This was a great spot for our family vacation. There were 18 of us aged from 7 months to 62 years :) The house is very well equipped for a large group - big island in the kitchen, large table on the screened porch, plenty of bedrooms. The kids loved all the bunk bed options!
We spent hours every day in the lake. The water was very warm! Surprisingly warm. But that was great for the kids. And all ages loved the water slide. We had a boat which was a huge benefit so we could explore the huge, beautiful lake.
Tho host was very communicative. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time, the amenities at the house were great. The slide was a big hit with all, it was great to be able to walk in the water from the beach. Only complaint was the weather was very hot and the water was hot.

We had the best time at this property, it was fully stacked with everything we need, very clean upon arrival with easy access to the lake. We were able to use the canoes and grill which added greatly to our trip! The sunsets were beautiful and the area was quiet. We will definitely be returning!

The amenities are great - we had a groups of 9 kids 5 and under and loved the quiet cove, the yard space, the water slide and the sloped beach area! We saw a lot of fish (only caught 1) and made lots of memories. The house was much much smaller than we expected. There was plenty of room for the adults, but we had 4 pack n plays and a bassinet and they did not fit in the rooms very well as the downstairs bedrooms are small and the beds take up the whole space. But we had a great time, had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, plenty of fresh towels and linens and it was clean!

It is never a bad time to be at the Lake....even if it was December. The house had plenty of beds and a number of rooms to allow for some privacy. Plenty of water pressure and hot water - nice walk in showers. We had a blast making Christmas cookies and gingerbread houses on the large island. Private side of the lake brings warmer water, so some jumped in and swam off the nice dock. Great communication with the owner and manager. Very thankful for the time spent to relax and make memories.

Great spot for a larger group with younger kids! The water slide and canoes allow for hours of fun and there's plenty of beds for everyone to come with!

This spot in Lake Anna was great. Warm water and kids had a blast on the slide. Volleyball area was a great touch. We forgot to bring a slow cooker and the neighbor who handles check-in let us borrow his. Everyone was very friendly.

A great house for multiple families with kids of all ages. Clean, lots of bedrooms, big kitchen with a giant island great for prepping and serving. Limited indoor dining options, but the screened porch has plenty of room. Owner was great to work with, very accommodating. The peddle boat is broken, but there are 2 canoes and lots of life vests in different sizes. It's a no wake area, so the lake is very calm. All in all, a great option for a big group!

What a great week! Wonderful home with plenty of space for our family of 22… screened in patio and deck accommodated all of us with no problem. Huge yard with fire pit, playground and other games were used daily. The beach/dock/boathouse was the focal point for us the entire week! We brought our boat and could not get the kids out of or off of the water. We had a blast! Thanks again for the great memories made at your Lake House!

This was a wonderful house to take the family for our yearly family vacation. The house was located at the end of the lake and was very private. The house was very spacious and very well maintained. The owners were very attentive to all of our requests. Would highly recommend this house!!! 5stars - we will definitely be back.

Our stay was mostly good, but there were a few things that made it not great. Although there was a walk through, it's not feasible to notice every single detail during an initial inspection. First, several of the comforters had white stains on them, and weren't able to be used. We didn't notice this until we went to get in bed. I texted the owner and the linen company contacted us first thing in the morning to provide new comforters. Unfortunately, one of the replacements we received was also dirty after we unfolded it to go to bed. Additionally, there was a layer of dust on some of the furniture (not a huge deal, but something to note). The home has great outdoor amenities and tons of bedrooms and beds to sleep. The common areas are a bit small to accommodate that number of people sleeping, but we were able to make it work. We were there during Hurricane Ian, so if the weather had been better, we probably wouldn't have felt tight at all, as we would have been outside more.

We had a large group with many kids and everyone had a great time. The property is large and the house is spacious enough to accommodate a multitude of people and activities... exactly what we needed!

From the swimming area to the multi bedroom house - it was great! Many of the teenagers jumped out of car right into Lake.
Water was warm. Water slide with built in water that flowed down it was very popular.
Most of kids and all adults were on Wi-Fi all week with no problems. Rented a 250 hp boat part of the week and kids went tubing and swimming out on the lake. We had a fire in the fire pit almost every night. Porches and deck equipped with comfortable chairs made eating with 16 people easy. A couple people brought fishing poles and caught some good sized catfish. The deck by the swimming area had an electronic awning and Bluetooth speaker system.
The only drawback is that living room could not accommodate 16 people comfortably. But we we were outside most of time.

