We were very comfortable during our stay at this beautiful Litchfield Park home. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, newly decorated, and had everything needed to enjoy our time there. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the private backyard had comfortable seating, both in and out of the sun. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Qe had a qinswrdul time. The Powera family that owns the home were gracious and responsive. We had a wonderful time.

It was so great that the previous guest didn't want to leave. The property manager worked to get them on their way so that we could check in. Once we arrived, it was beautiful. We really enjoyed the backyard. Lots of hummingbirds. Fantastic stay.

Winter 2022 getaway
Wonderful gated community, great location for restaurants, entertainment & golf facilities. House and outdoor space are welcoming & comfortable. Will return @ first opportunity.

Great location
Very plesent stay, house was in a great location for our activities, many very good restaurants close by, we enjoyed ourselves, good secure location. The owner was very gracious in all respects. A real nice experience.

Clean and private
Thank you Don for such a beautiful house to share with our family. This location worked out great for Spring Training. The house had all the amenities we needed to cook a few nights. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe in the gated community. The Millers

A perfect peaceful place to stay
We were overly surprised by the accommodations. We're just a couple of guys who came down to play golf and see friends, it truly felt like home away from home. Thanks Don, we will be back.

Love our stay in Litchfield
Cute home with creek running through backyard (beyond fence). Gated secure darling neighborhood. Owner was so charming and accommodating. We are staying next year.

Owner is very nice and accommodating. Unit is in great location for use of the Wigwam Golf Club. Sleeping materials were clean but very used. Lacked a reasonable blanket for Master Bedroom. Owner needs to focus on providing average or above average sheets, pillows and mattresses in order for this to be a five star location. Level of sleeping materials and comfort was well below that of a Holiday Inn Express which was the same cost. Until upgrades are completed, would not rent this unit again.

My first STR!
This was my first time using a short term rental. My wife and I were going to be working in Phoenix a week and we brought the kiddos and grandma to watch them. So we wanted a quiet place without a pool since we have tiny ones.
Don’s home is lovely and in a wonderfully quiet and quaint neighborhood. It’s a joy to just sit in the backyard and relax. The home has a great set of amenities, and my wife was even able to do some high bandwidth telecommuting plugged in to the router.
We spent a whole week and had a great time. Regretfully the kiddos managed to break a few things, which shows why it pays to get the accidental coverage for a weeklong stay.
Don was super responsive and all our questions were answered quickly. I’d recommend anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in a great location to book this spot with Don!

Backyard Paradise
Loved our stay at Litchfield Greens. The location is perfect - close to everything, but it feels very secluded. We spent a good amount of time in the backyard watching the ducks on the stream that flows behind the house, the hummingbird that had built a nest in the yard, and the quail that wander from house to house. We walked the neighborhood several times. Everyone waved or said hello - very friendly place. The house is clean and has a nice layout. Our commute time to our favorite locations never exceeded 15 minutes. Will try to book here again for next year's Spring Training season.

Worked perfect for us
This home was perfect for us! Very comfortable and well stocked which made moving in easier! Beautiful gated subdivision made for lovely walks and my little grandchildren loved the playground; the front and back porches on the property were a bonus and we had the dining space to host for family living in Goodyear! Our host met us when we arrived which was so welcoming. So much in the area for shopping, eating and convenient for getting to surrounding areas! We really we very happy for our entire stay!

Clean, Tidy, close to the Wigwam, close to grocery stores.
Don was really nice to work with and answered all my questions! His place is really lovely. We will stay again the next time we are in Phoenix.
