Unser schönes zweistöckiges Haus mit einer Fläche von 2700 Quadratmetern verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Vollbäder und 13 Schlafplätze mit kostenlosem WI-FI. Nachdem wir unser Haus im Jahr 2016 gekauft haben, haben wir alle Zimmer aktualisiert. Das Haus ist nur 3 Häuserblocks von Restaurants und Geschäften in British Columbia und 3 Häuserblocks vom öffentlichen Zugang zum Peninsula Beach entfernt, wo Sie schwimmen oder einfach am Strand faulenzen können. Das Haus war eine sehr beliebte Wahl für Familien, die an Hochzeiten auf den nur 25 Autominuten entfernten Castle Farms teilnehmen. Die Küche hat alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte, die Waschküche hat eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner, das Hauptschlafzimmer hat schöne weiße Möbel im Landhausstil und das größere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat 3 neue Holzbetten, eine Holzkommode und Nachttische auch. Unser umzäunter Hinterhof hat eine erhöhte Terrasse mit Terrassentisch und 4 Stühlen, während die untere Fertiger-Terrasse einen Propangrill und eine Feuerstelle mit 4 Stühlen hat. Der Keller wurde im Winter 2017 komplett renoviert und verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und eine Couch zum Fernsehen, einen großen zweiten Kühlschrank, einen professionellen Billardtisch, einen Tischfußball und eine Tischtennisplatte zur Unterhaltung. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf der Schaukel auf der überdachten Veranda oder auf einem der Adirondack-Stühle. Es gibt Parkplätze für 4 Autos in der Einfahrt auf der Park Street sowie 4 zusätzliche Autos oder zwei Bootsanhänger können in der Einfahrt abseits der Gasse im Hinterhof geparkt werden. Die hervorragenden Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Innenstadt von Boyne City sind nur wenige Blocks vom Haus entfernt. Und wir sind 3 Blocks vom Peninsula Beach entfernt, einem schönen öffentlichen Strand mit Spielplatz, Einrichtungen und Picknicktischen. Wenn Sie ein Bootsfahrer sind, werden Sie den Charlevoix-See lieben! Die Harborage Marina sowie die Boyne City Municipal Marina sind zu Fuß erreichbar und können gemietet werden. Boyne City hat den größten Bauernmarkt in Nord-Michigan und ist jeden Mittwoch und Samstag im Veteran's Park aktiv. In der Regel sind auch zwei oder drei Imbisswagen anwesend. "Stroll the Streets" ist im Sommer eine Veranstaltung, die jeden Freitagabend stattfindet. Die Hauptstraße ist für Autos gesperrt und es gibt Bands, Essensstationen und andere familienfreundliche Veranstaltungen.

Everything was very clean and in good condition. Lots of areas throughout the house and outdoors to hang out. The basement game room area was especially fun. Love that it’s very close to downtown BC and the lake (less than 10 min walk).

Don’s 518 S Park Street property is clean, well decorated, spacious, and very conducive to family time! We felt so “at home” in this house for our vacation week! You can walk to town in only a few minutes and Boyne City has a beautiful beach, great restaurants, nice pickleball courts, and a fun downtown area. Don was very helpful answering questions before we booked the house and after we booked about Mackinac Island, which is only an hour’s drive from the house. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the game room in the basement is top-notch! We highly recommend this property and will want to stay there if we ever visit Boyne City again!!!

Great location within a 5-10 minute walk of great restaurants and bars in Boyne City and a very clean public beach on Lake Charlevoix (which is a lot warmer than Lake Michigan). House listing was super accurate and the property owner was very accessible. Nice neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. All the bathrooms have been updated. Walking distance to town. There is a really nice game room in the basement. Nice outdoor space -private backyard with deck and patio with fire pit. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and a swing to relax and hangout. Host was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to eat and shop. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

From the first time I saw this house I knew it would be perfect for our family getaway. From the beginning to the end everything went seamlessly. The owner was quick to respond and made us feel welcome with all of the information he shared. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and all eleven of us had more than enough room. The beach and town were within walking distance and the neighborhood was lovely. The sweeping front porch was one of our favorite places to sit and enjoy each other's company. We had a wonderful time and were wanting to rent it again next year but somebody beat us to it. 😞

The home was beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located. We hosted a family reunion evening dinner for 25 and we all fit comfortably. The fabulous front porch was our favorite place to hang out. Coffee on the swing first thing in the morning set the wonderful tone for our days.

