This place is very nice for 1 or 2 people. Not big enough for more than 2. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but small. It’s best to have only 1 person in the kitchen at a time which worked well for us. Living room with a love seat and recliner also works well for 2 people. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and appeared very safe. We walked a lot and enjoyed the area. There really is no community connection so if you are looking for that this neighborhood is not the best. People we met while walking were very friendly. We spent a lot of time in the yard which is nice. Gas grill was used a lot. Laundry was a real convenience which we used. All in all a nice place and very affordable. Elizabeth was very accommodating with any questions we had. Check in/out was a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay in Jefferson Park. The location is great. You can walk to the university, and there’s easy access to stores and restaurants. The house is small but clean and comfortable, and the yard was good for us and our dogs, fenced with both sun and shade.

The neighborhood and property are wonderfully quiet. The space had everything we needed, plenty of seating options and excellent heating and cooling. The patio is a huge positive , private and cute with a couple chairs and a bistro table for happy hour! The casita is a little dated and the shower tight for a 6’2” man but it all functioned, so consider it a good value.

This property is well located to the UoA. We checked out the UoA art museum, and visited with friends in north Tucson. It fit us and our service dog very well. Thanks

I enjoyed Tucson and this place was a great home base. It was easy to get everywhere from here. The neighborhood is quiet, and I felt comfortable staying there alone. The place is perfect for a single guest. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. A sweet back yard, fully fenced.

This property is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the University of AZ, which was the main reason we chose it. It is a little older but the location was most important to us. If you will be spending a lot of time at the university this is a good option for the price.

This is a small guest house accessed from the alley. Elizabeth met me at the house to review the "house stuff" (helpful to go over how to access the Roku/TV). She was friendly and checked in on me the next day by email to make sure my stay was going well. The house is very small and clean, older, with a nice tree covered patio to enjoy the lovely April Tucson weather. I was able to walk to the U of AZ campus to visit my son. The only advice I would give is that the shower is very small, so a person above about 5'10" or with a "larger figure" would be very cramped and banging ones elbows on the walls and knobs. I would definitely stay here again by myself. Thanks, Elizabeth!

Lovely place
We really enjoyed staying at the Adobe Guest House! It was small, but adorable and cozy. Elizabeth was a great host- she met us to let us in and show us around and she was super easy to get in touch with. She was also flexible about our check-in time. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay
Needed to take a quick getaway for the new year, and the Waverly guest house had all the amenities, at a great value. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen had all the utensils and dishware, and I didn't have to go to the supermarket to pick up a missing utensil or knickknack to cook my meals. Overall this place is solid, great for one or two guests.

Convenient and Clean Location
This rental is clean and very convenient to all things in and around Tucson. It is appropriate for two people but not more than that- the area is very small. Some things are in need of updating- in particular, the couch and bed/bed frame, pillows and shower head need to be replaced. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully functional and well stocked and there is an area outside to sit and relax.

Superb
We really enjoyed our stay at The Place on Waverly. It was central to all the places on our sightseeing itinerary along with being very clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly, helpful and an excellent ambassador for Tucson and southern AZ. We hope to return soon and would definitely stay here again.

Two week Spring stay in Tucson
We enjoyed our time in the small, but very comfortable and clean, adobe like casita. We especially enjoyed the large, fenced, garden like yard and shaded patio. We spent much time outside as the weather was perfect. The place was centrally located to restaurants, shopping and other activities.

Great location, comfortable for 2 guests
My daughter and I were in town to visit family for the holidays. Elizabeth's little place was ideal. It was clean, comfortable, and adequately stocked. The yard was secluded and shaded, perfect for my dog. I work as a travel nurse, it would be an ideal travel nurse situation for the gypsies looking for a place in Tucson. Elizabeth was available for anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Great space and location. We enjoyed the kitchen and option to cook some meals. The laundry facility was wonderful! Lastly, the privacy of the property was appreciated.

Great Little Cottage!
This was my first trip to Tucson, and I enjoyed every bit of my stay at The Place on Waverly. Elizabeth was very friendly, and able to answer any questions. The cottage was well stocked with clean linens, dishes, and even some snacks. Although small (I was staying by myself, so it was perfect!), the cottage was in great condition and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and will stay here again if I return!

Small but nice and clean if you're looking for a place near downtown and the U of A. We didn't spend alot of time in the place on Waverly because we had so much to do while in Tucson.

A cozy adobe guest house in a residential neighborhood near U of A campus and restaurants
We enjoyed our 5-week stay in the Adobe Guest House on Waverly. We especially liked the shaded, fenced-in garden patio, which was great for our dog, too. The location was good for visiting the U of AZ Campus and exploring Tucson, and just a short drive to good restaurants and stores. The cottage is clean and well maintained.

Great location
We stayed in this lovely adobe for parents weekend. Perfect size for 2 adults. Nice little courtyard to sit outside. Owner very accommodating and providing light snacks, coffee and beverages. Would stay here again if available.
