The home was completely comfortable for 4 adults (2 couples): it was very clean and furnished with everything needed to make complete meals and relax. The pool is surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation and feels very secluded. It is a short walk to beautiful Sombrero Beach. There is a 2 mile bike/walking path to Publix nearby, all very convenient and relaxing.

We had a wonderful visit in this rental. The home was perfect and peaceful. Great location for visiting the beach. It’s just a short walk to Sombrero. Marathon is our favorite Key. Hope to stay here, again, in the future. The host was so kind and helpful. Very easy to reach at a moment’s notice.

We stayed for a week and were very happy with the house. The location was great, the neighborhood was quite and it was a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and was heated which was nice as our weather for the week was not good. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Casa Cayo is in a very nice neighborhood--short walk to Sombrero Beach. We chose this location due to its access to the ocean from the dock, with a canal large enough to turn our trimaran around. Loved the layout of the house--open layout and outdoor living spaces on both floors. The dock needs replaced and the kitchen needs updated (in work per the owners). The master bedroom mattress was too hard for me so added extra pillows. The house was clean, the A/C worked, and the kitchen was well stocked. There's extra refrigerator/freezers downstairs for ice, fish, birthday cakes, etc. The pool was fun to use, especially with the light strings on at night. There are some friendly iguanas living in the backyard. The owner replied promptly to my questions/comments.

This house is the complete package! It has excellent views, when you walk in the whole entire side, and back has windows overlooking the water, and all the beautiful foliage. The wraparound porch was perfect for enjoying the outdoors, as well as some morning exercise walking. It is centrally located, just five minutes from sombrero beach. We enjoyed evenings in the pool, barbecuing, and playing games in the many hang out areas. We were sad when our time ended, but will definitely be back next year ( maybe before).

The property is nice and clean. It's a 7 minute walk to Sombrero beach. The pool is really nice and the temperature is warm, a lot of property owners charge extra to use the pool heater but the saltwater pool temp was perfect. It's a quiet property and pretty private. It's

The house is comfortable and inviting and functional for 4 to 6 adults. Both the house and pool are surrounded by tropical foliage giving a peaceful, relaxing setting for chilling out. It is just a couple of blocks from Sombrero beach and a walking/biking trail to the supermarket and within easy biking or driving distance of all of Marathon, Fl attractions and restaurants.
We loved our extended stay there and will be back next year.

All was nice except bed in master bedroom needs updating it stretched terrible and my friends husband needed to go to another bedroom. Pillows were flat and need updating. The rest of the property was beatiful and well maintained. Our then issues mentioned above we throughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying in this awesome spot. It was a perfect location by water or land. Easy access to the Atlantic or Gulf side by water and close to everything you need by land. The house and pool accommodated all our needs. This is our new favorite place to stay in Marathon!

The property was great. Quick access to the canal out back, beautiful pool, and the house was awesome. The kitchen was equipped with everything one needs to make amazing meals. The bait freezer out side was also a wonderful touch.

We had a great week at Grace’s house. Even though it was slightly chiller we were still able to enjoy the heated pool. Great communication experience with Grace before, during and at the end of our stay.

We enjoyed everything about this property. It has great indoor and outdoor space to accommodate a family and soak up the beauty the outdoor life the keys provide. Excellent neighborhood to be able to ride bikes safely and a quick walk to sombrero beach. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a beautiful house in an excellent location. Short walk to Sombrero Beach and easy access by boat to open water. Layout of house was wonderful, patio area upstairs and downstairs was utilized often. Shaded pool was refreshing after a hot day on the water

This property is a paradise in paradise. It was perfect for our family and the hosts were wonderful to work with. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Great dock for your boat. I just can't say enough about this place. In fact my wife tried to hide when it was time to leave so that she could just stay. Grace and David are awesome.

We had such a great time at this property. It’s beautiful and the pool was a real treat for the kids.
We rented a boat for the week and kept it tied to the dock. Fresh water hose and shower with fish cleaning station was very convenient. We fished, snorkeled, and enjoyed the sandbars all week and came home to this lovely property. Kitchen was well stocked and with a Publix right down the street it was perfection.
We also walked to sombrero beach one day for a change of pace and that too was a delight.

Our family has been waiting for a vacation for some time! We were so blessed to have been able to find this beautiful house and felt so comfortable there. The pool was wonderful and great for us to hang out and enjoy time together. It is a short walk from the beach and offers a wonderful park and picnic area. The accommodations were great and has a great large living area as well as a great outdoor porch. Sure to please!

The location is nice. Close to everything in marathon and its quiet neighborhood. The dock is nice for boating and on a wide canal its maybe a 10 min idle ride to the open ocean. And the pool was awesome for cooling off in the afternoons as it has some shade. We would stay here again

Great location and fantastic house for our family of four. Enjoyed the pool, the dock for fishing and walking to Sumbrero beach. House was clean and well appointed. Kayaks were a great addition, we were not expecting these on site. Grace was great to communicate with and responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time staying here. The house has a great location in Marathon close to Sombrero beach (within walking distance .25 mile), is near the 7 mile bridge, and has boat access. Overall the place is nice, but could use a bit of an update in the bedrooms as the linens are older and the ones in the closet had holes. However, the bathrooms have been remodeled, which is very nice. The only complaints I have were workers came a two days (apparently without the notice of the owner who communicated well with us), and it was a bit dirty (apparently they had a new cleaner). They, however, compensated us for the inconvenience. If you’re looking for a place to have a good time with your family and with nice amenities (pool, kayaks, boat access, beach access, beautiful patio), you’re in luck.

Property was nicer than the pictures showed. Owners were very nice and responsive. The only suggestion we would make would be to have the house stocked just a little more with paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. We ran out of all three only a few days into the stay.

We really enjoyed ourselves here. Location was super close to beach and groceries was 5 minutes away. We loved the dock and the pool! We really appreciated how every couple of days there was someone that came and cleaned the pool! My kids loved swimming and seeing the iguanas walk by. Booking the house was super easy and communication with owners was great! Would definitely come back whenever possible.