Amazing stay at large, beautiful home
We had a great experience with this rental and would definitely stay here again. Don has a very large and beautiful home that is great for a big group or family. We had a group of friends in town for a wedding nearby and we loved having the cozy common area, the game room downstairs, and the large backyard. Don was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had a convenient and comfortable stay. Thanks for everything!

Friends Weekend
We stayed for a “friends” weekend. The property was well equipped and in a great location- walking distance to town (about 2 blocks). The house was spotless . It is tastefully decorated. There is a terrific “sports” fun room in the basement with a kitchenette/full bar/ ping pong table/ separate pool table/ media area / game area for a large group. The backyard had a nice size green area, deck, a grill and a separate fire pit area. The only minor negative comment is that the outdoor table only sat 4 people ( we had 7). I plan on returning to this location!

Perfect Once Again!
This was our third time to spend a week in this beautiful home in Boyne City and each time it gets better. The house is always super clean, has everything we could possibly need and a perfect layout for the 10 of us. This year we were surprised with a beautiful new fireplace in the living room, gorgeous updated bathrooms and a new ping pong table. The game room in the basement is the hit each year with the grandkids. The location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants in town, good fishing, and beautiful beaches and an easy drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix to hunt for Petoskey stones! Each year we find more to do and make more memories with our family. Thanks so much Don and Karen for sharing your lovely home!!

Our favorite spot in Boyne!
This is our second time staying at the property- it's the best! We love the location, with it only being a few blocks from the beach and from all the dining/shops. The house itself is clean and comfortable. We love all decor. We stay with extended family along with our young children. We love that there is plenty of space for everyone and there is plenty of entertainment to keep both the adults and kids busy when we are actually in the house due to the game room in the basement.

Large house great for multiple guests
Our extended family enjoyed the house and the space. Great basement game area. We had one hiccup with the Master Bath Shower leaking to the basement . It had just been redone and resealing was completed the next day after notifying Don of the issue. The Master Bath was very nice after the remodel.

Northern Michigan Wedding Weekend
This Boyne City home was perfect for our group that were in the area for a northern MI wedding. Absolutely beautiful home and close to downtown restaurants and bars and the beach, marina and park. We enjoyed campfire on the back patio area and especially loved the basement area equipped with pool, pong and other games. It was a perfect location and would definitely return. It would also make a great home base for a ski trip to the Boyne area. Hosts were fantastic to work with.

Our family enjoyed another great week in this beautiful home in Boyne City. We had seven adults and 3 children and there was always plenty of room for everyone to spread out plus a bed for everyone!!! The house is immaculate and stocked with everything you need. The game room downstairs is always a hit with our grandkids ..... and fishing at the pier followed by ice cream was a nightly event. Northern Michigan charm
We have three kids, so we always stay in VRBOs or AirBnBs. I can honestly say this house was the best we have ever stayed in. Everything you can possibly need is in the house - the owners have thought of everything. The decor is modern and fresh, and the house is very comfortable. Our family of five stayed here along with my parents, and everyone was happy with this house. The location is convenient to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Traverse City, and of course charming Boyne City. Even when it rained all day, we had fun staying inside! Communication with the owner was great too. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family's trip up north for a wedding at Castle Farms we attended. There were 8 adults and 4 children and we had more than enough room to sleep and enjoy ourselves! The rooms were great and the house is very nice and well kept. We were told that bath towels were provided which there were, but there are no wash cloths provided so bring your own. We also had to go buy garbage bags and toilet paper, so bring extra of those as well. These are by no means complaints, but tips for the next renters. We would definitely rent this house again, especially for a ski trip! Thank you Langdons!

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot
Your home and location were ideal for our family vacation. This was the first time we had both our adult children, their spouses and three little ones together for vacation. The layout was ideal and we had plenty of space to stretch out. The porch swing was an unexpected and huge hit for all! And walking distance to town, parks and swimming was ideal and allowed us to really kick-back and enjoy.
Thank you for sharing your home with us! We very much appreciated having a home away from home that was both modernized and made us feel very comfortable from the start. We will not hesitate to recommend to friends.
