Die Gäste waren begeistert von dem geräumigen und sauberen Haus mit einem fantastischen Pool, in der Nähe von Cafés und Bars, aber nachts ruhig. Das separate Gästehaus war ein schöner Rückzugsort. Einfacher Zugang zu Liefer-Apps und Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen für Treffen in Austin.

We were a small work group staying there and we couldn't have asked for a better set up. The house was great, the location was perfect, and the owner was super responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!

Was in town with friends for our fantasy football draft and loved staying here! Plenty of places for everyone to sleep (couches are a bit uncomfortable as beds, but work).
Pool was perfect and having the shaded patio was key. Fairly close to everything as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dana's house in Austin. It was spacious, clean, and the pool was amazing. The separate guest house was great for guests who wanted more peace and quiet. The place is near a cafe/restaurant/bar but quiet at night. It is a convenient 15 minute walk or 4-5 min Uber to the major Austin places. Would highly recommend this for any group events/gathering in Austin.

I stayed here with a group of girls and the house was perfect. It's exactly as it appears in the pictures and meets your expectations. The second house is super close and we did not feel like we were separated or like anyone was excluded. The host left us beers in the fridge for our arrival to get the party started, special towles in the bathrooms for makeup remover and other nice little touches. We were able to easily order food/groceries/alcohol on delivery apps like instacart, drizzly and doordash. The house is centered to everything we needed to get to which made ubering very easy. The host was very quick to respond when I needed her, which was only once during the stay since we did not have any problems/questions. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Austin.
The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hair dryer because we did not and were unable to find one in the house.

Great house with an even better location. Several places to eat and drink within walking distance and just a short car/scooter ride to Rainey/6th Street. The communication with the host was very easy and fast.

Austin Weekend with Friends
Spent the weekend in Austin with a group of friends, 11 total. The house has plenty of space both inside and out to accommodate a large group. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and bars in east Austin. The host, Dana, was very friendly and communicative.

Great stay!
Such a convenient home and really enjoyed our time away. Definitely to note that the pool house is accessible only from the outside (and around a fence) but the entire stay was wonderful! Dana was so lovely to work with.

Perfect Location!
We rented this house for a group of 11 girls. Great location and house. The host gave us some great food and coffee recs that we went to each morning. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool but would have been perfect if it was warmer.

Great bachelorette house!
The house was spacious, beds were comfy, the pool was amazing! Easy to get a Lyft or Uber to other areas. I would stay here again! If you plan on cooking bring some foil/ ziplocks/ Tupperware for your leftovers- there wasn’t anything to store food in.
It was a little noisy, but it was Halloween weekend. Across from the fire station so there was some siren noise too.

Description and photos were exactly as we experienced. Home was extremely clean and well-equipped. Our host Dana was extremely accommodating, and provided great information about the surrounding area with excellent recommendations. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

Great stay in Austin!
We had a wonderful time in Austin at this property! It was clean and had plenty of space to hangout in the kitchen and living room. It was very nice to have a pool at the property. The host was very accommodating and was quick to respond! The only thing the house didn't have was some basic spices (salt, pepper, etc.) for cooking. Overall, a great stay and location!!

Great house & awesome location!
My friends and I had such a great time in Austin, which a lot of it can be attributed to this Vrbo! It had everything we needed (& more) and was so close to everything - quick uber to Rainey and SOCO, but also walking distance to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. It's also convenient to the airport, which made flying in and out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again in a future trip to ATX!

Great spot to stay for Austin
We were here for my brother's 30th birthday and it was such a great place to stay. Dana was very gracious and even had some coffee and refreshments waiting for us in the fridge. Everything in the house was labeled which helped out a lot. We were here in the winter, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looks like it would be great on a summer day since there were pool noodles on hand. It's a quick Uber/Lyft to Rainey St and Dirty 6.

Such an easy process for our first time!
Had never used Vrbo before and Dana made it such an easy experience! Everything was spotless and there were detailed instructions for everything to make sure we knew where things were. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Perfect Stay
Dana and this house were perfect. She was able to accommodate with early check-in and late check-out as we had many people traveling at different times. It slept 11 of us comfortably with no problems. The patio and pool were right on point and in good condition. There is so much right in the neighborhood that we didn’t need to go anywhere outside of going into downtown Austin . Recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous house and great location!
We enjoyed everything about the house! It was super clean, easy to get from place to place, and overall just a great space. We were a large group visiting from NY and would definitely come back again. Dana was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed our stay at The Austin Pool House!

Amazing!
We had an AMAZING time at Dana's Pool House. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and had everything organized and set up for us. There was plenty of room for the 12 girls to each have their place to sleep. The pool was great as we spent a whole day hanging out in the pool. Dana texted me upon arrival to make sure everything was good and was responsive to any questions. If we travel to Austin again would stay here!

Great location, house and host!
We were in Austin for a girls trip and had an amazing time. The house was a great size to fit all of us comfortably and the location was fabulous. We walked to breweries, coffee shops, food trucks, restaurants and the liquor store. The pool area had both shade and sunny spots and felt very private. Dana was an awesome host and made check-in, checkout, and our overall stay very easy! Would highly recommend.
