This place was super comfortable. We felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay there. The owner Dirk was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday there.

Good location between the River and Laughlin. Great for a family.

This house had everything you need for your stay. Dirk was great with communication and getting set up for check-in. The house actually has 3 beds (one in the den), so can easily sleep 6 people.

My family and I had an amazing time at this house. The owner was absolutely great with everything. We even had some car troubles and delayed our stay and was able to get everything worked out with him and we’re able to stay a little longer. I would highly recommend staying here!

The property is in a great location. Short drives to Oatman, Avi resort, Laughlin and more. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is in a very nice location in Fort Mohave and is very well furnished .It has everything you need for your stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. We had a great time and love the area. Dirk is a great host and answered any questions we had right away. We loved our stay there and I would give it a 10 out 10 stars.

Everything was excellent - the house, the owner and the stay. I would recommend this house.

This home was clean but the appliances and furniture are shabby. Dishwasher was old and did not clean the dishes. We did dishes by hand. Refrigerators door would not close without the extra push. Dishwasher and refrigerator appeared to be early 1990s. Living room couch and loveseat had no support. We ended up buying furniture fixer slats just to make them semi-comfortable. Both occasional chairs were frayed or coming apart at the seams. Den/office had a queen bed that took up almost all the space. There was no desk or other furniture. We didn't need another sleeping space but were expecting a den. The kitchen has a wood table and four chairs. When we had company we had to purchase two folding chairs. If it seats eight where are the additional chairs? Bed linens and towels were tattered and frayed. This property was not worth the rent. The same monthly amount will get a larger home in a gated community with amenities like a workout room, pool, tennis courts and furnished better. I would recommend this for a party crowd for a short stay.

We have enjoyed staying at this house in the past. It's clean has friendly neighbors and close to the River and the AVI Resort for gambling . I highly recommend this beautiful house. Being pet friendly, makes it much better for our family
