2-Zimmer-Einheit. Ca. 1000 Quadratmetern. Platz für 4 Personen. Master mit Kingsize-Bett und kleinere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Völlig neue, moderne Küche und Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Moderne und durchdachte Dekoration mit einem modernen Wand-Kamin. Dies ist der Garten / Keller-Suite, aber es ist eine Teilansicht des Mount Rainier aus dem Wohnzimmer-Fenster an einem klaren Tag.
Es gibt Kabel-und WiFi. Wir akzeptieren Haustiere.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The proximity to downtown Seattle and tourist attractions was very close, the owner provided helpful tips about the area, and the unit was clean. King bed was very comfortable.
Street parking is required and it was terrible to find parking in the evenings. We saw someone hit another car three times while trying to parallel park, which made me nervous about the rental car getting damaged during our stay. There are two flights of steps outside and another flight inside to get to the unit - be aware for lifting heavy suitcases or people with disabilities. It was unusually hot during our visit (80 degrees some days) and the unit did not have A/C - it was not listed on the amenities so that was my fault for not double checking. Fans were provided in each bedroom, which helped. Overall, we had a positive experience.

The neighborhood was great - walkable and very interesting. The unit was great for our family. If you are a light sleeper, you might like ear plugs for the plumbing.

The apartment was great. The only problem was the smell of some cat pee in one bedroom area. Toilet wouldn’t flush, so had to open the tank each time to flush. Good location for my visit. Plenty of space and nice kitchen too.

Centrally located to just about everything. We stayed at the downstairs unit and it was very nicely decorated with plenty of supplies and equipment you could use. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location in the future

This was a nice, as advertised apartment in Seattle's Fremont district close to many options for dining and night life. Also, walking distance to Lake Union Hot Tub boats!! We had an enjoyable visit to see some Kraken Hockey and hot tub boats!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult teen daughter while visiting our oldest, who lives a short walk away. Great location, a very cute, comfortable, and clean space, absolutely perfect for our needs. She let us check in a couple of hours early, which was SO appreciated since we were all tired from our early morning flight. Definitely a place we will return to!

We were in town looking for a place to live and found this apartment to be the perfect jumping off point. It's close to everything. The owner was super helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

We got this property for a short trip to Seattle. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and walking distance to pretty much anything you'd want to do in Fremont. Would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed. Nice fixtures and touches throughout. Great kitchen and appliances. Great area. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was great. The only issue was the the queen mattress in the first bedroom has seen better days, but even at its best it is a cheap, soft, uneven, unsupportive mattress. Pillows were not the best either but made it work. It also would have been nice to provide some coffee given the filters and coffee maker provided but really picking nits there.
Overall would highly recommend and stay here again. Just get a new mattress!

Well appointed. Nice fixtures and touches throughout. Great kitchen and appliances. Great area. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was great. A total gem!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment in every way! Apt was perfect size with two bedrooms and stocked with all we needed, clean, in a fabulous location so I could walk to everything (shops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks within .5 and 2 miles in all directions). It was easy to have our dog with us and I felt safe walking everywhere. Kelly made great suggestions for all we needed in stores and restaurants and was very responsive. I will absolutely stay here again!!!

Yes, it’s a basement apartment, but they used every recommendation on HGTV (kidding) like high end appliances, statement wallpaper, quality linens, nice pots and pans, a neato chandelier in the bedroom and windows that open easily to make it as beautiful and functional as can be! Great location, always found parking across the street and very communicative hosts. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Fremont apartment
This is a very comfortable and cozy apartment. I loved the decor. The location is great, we walked everywhere. Restaurants, shops, and parks are all close. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute place
This place is very cute .. but there were a lot of stairs (which wasn’t great for my older mother). However - that has no reflection on the owner or quality of the place. Parking in the street was fine. Great neighborhood.

Property is in a great place to walk to local venues. Our family of 4 walked from property to the Woodland Park Zoo. Property was clean and comfortable.

Perfect size for the two of us. The beds were super comfortable. The only issue may be that since it is a garden basement unit, we heard everything above us.

Property was clean and quiet. Perfect location for our event. Beds were comfy. Close to some amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We managed to find street parking close to the property each night. We would recommend this apartment.

Sparkling clean and comfy downstairs apartment with a perfect view of Mt Rainier from the porch. Easy bus ride or drive to downtown or where ever. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by if you'd prefer to walk or bike, too.

Beautiful, spacious, and perfect location!
My family rented all three floors to accommodate a wedding weekend! Each level is spacious, beautifully renovated, and has all the amentities you may need for a long or short stay! Would highly recommend!!
