Neu renoviertes, modernes Haus aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts mit einem geräumigen privaten Garten und einem brandneuen, übergroßen Salzwasserpool / Spa. Der Hinterhof bietet viele Bereiche zum Entspannen und Genießen der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge. Er ist vollständig mit großen Rasen-, Linden-, Orangen- und Grapefruitbäumen und einer wunderschönen Wüstenlandschaft angelegt. Tagsüber können Sie sich auf einer der Chaiselongues oder auf den schwimmenden Liegen im Pool sonnen. Halten Sie sich an kalten Nächten an einer der Feuerstellen / Feuerstellen im Freien warm. Nice house with a large pool in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything (with a car). Had a few issues but local owner was able to resolve rather quickly. Not alot of comfy seating in the living area but we spent much of our time outside when at the home. Lots of seating options in backyard.

We loved the location of this property and how clean it was. A vacuum cleaner or wet swiffer (rather than dry) would be super helpful for the floors when staying with kids since they are tile. Michael was responsive and helpful. The pool and view were amazing. We will be back!

We travel to Palm Springs often and love this location. The backyard and pool of this home was nice, our dogs loved it. Inside however, it was lacking. We let the property manager know blinds in the bedroom were broken within minutes of arriving and nothing was done to fix them during our stay. We noticed other broken things around the house after that. The showers were inconsistently warm, there was nowhere for our family to sit and talk or watch a movie in the living room, but worst of all was the battle with small ants. If we left out any bit of food we would soon find ants.

My husband and I loved staying at this property. The home was conveniently located, pristine, quiet, and private. It also had an awesome mod decor, so immediately felt like stepping into a different time and into vacation mode. The owner/manager was very communicative and clear with direction. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoy out stay. We love the big back yard and the green and fresh grass with fruit trees around.
The view with huge mountain from the entire house is amazing. Michael answered me even before I booked the property. 100% recommended

For Grandpa and two grandsons and their mom...perfect house as far as room and pool. Owner is the best as he was in close contact with us throughout our stay. Might add a broom for sweeping up after grandkids :) Great place.

I stayed 5 weeks and aside from just a couple of items I needed to ask the owner about, the stay was perfect!! The house, yard and pool area is so relaxing and well maintained. Great place to vacation!!

House is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is very clean and the photos are accurate. The pool/spa is terrific. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating.

The pool and yard are great. The house is sparsely furnished and for two large men their was no comfortable place to sit. The pictures showed furniture that has been replaced. Mid century modern on a budget is not comfortable for 6'3" guys. The bathrooms are great and location too.

Fantastic stay
Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids (both 9 year olds) had the best time at Aquatini. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was large and spacious. The hot tub was nice and hot. The location is also very convenient. The Tahquitz River area is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Palm Springs. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Michael for ensuring we had a perfect stay.

Five girlfriends + this property = heaven.
We spent a long weekend here and couldn’t have picked a better location. It was simply the best. Michael was the perfect host, so helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed.
We road the gondola up for a hike, visited the art museum, hit the shops and even had medium Timothy Courtney join us for a reading one morning (fantastic!). And of course we enjoyed lots of delightful pool time. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Girls Weekend
Five girlfriends + this property = heaven.
We spent a long weekend here and couldn’t have picked a better location. It was simply the best. Michael was the perfect host, so helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed.
We road the gondola up for a hike, visited the art museum, hit the shops and even had medium Timothy Courtney join us for a reading one morning (fantastic!). And of course we enjoyed lots of delightful pool time. We can’t wait to come back.

Great getaway
We were in town visiting family and celebrating 4 graduates in our family. My husband and kids enjoyed the home very much and Michael was super accommodating. We definitely will be back!

This is our second time staying at this house and we just adore every minute we get to spend here. The house is beautiful and spacious, but the real show stoppers are the backyard and pool. Tons of space to run around and a HUGE pool with the most gorgeous views of the mountains. Also, a very safe and friendly neighborhood, close to lots of bike routes and great for kids!

We soon found out we had also chosen a home in an ideal neighborhood- for morning walks following our coffee in the hot tub (while staring at the amazing mountains). What a great way to start the day. Our days ended in the beautiful pool and hot tub while watching the fire burning.... its pure perfection. If you’re looking for a private space in reasonably quiet surroundings, stay here. Don’t think twice about being anywhere else! (Warning: the sprinklers come on around 7:30pm every night; we found that out the hard way our first evening at home!)

Fantastic Property!
Yet another incredible stay at one of Michael's properties! We booked for April already! The house is lovely and well appointed. The pool is huge and the back garden feels like a private resort with firepits and many lounging options. The view of the mountains from the pool is spectacular!

the owner was perfectly communicative and the place was everything we needed. the yard was HUGE! and we really wanted to find a space that had both a pool and room to play in the grass. we spent the entire weekend outside. staring at the mountains and enjoying the warm weather. couldn't have been more relaxing.

Fabulous property!
We stayed at this location with our friends and 4 kids total. It was a great property that we would definitely rent again! It was beautifully furnished, well stocked (kitchen and linens), big pool, great air conditioner! Michael was easy to work with and very accommodating. The view from the kitchen table out the front window was the best, especially in the evening, watching the sunset while eating dinner.

Cute and Trendy
We had a great time at this property with family ( adults and kids (age 11mo to 8yrs). We stayed here for 3 nights and the kids didn’t want to leave. Michael was super responsive and very helpful through out our booking and stay. The pool is great for the kids and the house comes with a few pool toys and games to keep the kids entertained. The property was super clean and met our expectations, no complaints. We also liked that the location was close to restaurants and coffee shops which was definitely a plus. Highly recommend, thank you Michael! The kids are already planning their next trip back !

Perfect getaway
We rented this beautiful property for my daughters 10th Bday for 6 days and we were very pleased. My 4 year old loved the shallow part of the pool, my 6 year old loved the jacuzzi side and our dog loved running around when the sprinklers came on. The pool is excellent with great views, plenty space to run and play games. The house was VERY clean and they have cleaning supplies too. The beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Plenty towels, umbrellas and some pool toys.
We were able to order food easily and also pick up food from a few restaurants closed by, but we pretty much cooked at home and enjoyed our quality time as a family in this beautiful home. Thank You Michael
