Schwimmen Sie am Strand oder genießen Sie die Sonne am Dock. Das Wasser vor dem Grundstück ist flach und perfekt für die Kinder oder diejenigen, die "ihren Weg erleichtern wollen". Ein Picknicktisch steht direkt neben dem Deck für Mahlzeiten im Freien zur Verfügung und es gibt viele Spiele und Filme für Spaß am Abend oder bei Regenwetter. TV, DVD-Player, WLAN und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher sorgen für elektronische Unterhaltung.

The property is neat and clean with the water's edge just a few steps away. The cottage is small (as advertised) but that is part of the charm and has everything you need for a couple or small family. Besides, you are on the lake and should be outside enjoying the view or the nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. We rented this place because of its proximity to Frankfort Beach which is one of our favorites. The neighbors are friendly and it is a nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day. This was our first time here but we would definitely do it again.

The stay was easy and the views were good. The cottage is smaller as advertised but was comfortable, cozy, and never felt tight. The waterfront views were amazing. This is the perfect place for a couple (or small family in our case) to experience this part of Michigan at your own pace.

Wonderful area. Cottage was thoughtfully setup. Right on the water of a beautiful, mostly calm, sandy bottom lake. Plenty to do in the area...we choose to do very little and peace prevailed. May well do it again soon.

Great location to explore the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Cottage is in a quiet and peaceful setting with a good choice of local eateries. Don’t forget to pick up a cherry pie at the Cherry Hut restaurant in Beulah.

Cute little cottage on a beautiful lake. Great proximity for tubing on the Platte River, Frankfort and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Very clean and host was helpful and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

My husband and I rented this cozy cabin on Big Platte Lake. It was close to Sleeping Bear Dunes which we visited on one day of our stay. The second day was spent in our small boat fishing on the lake. The cabin is the closest of 6 to the water with beautiful sunsets. It has a well-stocked kitchen, an outdoor gas grill, movies and games to enjoy in the evening. I enjoyed reading a large supply of travel magazines. Melissa was easy to communicate with and a friendly host. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful views from this cozy little cabin. My wife and daughter must have said, “it’s so cute!” 100 times during our stay. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Just a great little place!

We rented this property for Ironman race weekend. It was right in front of the water and easy to get to the dock to swim. The area was quiet and we had a nice view of the sunset. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and it was just the right size for our family of 3. Melissa was very responsive if we had any questions!

The cottage was clean and had great supplies of kitchen and linen items. Parking is a problem if all the cabins in the group are occupied for anyone with a boat and truck and trailer. The tandem parking area is misleading. Great sunset views and a nice little beach area is available.

Great location for relaxation and exploration
This cottage was perfect for my family of four. We arrived to a very clean and tidy space that was exactly as described. The cottage is small but we never felt cramped. We spent a lot of our time on the deck that faces the lake, eating at the picnic table and watching the sunset from the dock. Their are shared common areas with the other cottages but everyiwas friendly and respectful of quiet hours. The location was very convenient to explore the Sleeping Bear Dunes and the surrounding lake towns. We all very much enjoyed our time here.

Lovey little waterfront cottage
This cottage was just perfect for our stay. It was furnished with everything that you could need. I enjoyed many evening sunsets from the deck and listening to the waves lap the sandy beach. This cottage shares the beach front and community property.
Communication with the owner was effortless. She is very responsive. We didn't have any issues during our stay!

Too small for four
The cabin was too small to comfortably accommodate four people. It should be listed to accommodate two. We had to leave our vacation early because of the tight quarters. The rental contact would not offer a partial refund. Furthermore, there was swimmers itch in the lake which we weren’t told about until it was too late to find a new place to go.

Pleasant, quiet and close to family camping nearby. Sleeping Bear Dunes activities were great fun.
Certainly will rent this property again. Convenient to the SBD activities and our families regular camp ground. Pleasant cottage with nice sunsets.

The property is as advertised a small cottage with lake front views and close to the sleeping bear dune area. The owner was responsive to communication and quickly dealt with one small issue we had.

When the weather was too windy or rainy to enjoy on the adirondack chairs, the screened porch was a lovely place to read.

Hassle free. Everything was clean and in good condition. No issues. Beautiful area, very quiet this time of year and convenient to Frankfort and sleeping Bear.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We had a fantastic trip to northern MI in this cabin. Cabin was clean and inviting. Great location with much to do in the surrounding areas. Check-in was seen less and the owner very detailed and responsive when needed. Would recommend.

Pleasant stay
It is a beautiful property right on the lake. It had all the amenities and was very clean with quaint touches. Ideal for family with kids- lots of games, dvds, books, grill etc. However the size was a bit smaller than expected. Overall great stay!

Perfect cozy cottagd
Cute little cottage right on Lake Platt. Very clean. This was just the right size for the three of us. Melissa was easily accessible for any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. This place helped us relieve all our daily stress. We would love to come back and stay here again next year.

Cozy Cabin
We loved this cottage. It was perfectly designed with everything you need in convenient locations. The view of the lake was beautiful and the swing over looking the lake was relaxing. The location was clues to all sights. Great restaurants close by as well. We will be back!

Cutest place!
We stayed at the adorable cottage for 5 days with a 5 and 7 year-old. It was perfect for catching minnows, jumping off the dock, and swinging on the swing.
The cottage is clean and set-up great for a small family. Melissa thought of everything kids would like: legos and books and tons of movies for after sunset. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. It was quiet when we were there and the people we did see were all friendly and happy to enjoy the space.
Thank you for making our trip wonderful. We will be back!

Cute cottage ! Many nice amenities
Weather was awful that weekend but it was still a great weekend in this cute cozy cottage. Melissa was extremely helpful and accessible with answers to all questions . We would definitely come again !! Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Bedding was clean and very comfortable

Cozy Cottage with Beautiful Views
Very clean and comfortable cottage. Lovely place to stay. Wish the weather was a bit better during our stay in the off season. We weren’t able to enjoy the beach and lake as much as we probably would have during the nicer months. Dock was already taken out for the season. Good to know for future.
