250 Steps to the Beach! 2 King Master Suites! Sleeps 10 and Close to 30A Dining!
Nur wenige Schritte von den schönsten Stränden der Welt und faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen entfernt. Fabulous Strandhaus direkt gegenüber vom schönen smaragdgrünen Wasser und Zuckersand des West End. Wir sind nur ca. 200 Schritte zum Strand.
Hauptgeschoss: großer offener Grundriss, voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer mit 10 Sitzplätzen. Direkt neben der Küche, ein Queen-Master-Schlafzimmer mit einem vollen privaten Bad, das es bequem für Frühaufsteher oder ältere Menschen. Als zusätzlichen Bonus enthält der Gemeinschaftsbereich ein Bad und eine komplette Wäscherei.
Im Obergeschoss: Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit einem privaten Innen- und Außenbereich. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Queen-Schlafzimmer (eines mit zwei Queen-Betten) und (eines mit einem Doppelbett). Beide Schlafzimmer teilen sich das 2. Badezimmer im Obergeschoss.
Im Freien: Überdachte Veranda im Erdgeschoss und überdachter Balkon im Obergeschoss. Hinterhof ist mit einem Lagerschuppen umzäunt, der 4 Stühle für den Strand, einen Regenschirm, einen Propangrill, zwei Fahrräder, ein wenig Fischausrüstung und einige Wasserspielzeuge für Kinder einschließen wird.

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. The shed has plenty of beach equipment, and bicycles. Short walk to the beach and the house is in a residential area so that made it nice in my opinion.

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had. We rented gold carts and drove to the beach access but walking was easy to do also. We will definitely come back to this house again.

This house accommodated us perfectly! Me and my fiancé came here with our friends and the house was a great space for all us to enjoy and also have our own private space. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The shed has so many chairs and other goodies that we were able to use/take to the beach. Donna was quick with answering any questions. Definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a nice PCB trip!!!

The pictures on the listing do this wonderful home no justice. It is only until you pull into the drive and enter the home that the butterflies become undeniable excitement. This home is beautifully decorated with a spacious open floor plan. The accommodations and amenities provided, in my opinion, superseded my expectations. Additionally, the 250 steps to the beach is accurate, but felt like mere seconds before our toes were in the sand. This was undoubtedly one of our best experiences to PCB, and solidified the fact that the Emerald Coast is truly a home away from home.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. (Love the wagon) Everything we needed for cooking fresh catch and enjoying it in this super clean place. Appreciate the water hose just around the corner of the front porch.

This would be our third year staying in this house and we love it! It’s only a short walk to the beach and they provide you with everything you need to enjoy the beach and your stay. My only complaint is that the upstairs tub in the shared bathroom does not drain properly, but that should be an easy fix. Once again, this place was great and hope to keep coming back for years to come.

This is our second visit to this beautiful home and will not be our last! It is by far the cleanest vacation property we have ever visited- spotless! The house is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The children loved the beach toys and the beach wagon and chairs made life much easier for the adults! We had a family emergency a few days prior to our trip and almost had to cancel and Donna and Rick were so kind and helpful. We appreciated their kindness so very much. I wish I could give this property more than a 5 star review!!

Perfect for families
Having 2 king suites (one on the main level) was a major plus for us having a small child and grandparents. The property has so much to offer; equipped kitchen, beach supplies, functional grill, and a quiet beach close by. We loved that we were secluded enough from the hotels/high rise condos, yet still had Pier Park 10-15 minutes down the road to do “touristy” activities. Highly recommend this property and Rick & Donna 👍👍

Sunset At Riviera was Amazing! The house was meticulously clean and the neighborhood was so cute and quiet! Distance to the beach was a very short walk to beach access #86. 😎 Great house! Will definitely stay here again! If I could add one thing to this beautiful home it would be a foot shower, installed up front in front of the porch. Sure saves a lot of sand from coming inside. But still a great place.

Great family vacay
This home was perfect for our family of 7! It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, puzzles and games for family night fun, and even access to beach toys, extra umbrellas and wagon. Short walk to the beach. Donna was only a phone call away if we had questions. We will definitely be back next year.
