Everything was wonderful, the view, cleaning of the condo. My husband and myself enjoyed chatting the Don. Also the fishing was great and the pool was nice and cool. We will be coming back. Thank you for a great two weeks in your home

Location, Location, Location. This place is outstanding. Large decks overlooking the water, furnishings are nice, a lot of space and that view. We never go back to the same place twice, this could be the exception. It was a great week, this is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

We loved our stay at Key Colony Point! The view was amazing, condo was great. The kitchen selection-spices, pots and pans, and lots of extras was excellent. Many items that you don't normally get in a rental were there for our use. Very quiet property with an older crowd which was perfect for this trip.

This condo is extremely very nice. The rooms are large the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable . The proximity to the pool , hot tub, fishing dock and a small little private beaches , bathrooms or really nice it’s very tropical highly recommend it. They are very thoughtful about everything there . Feels more like a home then a condo the balcony is spectacular right on the water you feel like you’re on a ship. They had closets full of beach toys some fishing equipment even Christmas lights and we decorated the balcony because we were there right before Christmas. I go to Florida about three times a year and I have to say this is one of the best condos I’ve stayed in absolutely pristine!

This was the most beautiful place we have ever booked under VRBO. The unit was beautiful, clean, big, with an awesome view. The management and owner were very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was the ice maker did not work the whole week we were there, but management was trying to get it fixed. Otherwise, it was the perfect place to be. Because the place was so nice, even when it rained one whole day, we did not mind staying at the condo. It was like being at home but with the ocean right in front of us. A perfect place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Had a great stay for the week with girlfriends. We were close to great restaurants but had a wonderful kitchen to cook in as well. We easily drove to Key West for a day, but we’re glad to escape back to our Oceanside views. We took advantage of some of the snorkeling gear in the condo to check out the rocks just outside the condo. Would 100% book again!

Great clean place with a fantastic veiw

This is a beautiful beach condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. Sitting in the living room is like being on a ship. The location is excellent with easy access to the water to snorkel right outside your window and a beautiful pool to jump into after your water adventures. The dock was amazing and fun to watch the tarpon at night. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We definitely want to come back. The only drawback was we would have really liked to stay 10 days. That is our typical vacation. 2 weeks is too long and 1 week goes way too fast. Would love if you allowed that.

The condo has everything you need for a vacation on the ocean to escape the pandemic or work. Our family, two adults and two 17-year-old girls, spent 14 days here and it was a welcome relief. The girls took over the back bedroom with two beds, a TV, and its own bathroom. My wife and I had the master bedroom which overlooked the ocean, a large walk-in closet, and bathroom. Huge floor to ceiling windows on this corner unit lets in lots of light and it also has a huge "L" shape balcony. In the mornings I enjoyed a mug of coffee watching the sunrise as the girls slept. If you decide to dine-in, the kitchen has plenty of room for two adults to prepare meals while the kids sit at the counter. One of the closets near the front door is stocked with beach supplies, including umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, beach mats, and other accessories. I didn't get a chance to use the fishing rods and tackle to catch dinner. Others guests did and had good luck catching a meal. We're a fan of Publix when we travel to Florida. The Marathon bakery has a selection of freshly baked empanadas, pastries, donuts, desserts, and pretty much anything else you might need. They also have pretty good fried chicken and a deli counter. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from, The Key Colony Inn, Island Fish Co., Driftwood Pizza, Herbie's Bar & Chowder House, Keys Fisheries, Porky's Bayside, and many others. The condo owner was very responsive to our emails or texts and checking-in was a breeze. If you're looking for a clean, quiet spot with lots of room for a vacation, check out this condo, and you won't be disappointed. We'll be back for another stay.

Just left this beautiful condo... Just breathe taking. The photos do not give the wonderful all around ocean to ocean view. You will not be disappointed. I travel a lot and have stayed in many condos. Can't find this just anywhere. Rich the owner was very quick to speak to me . I think that is very important He even called when we were there a few days Lots of good restarants nearby. Did have seagrass on the beach but I would not call that a problem in the Keys. Wonderful vacation hope to return soon. Beds are comfy in both bedrooms Porch-3 HUGE spaces Lots of kitchen cookware , extra beach towels, and wet bar.... No Worries here !!!!!!!!!!! 1 /

You can’t go wrong choosing this condo. I’ve never written an online review before but since I based my decision to choose this condo based on the reviews I figured I would. Couldn’t have been happier with the location and the condo itself. Just perfect. Besides the beautiful condo and location - it was clean with everything you would need or want. You’re literally right on the water and the huge balcony is perfect. The next time I go back to the Keys I would definitely want to stay here again.

The property was very clean, well appointed and had an amazing view. Rich, the owner, was very responsive with any question. The location of the property, close to marathon, was great for our family and allowed us to get to the different islands and take advantage of all the great things to do. All in all it was a great vacation!

