We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the access to Lisa and her help with questions. We had a little trouble finding the exact unit but she came over to direct us to the lovely home. Tons of room for 6 in the living room and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub!! Great time was had by all!!

This is a beautiful home, and my wife and I had a fantastic 4 day stay! The lofted main living area is stunning, and the upper level has fantastic mountain views. We found all of the instructions for check in/out clear, the home was immaculate, and it was conveniently located to Silver Lake Village.
I am an advanced beginner skier, so I wasn’t quite ready for the ski out. We were able to use Deer Valley’s free overnight ski and boot check to walk between the house and the village. We found the walk to be reasonable, even in the snow.
The bathrooms have obviously been renovated since the photos in the listing were last taken, and they were in fantastic condition (the primary bathroom has a tiled floor shower, and most of the floors on the lower level were heated).

We had such a fabulous stay at this condo in deer valley! The location to the mountain is perfect (we skiied out of silver lake lodge on the days that the kids didn’t have ski school), and everything was both lovely and cozy. We had planned to have a number of dinners out and ended up staying home because the house was so comfortable and the kitchen so well stocked! Many thanks to Lisa for her responsiveness and care! We’d love to return in the future…

This was our second time renting this house, it was in great shape, has tremendous convenience to the ski slope, ski out and mostly ski back which is great. The kitchen is well appointed, the hot tub is very nice, and overall we had a wonderful stay and would certainly rent it again!

We were very happy with this property. Updated modern design, great location, plenty of space, hot tub with great views, and probably the most comfortable sofa we’ve experienced. It’s an easy ski out but it required a little work for our 5 and 7 y/o kids to ski in, but certainly manageable. We also availed of the free bus that stops at the end of the street and delivers you to Main Street in 10 minutes. Excellent response and care from Lisa who helped us with our check in/out. Highly recommended if space is a priority.

Ski in, ski/walk/ski back worked well, but not recommended for beginner skiers.

Modern house, great for friends and/or family. Views are superb and has ski in/out access to Deer Valley. Has everything you need in the kitchen and baths - don’t need to bug or bring staple items. Property Manager was very responsive and nice.

FABULOUS VIEW COMFY STYLISH FURNISH
Hot water doesn’t ever really make its way into the shower in the front bedroom. This should be checked out. Only one bedroom has a king bed. This property would be much more accessible to three adult couples with 3 king beds. Ski-in/Ski-out status is a stretch because there is a lot of walking involved… However this is an excellent location when skiing Deer Valley. Overall we loved the place! Used the grill and hot tub everyday - cannot wait to come back next year!!

Ski trip
We had a wonderful snowy week in deer valley at this beautiful condo. Location was easy ski out for intermediate skiers and to ski in to the condo there was just a short walk before placing your skis back on. The condo was very clean, had very nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Location was very close to silver lake lodge and a short drive down to park city Main Street. Hot tub was nice right off the primary bedroom and kids and teens had plenty of room to hang out after skiing in the large living room.

Great property in a prime location
Newly renovated, very nice unit with three bedrooms and a loft Two of the bedrooms qualify as masters. Very well equipped kitchen, great webber grill on the porch where we cooked steaks and a great hot tub on the lower deck for an end of the ski day soak. Easy ski out, a short walk required to get back unless the road is covered in snow. Very helpful local contact. Could not as for more

Also appreciated the full-size kitchen with larger dining table. Loft upstairs could be used as an extra bedroom or area for kids to congregate, just wish they had a TV up there! Many of the Ridgepoint units are older but this one is nice because it is updated. It doesn’t look like a gingerbread house, they have put in nice modern furnishings! The property manager was great, she checked in before our stay, offered tons of help and when we had a question about the fireplace during our stay she was available right away and helped us. Comfortable Ski House in Deer Valley
The house was exactly as advertised and our family of five was very comfortable there. Property manager did a great job of communicating with us prior to our arrival. The house was well maintained with modern appliances and a nice hot tub located on the deck outside the master bedroom with a great view of the valley. The drive to Park City is about 10 minutes down the mountain. Ski on-and-off is a long trail over two bridges so be prepared for that. The trail, however, was lovely after a 5 inch snow storm and my family enjoyed the adventure. Overall, a great first time experience at Park City/Deer Valley.

Well-Appointed Unit In Great Location
We had a great four-day weekend skiing in and out of this condo. The unit had updated appliances and everything you could need in the kitchen, including ample spices. Additionally, management was proactive and responsive to our every need.

Perfect Ski Getaway
Our family of four had a fantastic long weekend in Deer Valley and Ridgepoint 114 was the perfect location for us. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need and you could easily ski out to the slopes. Only snag was skiing back in because you do have to walk a bit and it can be confusing but other than that it was great. Very close to Stein Erickson Lodge which is also a great place to rent equipment. Scott (manager) was very responsive. I would recommend staying here for sure.

Nice place
Super easy booking, property management organized it so the place was warm and lights were on when we arrived late at night. It’s an older townhouse with updated kitchen and baths. Totally serviceable, but nothing special. Skiing out was easy, but skiing back in was a bit more complicated. Dirty dishes in the cupboard when we got there. They wouldnt let us leave our packed bags for a couple hours after checkout time and before we had to leave for the airport. Probably would not go back.

Everything you need!
I have never had the luxury of staying at such a lovely, well-appointed condo with all basic necessities plus some. Our two families- for a total of ten- had plenty of space. Enjoyed cooking most morning and evening meals. Used hot tub daily. Very convenient to have a washer / dryer and endless supply of trash bags, kleenix, paper towels, dishwashing and laundry detergent, etc. Definitely ski out and short walk back was not a big deal. Will stay in this location by choice again.

Park City Comfort!
What a wonderful condo with beautiful views and such a convenient location! We were in town for our son's wedding, and this was a perfect place for 8 of us to stay. We had lots of family and friends come into town for the occasion and hosted 25 of them for a taco night at the condo, with plenty of room (and dishes!) for everyone! There is lots of comfortable seating in the living space, a well appointed large kitchen, and comfortable beds. I would happily and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable, lovely place to stay in the Park City area!

Great stay
The property is great, the location is great. The road on the backside of the property is very quiet. We could even see the city fireworks from the deck! The townhouse is as advertised, and was a great place to have a (small-ish) family reunion. The lack of A/C was a non-factor, even at the beginning of July. The location of the bedrooms downstairs ended up being wonderful, as naps could be taken without being disturbed by those upstairs. The thing that really surprised us was our interactions with the local property management people - very accommodating.

Great family property, very well stocked and super proactive and responsive management
Our family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious property. Kids used the jacuzzi after skiing every day and the well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook dinners and breakfasts. We stored skies and boots at silver lake village at night as the walk from the property is too long with ski boots. Can also drive to silver lake village parking instead. Management was very proactive and responsive to any questions and requests. Property very well stocked (everything from paper towels to spices) so only needed to buy our food which made everything easy. We’d love to come back!
