Lake Winnipesaukee-Zugang für 18 Personen. Bringen Sie die Familie und die Großfamilie in dieses luxuriöse Anwesen in Suissevale Estates am Lake Winnipesaukee. Unser Haus ist voll mit Aktivitäten und genügend Platz für die ganze Familie, um zusammen zu kommen und zu genießen. Das Haus verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage für die heißen Sommertage. Die 30'x35'den im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen Olenhausen-Billardtisch, eine 12'-Bar und einen großen HD-Fernseher. Dies war eine spätere Ergänzung und hat keine Klimaanlage. Das Spielzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Dartscheibe (bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Darts mit), einen 12-Zoll-Shuffleboard-Tisch und einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer (30 x 40 cm) sind offen Konzept mit 21 Sitzplätzen, Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Parkettböden (erst im März 2018 fertiggestellt), einem Holzofen und einem 2-Temperatur-Doppelofen. Ein großartiger Ort, um sich zum Essen zu treffen und sich zwischen den Aktivitäten zu versammeln. Wir haben ein 30'x30'-Deck, mit einem 12'x12'-Screening in der Hütte, um sich zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen, die 3 private Morgen Land bringen können. Great for multi generation get together. Plenty of space to relax or play together. We really enjoyed the fire pit, close proximity to the water and having a kitchen with all the needed equipment to cook for a large group.

My children and grandchildren stayed at the house and LOVED every minute of their vacation. First of all, Shawn is an outstanding host and communicator. Thank you Shawn.
Secondly, the house is large, beautiful and FUN. The walk to the beach is easy but Shawn even provided a beach pass for our car. If you want a great vacation this is the house for you.

This very large home and property was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The wide open concept kitchen/livingroom, large adjoining deck, bonus bar/livingroom/game room and spacious bedrooms upstairs were great. Having the extra space and refrigerator in the garage off the kitchen was super helpful. Downstairs had 2 queen bedrooms, the bunk room (great for extra kids/teens) and another large game room/den with even more extra space if needed for people to sleep comfortably. The yard was nice with a big area and comfy seats around the fire pit. The lake was just a short drive away and was very nice with kayaking/canoes, swimming, a playground, and volley ball available. We headed to Weirs beach one of the days (short 30 min ride) and really enjoyed that as well. The house itself was very entertaining and great for spending time with our large group. All the amenities we needed were there and the host Shawn was very friendly and responsive. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a good-sized group. Thanks Shawn!

This house was perfect for big families. The two game rooms , large eating area, deck and fire pit were awesome gathering places for family memories.

We stayed here with 16 guys for a big hockey tournament and had an absolute blast. The house is even better than the pictures show and there is plenty of room for all. We really enjoyed spending time in the bar room as well as the game room in the basement! I would highly recommend this for large families and groups!

There were 14 of us that stayed at this house for a wedding at Castle in the Clouds. The house was very spacious and there was a lot to do with the fire pit, pool table, etc.

Perfect house for a large family. We had 12 of us for a weekend wedding and Shawn's house was in the ideal location. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and a great entertaining home. The three separate "living rooms", made it perfect for the teenagers to be in one area and adults in another. Shawn contacted me a week before we were to arrive to go over everything. Couldn't ask for a more gracious host. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is staying in this area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is large and fully equipped. We loved the 2 game rooms and the kayaks. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, mostly uphill on the way back. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and not too far from stores, restaurants and other attractions.

We had a great week staying at this house that was fantastic for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). We used the board games, pool and ping pong, and even had a shuffleboard tournament. The rained eased up enough for us to do campfire s’mores. We felt centrally located with 30 min drives to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We wanted to use the boats but had no way to transport them down to the water as it was too far of a walk. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we really appreciated having spices, oil, and aluminum foil to use. Would definitely choose again!

Stone Manor was perfect for our party of nine and could have held more. It had everything we needed and more. Shawn was great! Two game rooms and so much fun for the whole family.

Stone Manor accommodated our family of eleven very well. We appreciated the amount of space, inside and out, especially the two game rooms. Walking to the beach is reasonable but it’s quite a hill on the way back. The host was friendly and responsive. Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay.

We met as an extended family of 9 adults and 3 children for a holiday celebration. The Stone Manor was great. The kitchen and main living space was spacious and lovely. Having two separate game/gathering places was excellent as well. I would readily rent it again. I imagine it would be awesome in the summer.

Shawn was a great host, very responsive. We were a big group for a family vaca/reunion (13-16 people) and a dog. We loved the pub room with pool table, the screened in sitting room on the deck, and the downstairs game room with ping pong, shuffleboard and TV. Teens and college kids loved doing movie nights- Netflix, DisneyPlus etc. Access to beach was good- and Suissevale has a lovely beach with bathrooms. Kayak use was wonderful. Highly recommend!

This was our second year staying at Stone Manor it was even better than last year! We had 13 infants, school kids, teens, and adults. There is something to do for literally everyone! It’s absolutely perfect for large groups. The house is super fun. Short walk to the beautiful beach w playground and swimming dock. The owner, Shawn, is extremely responsive to messages and so helpful! We were lucky enough to meet him both times and he is such a nice, friendly guy. My family definitely plans on going back. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Wonderful experience
We had a perfect stay! The house is huge, very well equipped for large groups and very welcoming. The walk to the nearby beach (closed to renters on Saturdays) is great. The beach and the lake are so beautiful. We were living a dream! The screened outdoor patio was a blessing. We loved every minute of our stay.

The house was great. Clean, plenty of space, multiple game rooms, large yard, easy parking, relatively quiet area. Bit of a drive (~25 mins) from most areas with a lot to do on the lake, but good location overall. Owner was very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Absolutely perfect set up for the ages we had!

Winter holiday get away.
Host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. He even went out of his way to put up a christmas tree and decorations (as we were there for a family christmas get together!) House was very spacious. Lots to do for everyone of all ages. Kitchen was stocked to the gills with anything/everything you could ever need. Great time!!

The house was everything we expected and then some!
We were very pleased with the house and owner. Everything was great! Plenty of space for all us. We have 5 couples and we had more then enough space. The game rooms were awesome and the large kitchen eating area was clutch.
No complaints here and we all said we'd love to go back with our kids as well!

Loved the different areas in the home.. Two gaming rooms with very comfortable seating. Open kitchen living area for conversation.. Fire pit, beautiful deck overlooking private yard. Walk to beach.. Perfect for our needs..

Great family rental!
The house is in a great location with something for everyone. We had 4 families with a variety of ages, the kids loved the pool table, ping pong table, and all the other games. The proximity to the lake is perfect and the house is huge. Shawn was very responsive to any of our questions. We hope to rent this great property again!

The town beach is great, we loaded up our truck with beach items and people so we only had to make 1 trip, it's about a 3 minute car ride. I don't suggest walking to the beach if you have young kids and beach items, it's quite a trek back up the road to the house. The second fridge in the garage was a life saver with all our groceries. The game room and the room with the pool table were great for the couple rainy days we had, plenty of things to keep us busy along with several board games and puzzles included at the house too. The fire pit in the yard was a nice bonus, plenty of seating for our group there as well.We had a few questions and one small issue while we were in the house and Shawn was very quick to respond to texts and fixed our issue promptly. A couple of our family members staying in the basement have asthma and had a tough time sleeping due to musty smelling air. Also most of the beds seem like they could use new mattresses, not very supportive.Overall we recommend this house!