House was great for large groups - very well stocked kitchen - lots of plates/glasses/pots and pans/storage containers - made meal prep easy. So nice to be able to walk out the door and be at the lake!

We went with 5 kids (7,7,7,6,3) and the property was absolutely perfect for them! We also had 4 older adults who are careful with steps and ladders. The lake set-up was so perfect for both ends of our age spectrum. The kids had sand to play in and the grandparents could enter and exit the lake without using the ladder.
The beds were comfy and the screened in porch fit all 17 of us easily. The basement fridge/sink was clutch for a group this big. The kids also loved playing with the games downstairs and hanging out in the kids room. We had an amazing trip and are looking forward to going back!

We really enjoyed our stay and the private side of the lake. This home is back in a cove and was very secluded.

Wonderful Time
There were 17 of us. Ages were 2 to 70. We all had a great time. The kids, and some of the adults, enjoyed the slide. The 2 year old learned how to swim- with her “ puddle jumper “ and did not want to be held in the water all the time. Fishing was enjoyed by all. Kitchen had everything. Thanks for a wonderful time.

30th Birthday Surprise became a great weekend of memories
When we arrived, Dave met us and gave us the tour. The house was a little smaller than I expected from the pictures, but we had the best time! The house was very clean and accommodated all of us as the listing said it would. The owner and property manager were quick to get back to me with any issues (only 1 and it was resolved immediately). I would recommend this house to anyone hoping to have a relaxed, fun filled time with family and friends.

Fantastic Place!
Such a great place for a stay. The weather didnt cooperate so we didnt get a chance to use the lake facilities, but the boathouse is nice. We had a very nice fire going one night at the expansive firepit.
The house itself is comfortable and well equipped. The house is deceptive - there is plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. We were 12 older guys and we had room to spare. The kitchen is well equipped too, much better than many rental property kitchens.
Will be coming back!

Great retreat location
Property sleeps 26 but there are beds for like 16. We had a large group of adults and everyone had a bed to sleep. Large kitchen and living room for entertaining. Great deck that we didn't really use because we spend all of our time out by the lake and fire pit. This is a great secluded retreat. We will definitely be back.

Family Reunion
Enjoyed this stay because it was with family. But upon entering the house felt stuffy and dusty. My family and I immediately began to clean. The bathrooms were dirty, we found spiders and even a toy underneath one of the bunk beds while cleaning. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work. The house is big but the layout wasn’t functional for us. We even opened the door to let some fresh air in. I don’t feel it’s fair we were charged a cleaning fee. We left the house cleaner than when we walked in. And picked up everything.
The outdoors was pleasant with the playground and fire pit. The house did include a keurig plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and wifi. The house was warm. The location is a bit tricky to find. Best to make it there before the sunsets. The house manager was very kind and responds very quick. We definitely would of enjoyed it more if we didn’t have to spend so much time cleaning. Especially because had little ones with us. It’s a beautiful house it’s just in need of TLC.

Great for October Family Reunion
The property was perfect for our group of 13 adults and 7 young children, with lots of outdoor activities. The house was modern, clean and very efficient with space to include 7 bedrooms. Toilet stains from well water were the only thing that wasn't spotless, which can't be helped. The weather was great and we used the screened in porch for dining and games the entire time. Adam was a good communicator and we will definitely keep this house in mind for future gatherings.

Great family reunion spot for large group with many kids.
The property was clean, property manager is 2 doors away and responsive, owner is very responsive to my many questions about area etc.. This was my first visit but my son had been there before. We'll go back for sure. We had many kids that loved the play set, sand area & slide into the water. Lake was pretty clean. A lot of fish. Water was warm. Young adults loved the volleyball and great yard for games that we brought with us. Internet was fine & Olympics were on so TVs in many rooms were tuned in. I'll add some pictures as you've got to see the layout with firepit, deck, boat house, sand, yard, etc...

Excellent Property
This property is set up for everyone of all ages. Our multi-generational family had plenty of room in the house and no end to the available outside activities on the property. We will definitely be returning for another great vacation!

This house is ideal for a large family who and not too finicky about decorations (very outdated), and space indoors.
The bathrooms and bedrooms were not very clean. Hard water and leaky faucets left stains. In need of deep cleaning and upgrading.