We enjoyed ourselves so very much at this amazing property! It was my husband myself and our two teenage children. Waking up every morning and having coffee on that beautiful wraparound deck with the views of the sunrise could not have been better! The place had plenty of space it was modern and very clean! In the afternoon we had our own private beach all to ourselves. It couldn’t of been a better vacation we plan to return for sure!

What an incredible view! Very beautiful condo and our family really enjoyed the fishing pier and pool. Location was central and Key Colony was a great place for walking and biking. Owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely be our first choice for our next visit down here!

First time staying in Key Colony Pointe. Everything for this unit was as stated on website. The unit is absolutely perfect in everyway...views, cleanliness, furnishings from decorations to kitchen supplies, prompt communication with owner during stay, to amenities offered by the complex...everything was perfect! Had a great time at this beautiful spot. On the last day there were about 6 dolphins doing jumps out front of the condo. Highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped into the condo we were amazed by the stunning ocean view everywhere we looked. The condo was spacious, open, and very well maintained. We were also pleased at how clean and well appointed the property is. Our boys enjoyed sharing the spacious second bedroom with two queen beds, a nice size closet and bathroom, as well as their own entrance to the massive wrap around balcony. From the master, we enjoyed waking up the the sunrise each morning. There is a large bathroom with a good size closet and custom shower. Just being able to see the ocean from everywhere was incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony with plenty of furniture to relax and loved eating lunch at the table outside. The kitchen had everything you could need as we generally cooked two of our three meal in the condo. Loved the open layout that included the kitchen, the dining table, and living room that were all surrounded by windows and endless ocean. We love the Publix grocery store and enjoyed visiting the KCP farmers market on Tuesday where we picked up some french pastries, organic coffee, and fresh mango. Loved being able to shop small and local! There are plenty of activities and tons of great restaurants. We loved being able to walk right into the water while still having access to the heated pool and hot tub, which were never too full and always had chairs available. We were there over Christmas and loved seeing all the lights and even witnessed a little parade from the local police and fire department. Overall, this was one of the nicest places we've stayed. If you're looking for a spectacular vacation this is your place to stay!

Condo on the beach front was spectacular! The accomodations were beautiful with ample furnishings and utensils. Pool and hot tub were perfect and all the guests were friendly including the manager. My family will seriously consider staying again for another memorable vacation experience.

Our 50th Anniversary vacation spent in Key Colony exceeded our expectations in every way possible. You just can’t beat watching the sunrise across the Atlantic any morning you feel like rolling out of your luxurious and comfy kingsize bed!!! Our unit#17 had everything you could possibly need and more. Publix and Walgreens were a short few minutes away. After a good nights sleep we were off to Key West for the day. Omg! We love, love, love this little Island!!! Be sure and eat lunch at “Blue Heaven”. My husband had the Grouper Sandwich (“the best sandwich ever”, he said), and I had Shrimp and grits and Banana bread! Delicious 😋 We are already making plans to come back next year when the waters a little warmer. McCalla, Al.

Probabaly the nices, cleanest place Ive ever rented. And the views were amazing. We had a blast fishing off the pier, and Ive never had much luck at fishing, but its a guarantee youll catch something. Beautiful quite place. Would highly recommend

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) had the most wonderful stay at Rich and Cathy's condo. In fact, we booked again for next year before we left! The views from the balcony are breathtaking and you don't even have to leave the master bed to watch the sunrise. The furnishings are beautiful and modern; the condo was spotless. We were pleasantly surprised with how much room we had to spread out. The master closet is spacious and beautiful with drawers and cabinets and plenty of room to hang clothing. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer, although the dryer took a little long to dry. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed carry-out from a few near-by restaurants (I highly recommend Sparky's Landing fish tacos). We grilled burgers downstairs one night while enjoying the beautiful sunset. We enjoyed watching the tarpon and fishing from the lighted pier. We had a fun day of snorkeling Sombrero coral reef with Captain Pip's tours. We also took a day to drive down to Key West and saw the Southernmost Point and toured the Ernest Hemingway house. This was by-far the most relaxing vacation our family has ever had and are looking forward to returning next Fall!

This was hands down the most amazing vacation of our lives for my entire family. From waking up to watch the sunrise with my daughter, to playing at the beach and pool and fishing at night with my son and husband. You never have to leave Key Colony Beach! The view was so amazing that we spent hours every day just watching the boats going by. The kids loved seeing the Tarpon at night on the fishing dock and for those avid anglers, this is such an amazing spot that boats even come in to fish next to the dock! The grill area is sheltered and on the point so you always have an amazing breeze. We grilled every night but one and then watched the sunset. Last but not least is the home itself. From the cabinet handles, to the lights with sensors, everything is stunning and top notch. The only thing you will regret after staying here, is having to leave. Jim the host is great, quick to respond and has amazing tips and suggestions for the guests. Jim even made a page of reviews and advice on restaurants etc. and places to rent kaykas or fish with. We can't wait to come back!
