accommodations were very nice! Location was perfectly situated close to everything I came to Padre Island to experience. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Look forward to returning.

First floor and first rate are important things to know about this cozy condo. Close to free access beaches as well as the state and national parks of North Padre Island. Our grandchildren gave the fold out couch their seal of approval too.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and as described, The property location is GREAT near the best beaches, easy to get to, ample parking though it fills up on weekends. Outside the apartment the Spinnaker needs work. A lot of the woodwork near the canal is rotten. Some of the wood around and near the pool is rotten, We learned the management is supposed to spend 1 Million this winter doing repairs which should correct issues to the public wood work. While we were there new high quality charcoal grills were being installed. The place needs a full time maintenance/janitor as some visitors or renters were slobs in the pool area. Now the dock connected to this rental was good but it did have a couple of boards that were starting to get soft and one bad piling but was very usable. This unit does not have steps to the boat dock which for retired folks was a problem as you either had to get on a neighbors porch to get to steps or go around thorough the pool. Not a major issue for younger people for us in our 70's it was it is only an issue if you use the boat slip. The slip was amply fulled by my 20 foot pontoon boat. Ten foot wide or so but could handle around a 26 foot long boat without a problem. We had a minor electrical issue with an outlet but the owner quickly corrected. I appreciated the owner was responsive to our problem a great plus. . We stayed for three weeks and are discussing when we might wish to return to this condo.

The condo is a nice clean place. If you have a boat there is slip. Keep in mind that you can not park you boat trailer on the property and if on the street it must be hooked up to your vehicle. The condo complex needs alot of TLC.

This was our second stay at this property. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Had a great time.

Nice and cozy

We visit this area a few times a year and this is one of the best condos we've stayed in. This condo is very clean and spacious. We loved the canal in the back and being able to walk right outside to fish. It was very relaxing. This unit is in a good location and close to everything. The only negative was not enough light in the bathroom (shower area). Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It had the perfect amount of space for 3 adults. We loved sitting out by the canal. It was in a great location for us, since we were visiting our daughter at TAMUCC. The owner, Troy, was very responsive before and during our trip with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the best place I have ever stayed at! It had everything we needed. Big Tv's in the living room & Bedroom with nice furniture and comfortable bed! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The shower was the BEST.... Hot with the perfect pressure and Big shower head! It was also very clean! Troy was a great host and got us the new code to the pool area right away! We Loved our stay here and plan on returning!!!

The place was great! Close to the bait stands and with the boat out back made for some great fishing.

We had a great stay and the room was very clean, very spacious and perfect for our getaway. The recliners were a hit for a nice break in the living room and enjoyed the modern updates in this space. Communication was great and we will definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Our family enjoyed staying here. There was enough room for the 4 of us, with one boy sleeping on the couch and the other an air mattress. Perfect location and close to all the beaches we wished to visit. While we didn’t catch anything worth keeping, we did enjoy fishing off the docks. We would stay here again!

This condo is a great place to kick and and relax. It's close to the beach, fishing, and eating places; you can't go wrong! Ladies be sure and bring some bubble bath, the tub is just right for soaking in after being in the salty air. The condo is fully stocked and the toilet paper is not "sand paper". I know that is not something most people talk about but I feel it's important to post. The condo has a washer, drier and dish washer but we did not use any of them. Looking forward to our next CC visit.

This condo is amazing! First, the location is great. It is on a canal and so the scenery is very nice. So peaceful and quiet too. Also, it's an easy 2-5 minute drive to restaurants, the grocery store (which is a full service grocery with everything you need), shops and the beach. We went to JP Luby beach- right down the road. The condo was extremely clean and very well kept. I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and it met all of my standards. It has everything you would need- soap, towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishware, coffee maker, utensils, paper towels, etc There is a king sized bed and it was very comfortable- as were the pillows. The two recliners are as advertised! They are comfortable as well. The patio has two chairs and a small table so it's nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. This place is absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. We plan to book it yearly and can't wait to go back. HIGHLY recommend!

The owner, Troy. answers questions quickly and has provided the best VRBO experience possible. The condo was immaculate! I honestly can not think of a single thing that is not provided: washer/dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets, blender, coffee pot, full size fridge and freezer, 2 electric recliners, huge tvs in living room and bedroom, cable tv and fast wifi, dining table and four bar stools at the counter, large comfy bed, AC worked as it should, plus all utensils needed for your stay. Shower/tub was large with plenty of water pressure. The condo is located several blocks off the main road, SPID, and is very quiet. It is close to great places to eat and the island even has a grocery store! The condo complex, Spinnaker, has a nice pool and spa as well as a covered gazebo area and boat slips! The slider door off the living room opens to the canal located about 20' from the door. Very peaceful and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this condo!
