We've been coming to Bethany for years and this was for sure our favorite house. Lots of room and had everything we needed. Our host was accommodating and met all of our needs. We'll for sure book again!! Thank you for an AWESOME week!!!

House was clean and there was a lot of room for everyone. There were things to do around the area and nearby states.

This property was great!! The property owner was amazing....I know I was pesky and messaged her a lot with questions, but she responded so quickly and she was very sweet! One thing I was disappointed about was seeing the listing online as 3 bathrooms, but its really 2.5 + the outdoor shower once I confirmed it with the property owner. When we walked in we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful it was! The high ceilings were breathtaking and it was so open! It was literally perfect for my family. There were a total of 6 adults and 3 children. I gotta say....that 4th bedroom for the kids was perfect! My little one is under 1, so he stayed in the little office room on the first floor which was a huge plus! The master bedroom is HUGE and I think that's an understatement!! My parents absolutely loved it. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for our big family. The outdoor shower was nice, but we were unfortunate to not be able to get it to work for some reason. The deck space was also nice, but it was very humid, so we didn't spend much time out there! A huge plus if you have smaller children there is a little playground right out front and my step son and niece (10) could literally just walk over to it. All in all it was a beautiful property and I do believe my family and I will be back next summer!

When we first pulled up I didn’t think we’d all be able to fit, but boy was I wrong. The house was huge and gorgeous! The amount of beds helped us get an extended family vacation. The house was very clean. It had a lot of essentials that you never think to bring on vacation- laundry detergent, ketchup, just to name a few. The beds were comfy, the amount of space for storage of things was large. They had a lot of items for the beach, such as sand toys and chairs. The pool was a short walk and very nice, and there was a playground by the house. We loved every moment of this vacation!

House is very large and well furnished with nice size deck out back. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable and rooms are large. The cable box in the loft bedroom wasn't connected and there was no way to watch anything in that room. The TVs are not smart TVs so if you want to stream anything bring your own device to connect.

We selected this house for a 40th birthday celebration. We were able to accommodate myself and my partner as well as two sets of family groups including age ranges from 9 to 16 for the children. The rooms were very spacious, the master bath was amazing. If so inclined we could've included a toddler bed and a pack and play in the master suite. we used most of the sleeping areas and there were no complaints for the quality of the beds. One person even commented that it was the deepest sleep she had had in a long time with the sounds of the August insects to lol her to sleep. The back deck was very comfortable and private allowing for morning relaxation with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have a need to go out and purchase additional pots/pans as has been with many of my previous renting experiences. The price was well worth the stay. The only not even negative thing that was brought up was that it was a bit of a commute to the beach but if you were not planning on being on the beach all day every day I would highly recommend this property.

Overall this vacation home was nice and we enjoyed our stay here but there were some concerns. There was no bags in all the trash cans including the bathrooms, I found hair in the refrigerator, on the master bedroom bed and on a wash cloth. The grill was not cleaned. There was no place for the grease to go so we had to put a pan under the grill to catch the grease. My daughter arrive a little early and played with her daughter on the playground. She saw a lady come out of the house with a dog. We were told no dogs allowed. Having a baby crawling on the floor with a dog that was in the house is not a clean environment to me. Finally, when we arrived the room with the baby furniture was too hot. I called Madeline and left a massage that the ceiling fan does not work and the room was extremely too hot for a baby and she never returned my call. But overall we enjoyed our vacation and the house was nice. Thank you Mrs. Laura Franklin

Super simple process

Great house for large family staying together! Loved that they had everything.. and I mean everything already there.. including beach chairs, umbrella, water toys, every kitchen item you might need, even down to the olive oil and some basic spices!

The rooms were spacious. The house was so clean ! Lots of amenities. Great location- we visited Rehobith Beach, Dewey Beach, Ocean City and Assateague Island. The hostess provided check in info and that was all we needed. Great place to create family memories.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family. Then owners were very receptive and prompt when asked questions. The location was centrally located to the beach and groceries . Would stay there again.

The house supplied a lot of amenities which made it extremely convenient and made it a lot less to worry about; i.e. linens, towels, laundry facilities, detergent, paper products. The house was close to all the sites we wanted to see. Beds were very, very comfy and allowed for very restful nights. It was a much needed vacation and we're glad we stayed where we did. Our host was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had! Kudos to Madeline!

Pictures are very accurate. Had a few hiccups with the air conditioning not working in one bedroom and the cable not working in another bedroom but the owner got right on the concerns and did his best to bring a resolution the situations. Great location to several beaches and very spacious.

The location is close to everything. Madeline was super responsive to all of our questions. We are looking forward to booking this rental again.

The property easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 children ages 13 months to 13 years old. All the necessary (and more) linens, cookware, glasses, etc were on site. The central location made trips to the beach, restaurants, and amusement parks quick and easy. All in all, a tremendous property in an excellent location.

Loved the location and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Couple of small issues that she handled immediately. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Large property. Has everything you need for your family to enjoy their stay. Very clean. Excellent landlords. Community pool was a plus. Indoor and outdoor space. My grandkids had a great time. Will rent again.

For our first big family vacation this was just about perfect. Room for all. Loved the big kitchen and dining room table. Hope to go again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed it stay in Bethany Beach. My family of 5 plus my parents had plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom was great with lots of features. Any and all questions I had were answered very quickly. The location was great. A short drive to the beach and boardwalk about 20 minutes to ocean city. We did drive to the community pool but it was less than 2 minutes. Overall very happy with our trip.
