Das Apartment befindet sich im gehobenen Viertel South of Fifth, einen Häuserblock vom Strand entfernt. Die besten Restaurants und das Nachtleben liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass Sie alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen können! Mein Haus wurde gerade renoviert und hat viel natürliches Licht und neue Oberflächen. Sie können die Waschmaschine und den Trockner sowie neue Geräte wie Highspeed-WLAN und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher nutzen. Ich liefere auch Strandstühle, Strandkühler, Strandspielzeug, Brettspiele, Fernseher mit Streaming-Diensten HBO inklusive. Es gibt auch Pack and Play für Familien. Aufzug auf den Boden funktioniert also für Menschen mit Kinderwagen und Rollstühlen.

We loved this condo! The location is great. The place is bright, airy and elegant but also comfortable. The parking spot is a HUGE bonus. The landlord was easy and quick to communicate with and very helpful. All the appliances, bedding, etc are excellent quality. It had everything we needed for our stay.

My spouse and I traveled to South Beach with another couple to attend the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The property was perfect. It was clean, decorated beautifully and the finishes and furniture were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. The parking garage was very convenient. We brought our car and rented bikes. The location was absolutely perfect! We were close to everything. Last year, we stayed on 10th Street and it was very loud at night and hard to sleep. This location - South of 5th - was quiet and we all got great sleep, while being close enough to walk or ride our bikes to all the hot spots. Marc was accommodating and helpful anytime we had a question. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this location. We enjoy being close to the beach (3 minute walk), the promenade that you can walk up or down for miles and miles. Restaurants, bars all over the place yet not too close or noisy.
Just need extra bath towels !

Great location, very walkable. Feels like a safe neighborhood. Has all the amenities you need but we did not cook, so can’t speak to kitchen tools. The check in process was confusing because there are several codes all saved in different places. The walls are very thin so we could hear whenever neighbors came or left the building - bring your earplugs (we also played white noise on the tv one night and on our own portable speaker another). The parking stall is teeny and challenging to get into with a bigger vehicle, but it was very convenient to have! Overall a nice experience.

Our stay at Marc's home was perfect! We were in Miami on business with our 2 year old and he had all of the necessities to make us feel at home. He was very responsive to our questions and it was clear that he really wanted to make sure our visit was the best possible! If we're back in Miami again, we will for sure book with Marc!

Property is just as pretty and welcoming as it looks in the pictures. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Beach gear. Everything we needed for our stay. The location is awesome. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and just a few minute walk to restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and of course the beach. Check in was easy. Marc was great to deal with. He responded right away to questions I had. We come to Miami several times a year and we have found the place we will stay from now on. Looking forward to our next visit!

This two bedroom, two bath condo was perfect for our extended stay in Miami after a 4 night Bahamas Cruise. Marc was very responsive and allowed us to check into the property a bit early which was very appreciated as we were off our cruise quite early and wanted to drop our bags off so we could spend some time at the beach. The condo is very clean, beds are super comfortable and it has everything you would need for a vacation away from home. The location is excellent and only a quick walk to the amazing beach and great restaurants. We will definitely stay in this property again when we return to Miami.

Perfect stay for family of four
The property was lovely, inviting, and accurately described. We loved the SoFi location which was completely walkable to shopping and restaurants and an even a shorter walk to the beach. The furnishings were well appointed and the apartment was exceptionally clean. We loved everything about it and look forward to returning!

Marc allowed me to check in a couple hours early as my flight arrived prior to check in time. The place was exactly like the photos and description. Extremely comfortable beds and all the extras you would need. The location was perfect and minutes from the beach. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip in Miami Beach.
