Das Hill House am Lake Martin ist ein schönes, geräumiges Haus mit gewölbten Decken, offenem Grundriss, herrlichem Blick auf das Wasser und allen Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses. Die große, von Bäumen beschattete Veranda befindet sich auf dem Old Harmony Branch Slough auf der Montgomery-Seite des Sees und überblickt den privaten Steg mit Stufen ins Wasser.
Das Haus ist hell und luftig mit Gewölbedecken, Holzkamin, rustikalem Esstisch und Glastüren mit Blick auf Veranda und See.
Die große offene Küche mit Frühstückstheke bietet Platz für die größten Mahlzeiten. Genießen Sie viel Stauraum und Ablagefläche, ohne den Spaß der Familie zu verlieren. Der helle und komfortable, großartige Raum eignet sich perfekt für Winterfeuer, abendliche Spiele oder Filme. Mit zwei Glastüren können Sie der Schönheit des Sees immer entfliehen.
Alle unsere Betten haben sehr bequeme Memory Foam-Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Riesige King Master Suite, angrenzendes Badezimmer mit Gartenwanne, separaten Waschtischen, begehbaren Kleiderschränken und separater Dusche. Privater Zugang zur Veranda und ruhiger Seesicht.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist hell und farbenfroh mit Queensize-Bett, Seeblick, privatem Zugang zur Veranda und geräumigem Kleiderschrank.
Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, ebenfalls mit Memory-Schaum-Matratzen, einen großen Schrank und einfachen Zugang zum zweiten Badezimmer.
Die private Anlegestelle bietet einen geschützten Parkplatz für 1-2 Boote in der Bucht und schwimmt Stufen in die geschützte Bucht hinein.

Absolutely beautiful spot on the lake!! My whole family enjoyed our short stay fishing and enjoying the lake. Every thing was great with the house we felt as if we were at our own house. Only the driveway was a little hard to navigate with a 20ft boat on the trailer. But we made it work.

Fun weekend at the lake! The house was clean and is in a great location on the lake to get to everything we wanted. We rented a boat and were able to tie it to the dock. Not much space to swim in the cove with neighbors close by, but I would rent again!

Unfortunately, our stay was business related and we didn’t have much time to enjoy the beautiful setting and very comfortable house. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need. I did manage to have a glass of wine while sitting on the deck most nights. We will be back next year.

The gated deck is wonderful. Beautiful view. The house was clean and well decorated. Loved the open kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of room. We would definitely rent Hill House again. :)

The property was exactly as posted. It was spacious and clean, recently updated with a lovely layout. We loved using the kayak and paddleboard in our little corner of Lake Martin. We enjoyed eating at Kowaliga and Lake Martin Pizza Co. There are several nearby trailheads and we hiked and enjoyed the views from The Deadening. We took the owners recommendation and used Chad for a fishing excursion that was fantastic. Beautiful home that is well-equipped. Owners were informative and helpful. A wonderful stay!

We had such a relaxing stay on the lake!! The house is comfortable and clean and exactly as described. Our pup loved lounging on the dock. We had everything we needed to have a quiet weekend away. Thank you for everything!

My husband and I stayed at Hill House for 11 nights. It was not long enough, and I was very sad to leave. Everything was perfect - the host, the accommodations, the location, and the weather. We were pleased with everything about our stay, and we will definitely be back - until we get our own lake place😊

This property is exactly as it appears in the listing. Very clean when we arrived. New deck made a wonderful spot to enjoy views of the lake. Very peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed using the kayak provided along with the two we brought with us. Plenty of room for us to celebrate our granddaughter’s graduation and Army commissioning as a family. Would sincerely recommend this property!!

Communication with the owner was good. The property was exceptionally clean and we had a nice time. We arrived after dark and it was pretty challenging to get in. Why the lock isn’t on the kitchen door off of the driveway was beyond us. It was hard to figure out where the gate was on the deck because it looks like a straight fence. We walked around the house several times in the dark (and rain) before we figured it out! Leaving a light on the deck when you are expecting guests would solve the issue. The home is located much further from the Auburn campus than we expected (an hour each way) and that really wasn’t ideal. The next door neighbor is an old run down trailer and the neighbors on the other side played really loud bass music throughout the weekend. The property itself is nice even with the neighborhood being disappointing. The other comment we’d make is that, even though the owner clearly communicated that they do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc (after we booked the property) we just found in this to be really cheap. We have rented several other properties on Lake Martin that provided so much more for the same rent or less. We will likely choose one of those properties again over this one for that reason.

The house was very clean, comfortable, roomy and very relaxing. We loved hanging out on the private pier watching the boats and swimming in the lake. Perfect location and great to be able to have our 2 dogs. Very nice family to rent from!

The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed. We enjoyed floating in the lake with the floats provided. The owner was very kind and answered any questions promptly. I hope to stay here again in the summers to come.

Loved the Hill House❤️
Everything was perfect at The Hill House!! I enjoyed being on the water but also tucked away in the cove giving shade to the times we spent on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee and on the dock in the afternoons while waiting to take the boat out. Dock was perfect for our boat and we enjoyed getting to bring our boat and explore Lake Martin more on our own time! Loved how close the restaurants by boat were! Loved the book with suggestions for places to eat and things to see and do while on the water!! No issues at all but would suggest maybe some lights leading to the dock or on the dock…maybe solar powered just to give some light when going down to the dock in the evenings 🥰We will definitely be back!

House was very clean and convenient to the water. Nice dock with steps down to water to help Granddad access the boat with ease. Electrical on dock to charge boat at night. Overall a Great place to stay with great water access too.

We had a great week at this lake house. Traci made sure that everything was communicated clearly. The weather was wonderful and the house accommodated our party of six perfectly. We're already looking forward to coming back.
