The listing with pictures was an upscale representation of what we actually walked into. Messaged the host and they informed us they recently bought the place. Very obvious no pride was taken in hosting guest. If your looking for a quiet getaway this is NOT the place.

We truly enjoyed our stay over the weekend! We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy some quiet time and this was perfect! Exactly how it was described and stocked with all that we needed! The view!! Andrew was on top of it and we can't wait to go back!

As some of the previous reviews mentioned, the interior is a bit outdated, but other than that, it’s a good location with a great view.

Beautiful Condo with a gorgeous view!

We had a great stay. As mentioned and can see in the photos, it’s a little dated but gives the condo charm. (Bring regular coffee, not kcups) the fireplace was nice. The pillows were great. Location was spectacular.

My wife and I just wanted to get away and relax. This was our second visit to sugar mountain and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and nice, the view from the balcony was fantastic we really enjoyed the hummingbirds and the doves that frequently visited the porch. Great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Very comfortable condo. Outstanding views. Was very good size for a one bedroom unit. Everything was as expected. Owner communicated great. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a great view. We didn’t want to leave. The place is very plain but has all you need. FYI no A/C there are plenty of fans.

We traveled to this area for the scenery. This condo has a treehouse like balcony. Birds and small animals visit during your coffee time as you watch the mountain fog. Sugar mountain is a ski resort in the winter but in the spring the mountains and flowers are breathtaking. The bed was comfy and the bath tub was more like a hot tub size. Cable TV is my favorite -sports at night. Andrew thank you ! Memories Made

Enjoyed the view & size of the unit.

Unfortunately an Amazon delivery driver struck my service dog, Kylo, a few days before we were supposed to leave for the trip! He mostly just bounced off the front passenger side right in front of the open door. I was really hoping he wasn't actually hurt much at all, and at first he seemed fine. The next day it was obvious he was hurting, and after taking him to see his vet at Hinkle's, it was pretty obvious he needed to just take it easy and rest. This brings me to VRBO and the property owner. Luckily, VRBO offered a very affordable trip insurance option, so I was able to recover all but the insurance premium. The property owner, Andrew, was gracious enough to allow me to bring Kylo in the first place, despite this being his personal property. In this day and age, where anyone can just buy a vest off of Amazon and claim their untrained pet is a service dog, Andrew placed quite a large amount of trust in a stranger. My only regret in this transaction (besides Kylo getting hurt of course) is that we were unable to go on the trip, NOT destroy his condo and prove to him that placing his trust in us was warranted. I can not recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area to utilize this property any higher. Andrew is the kind of person who deserves to be a successful entrepreneur.

The property met all our needs and was comfortable. We're two retirees who wanted to get away from the city for a few days. We had a view, it was quiet, we had everything we needed, and we got snow in March! Of course the owner and VRBO had nothing to do with the snow, but it was a plus! We were able to plan our activities within easy driving distance from the condo. There was a kerfuffle with cleaning the condo after the previous guests, but the owner was extremely responsive and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The owner was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our time in the condo and appreciate the owner's efforts.

Great overnight location with easy access to the slopes. Clean and beautiful scenic location.

Pretty view only, the property is very old. The sheets have stains the blanket also have stains.The was a bug in the bed. I’m so glad the I’m only staying one night. The kitchen don’t have a paper towel. I’m very disappointed. Also not parking at night people don’t have consideration at all.

Excellent stay! The condo was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The property could use some updates, even basic cosmetic updates would go a long way. That’s just the look of the place as other that that, we had a wonderful stay.

Great rental for a ski trip for its location, coziness and view. We got 8’ of snow and had a wonderful time at Sugar Mountain, just a mile away. There is a bus to take you up and down the mountain, with nearby stops. Perched on top of the mountain gave the best views for any time of year. The spa tub and fireplace were the best after a chilly day on the slopes. Kitchen had everything you may need and taught my daughter chess with the board there! We had the best time and will definitely be wandering back up from Florida next winter…. Internet was very relaible as well.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the second year in a row for a Winter break getaway. The Tudors are amazing at communicating and always have the place ready for a nice, cozy stay. There was a slight issue with the pin number for the door not working at first, but a quick phone call with the Tudors resolved that problem instantly. Thanks for an awesome trip!

I took a short trip here just to get out of the house and relax for a day. The view is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was more in a stand-aline cabin than a multi-unit building, never heard any noise from neighbors. Will definitely be staying here again
